Firstly, not only was LEWIS COOK helpful, he was patient and thoughtful as we figured out my options on my lease. I was pretty nervous going to the dealership, but i had been referred by a friend. I was just in to purchase a car and had the worst experience. I was talking to one of the sales representatives Ricardo and as we got to how much the total cost would be, we asked to see a more detailed breakdown or itemized invoice. Riccardo told us he would ask his manager if that was something he could provide and left. He came back with his manager, William Helou. He introduced himself, asked us what we were asking for, and when we said "the itemized invoice", he began his five-minute rant. First, he asked us with hostilely, "Who owns this dealership?" We were confused and so he repeated the question and he responded with "you don't own it, and I don't own it, and the owner doesn't even give me the itemized invoice, "how can I provide it to you?" He then gave us some weak analogy on how they make a profit off adding extra accessories to the car and selling it with those extras. He used his belt as an example and said "I know my Gucci belt cost $50 to make and I purchased it for $600.00 because that's how things are". He tried to make us buy the car with pre-installed accessories, installed by the dealership. When we asked if we could get one without the add on accessories, he refused and said how would he make a profit? At some point he also said to us "you need me as much as I need you". Towards the end we gave a price that we believed would be a good starting point and he just got up and said to his sales rep. "we are done here, we are not doing business with them delete their number and don't ever contact them again". William walked away and proceeded towards the other employees and degraded us while we were walking away, telling his employees about what happened, loudly, while other customers were nearby. The sad part of all of this is that we actually really enjoyed working with Ricardo the sales rep. This was our second time there, and he was nice, funny, friendly and we really wanted to purchase a car from him. Ricardo was left to apologize for his managers behavior since he was standing behind him during this whole interaction. Please do not buy your vehicle at this location. Just based on their customer service. In most cases, you end up having to work with the dealerships supervisors and William will most likely be that manager. Secondly you should be able to, as a customer, ask for a vehicle of your choosing. Not one with pre-installed accessories you don't want and be told you only get to buy a car as is, because it's the only one on there lot. read more

Find a place that values your time and ongoing service. Here's a list of the people I've come into contact with and their clear disregard once you drive off the lot. Drew - I must admit I was quite impressed with Drew's personality and he seemed to not be your typical sleazy salesman. He didn't follow through on his promises though. He assured me all paperwork was complete yet I was forced to come back in later to provide documents that weren't requested upon the initial sale. He offered to help me get an additional smart key at a discounted rate, but two weeks later I still hadn't heard from his contact and couldn't get Drew to call me back either. Then the smart key I was given died within the first month and he would not return my calls for assistance replacing it. I saw him again today while trying to get the below issues resolved and he wouldn't even look at me let alone try to assist. Mary and Pauline - I've purchased several cars in the past and typically have gotten plates within 30 days. After 60 days passed, I called the dealership and was referred to these two *women* who would not return my call. Finally, I called DMV myself to find out what the hold up was and they instructed me on how to light a fire under the dealership to get them moving. Apparently I was sold a car that wasn't smogged lol. Mary and Pauline both took turns blaming Sales and Service for the error. After multiple phone calls I made an appointment to get the car smogged but whaddyaknow... I showed up to the appointment and the service center had no idea of the issue and said it was too late in the day for the service. So I had to come back YET AGAIN. Fazi - After this ridiculous experience, I complained to Fazi and he promised me a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. I let him know I work into the evening and he assured me as long as I came in before closing, I would be taken care of without delay. I showed up tonight well before closing and waited 30 minutes without being assisted. Once again, my time was wasted and my issue was unresolved. I would never recommend this dealership. Hopefully they develop some integrity over the course of their transition from Miller. The service was far better before the acquisition. UPDATE: I really wanted to leave this alone, but now that LARRY WEST has left a comment as if he hasn't already contacted me several times, I feel compelled to let you all know that on top of receiving horrible service, you will also get harassed if you leave a bad review. Larry has called, text and emailed me. I finally answered his call a few weeks ago and asked him and his staff to cease contacting me since they've failed so many times to rectify these issues. He texted me a few days afterward then called a couple days after that. This week Larry left an almost 2 min VM on my phone and now adds a comment like we've never spoken lmao. LARRY YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO BBB FOR HARASSMENT IF YOU DO NOT STOP CONTACTING ME AS I REQUESTED. read more

