Beware!!! Every piece of meat we received was extremely over-seasoned with salt. We arrived at 3:00 AM and were told last call was at 4:30 AM, which was understandable, but the quality of the food was unacceptable. I've been to other Honey Pig locations and had great experiences, but this location was terrible. When we informed the owner that the meat was much saltier than normal, he spoke to the chef, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. With the time limit approaching, it was simply a waste of the meat we had ordered. What disappointed us most was that the owner never once apologized. He stood right in front of us and yelled at the chef, but never addressed our concerns professionally. We weren't looking for free food or a discount. We simply wanted someone to acknowledge the problem, show that they cared, and offer to replace the meat. We even asked the owner to try the new meat himself, but he showed no interest and acted like our concerns didn't matter. We still paid full price despite receiving food that was barely edible. A simple apology and a sincere effort to fix the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, we felt rushed, ignored, and disrespected. This was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit four times a year. This restaurant seems more focused on making money than ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. Food was good and really surprised that we seen this place is open till 5am. I will say though, the service wasn't that great, we were shoved in the corner so the staff never really got back to us and would forget us. We asked for stuff they had on promotion or was marketing and then was told they don't do those anymore, which I feel like they should've taken it down if anything. This place is killer. Im from LA, visiting Las Vegas for a vacation. I had so many kbbq in LA and OC but tbh Honey Pig Las Vegas meat quality is top notch compare to kbbq place in LA and OC. Went super late night. 3am They close at 5am, which is nice to have a kbbq place open this late. Service was nice, efficient, fast at first. Food was good quality, quick, & tasted soooo good. Only 2 bad things: 1. If we ordered $55 in pork belly, & other meats how does it NOT come with banchan? I know the AYCE you get everything but when we opted to eat A la carte as it's very late & don't want to overstuff ourselves we were just shocked it didn't COME with banchan. Never seen that before. So yes, we got charged for each side dish lol 2. If you're a business that says you're open til 5- why turn off the lights & hint for us to leave at 4am? We're in the industry & wouldn't want to make you stay any later- we tip well & are very nice I don't see why someone would do that. Also we got a la carte! I have had Honey Pig a bunch of times over the years and there was been a noticeable difference in service and not in a good way. We didn't order from the AYCE menu and ordered a la carte meat dishes. The food was definitely the highlight. The honeycomb cut pork belly was fresh and flavorful when combined with the kimchee and bean sprout. If you're going just for the food, it does deliver. That said, the service was pretty average. Nothing terrible, but not very attentive either. When you order à la carte they are supposed to cook and cut the meat for you but we ended up doing most of it. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're craving Korean BBQ, but the service could definitely be improved to match the quality of the food. read more

Waited half an hour for fried rice, by the time it arrived, the rice was still cold and we already finished eating our meat. First time eating here and already wouldn't recommend coming here, bad service and they barely checked on us throughout the whole time we were here. We would ask for another serving of sides and they would ignore it and never bring it until we ask again. We also were gonna ask for another side and once we got the workers attention he told us to wait before we could even finish our sentence and he ended up never serving us what we needed until we asked another workers. Food was decent but service was neglectful. We also feel as if we were being neglected to our race because when Koreans came into the restaurant the workers immediately served them and even cooked for them while we barely got served so therefore it felt discriminating towards us. This place was amazing in so many ways. All the staff were so amazing, friendly, and attentive. It wasn't super busy and I am so surprised because the food was amazing. I believe this place does both ayce and a regular menu, but we did ayce. We chose the cheaper section a because it already had everything we wanted. All the food tasted great and portion was great. It was a nice well lit and simple place which gave a family style atmosphere. The bill was less than $60!!! That was cheap for us. Would definitely recommend this place and would go here again. And I love the type of grill they use. It doesn't burn your meats because of the direct fire like other places have which means there is no reason to interrupt your meal because there is no grill change. read more

I've been to many Korean BBQ restaurants, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I've had. Ever since they changed to AYCE, the quality of the meat has gone down significantly. All of the meat felt like the lowest quality, and everything took forever to cook because the grill/pot took so long to heat up. The pork especially took an extremely long time, along with the rest of the meats. On top of that, many of the dishes we ordered never came. We ended up reordering them later, but the server suggested we not order more because the kitchen was backed up. I still reordered because we were missing so many items from the first order, but those items still never came the entire time we were there. Eventually, we just left. The service was very slow, it was hard to get any server's attention, and the customer service was basically nonexistent. We also had a 7 year old girl with us who fell asleep near the beginning of the meal, but they still charged her the full adult price. On top of that, they added gratuity to our table. Poor meat quality, slow cooking, missing orders, slow service, overcharging, and no customer service. This place failed in every aspect. I really miss the old Honey Pig.