The staff including their manager (the one with a pony tail) have no respect for their customer especially when they are not buying their brand new or expensive cars. The so called "manager" told me he would be more than happy not to sell me the car and raise the price up instead of even trying what he could have helped me with. As soon as he knew i was buying a used car, he had no idea which car and how much i was asking for but straight up came to me to tell me "NO" When I asked him which if he knew what I was talking about, he had no clue. He had his proud manager with power hat on. To top all that, when we were all done with paperwork, we had to wait two hours to see the final finance guy. When the lease was up on my 2016 Civic, my initial plan was to buy out my lease. Of course we felt like we had to shop around for the best deal- especially when I changed my mind and decided to lease a new one. All I can say is that our search started and ended at Keyes. We returned back because Hagop was friendly, not to pushy, and seemed to be a straight shooter. Whereas other dealers would throw in a couple hundred dollar charge here and a couple hundred there, this was not our experience at Keyes. In the end, the team worked together to get me a fantastic deal on a beautiful car. Hagop and Ivan were there throughout the process, Mark was able to work out a deal I felt great about, and the other members of the team with whom we worked were professional and patient (I tend to be an extremely anxious person). I just needed a cost for tires. The website gives me one price and the parts guy can only tell me the cost of the tires, and then the sales person has a different price. How hard is it to get a simple straight forward cost for new tires? It's so infuriating! Why can't I see the actual cost online? Why do they need to tag on another $120 and expect customers to just swallow that cost despite the contradiction on the website? After my initial horrible experience, I wrote a review and the next morning I got a few missed calls, a voicemail, and a text from the GM Larry West. I saw the text first and had no desire to speak to anyone from this dealership, however I heard the voicemail he had left and felt his sincerity so decided to give him a call back... and I'm glad I did. His apology sounded genuine and I could tell he was willing to do whatever he could to make up for my previous experience. Long story short, I drove back the hour to the dealership the next day and he followed through on a great deal and changed my opinion about the dealership. I dealt with Larry, Drew (Internet manager, and David (Sales Manager) and they all seemed embarrassed about my treatment the previous day. They did their very best to be accommodating and I walked out about 3 hours later with a higher trim for $15 more a month than the original quote that I was given from Galpin for the lower trim. They did not have the trim that I was originally interested in but all in all, it worked out. Even though I had a great second experience, I still would NOT recommend dealing with Louie, Matthew, and the chubby older guy from my original review. Even on my second visit, they did not come up and apologize to me for their behavior the day before which wasn't expected but would've been nice. It's not the same when people who weren't involved apologize on their behalf and are left to remedy the mess that they have caused. Those 3 men should be embarrassed of themselves. read more

First time at the dealership, I was window shopping to see which model I liked better. Hagop was very knowledgeable and explained to me the differences between the models and even took me on a test drive (which usually doesn't happen when the customers look really young). 3 weeks later I came back to purchase a vehicle and Hagop was already past his shift but he still stayed to help me out in purchasing and closing the deal with me! I have had a Honda Odyssey since 2011 and had shopped around to see if any dealer had another in stock with colors / trim we wanted and if they could match the price I needed. Some came close but not exactly what I wanted. We were on our way to get into the Chrysler Pacifica as they could get me a better deal. We decided to stop into Keyes as it was close by and Victor (is awesome) showed us the car we wanted in the new model. We hadn't called Keyes as 3 years ago it was called Miller and it didn't have a warm vibe and they couldn't beat my other pricing offer. Good vibe now with new leadership. I explained to Victor we just wanted to see the new model in person to see if any differences. He asked what I was looking for and I told him my terms. He said let me see what I can do. Didn't try sweet talk me or anything. Just matter of fact that comes with tons of experience (I think he's been there for about 12 years). We had our 6 year old twins with us and they played in the kids area while we chilled. Thats when we met the GM, Larry, who was fantastic! LOVE his involvement in charities and his program to push his employees to give back to their communities outside of work. Go ask him about it!
