More of a lunch spot, not really that quick because it takes some to go through the electronic menu, not because the service is slow. Food is cooked fresh especially if you select the stir fried options, therefore you might have to wait a little longer than the usual build your own bowl places. Since I work in the same building that Honeygrow is connected too, I am here relatively frequently. I've only ever ordered the Spicy Garlic stir-fry (hey, when you like something, you stick to it) but I would imagine other stir-frys are good as well. I swap the noodles out for brown rice, and it is the only thing I've ever felt needed changed in the dish. The place can get pretty crowded around lunchtime, so I try to not go there any later than 11:30. All in all, it's a pretty solid selection for lunch, especially when you can get a filling stir-fry for ~$10. read more

The idea of this place is a total 5/5. They work with smaller farmers, lots of gluten free and vegan options, and really allow you to customize your meal. The fully digital ordering was convenient and ensured you confirmed your order before placement. The experience lost a solid star for me with the ratio of base to toppings and protein. I ordered the coconut curry with tofu, four veggies, and noodles. The noodles made up 80% of the meal. All of the vegetables you see in the photo is the total vegetables for the whole dish. One of my vegetables was mushrooms and I literally received three slices of mushroom. I added cilantro for an extra $0.50 and that little sprinkle was it. The price point was great but either the staff need additional training or they need to rethink the standard volume of ingredients in a serving. Without sufficient veggies my meal was quite salty and heavy, which was disappointing because I could see the potential. The idea behind this restaurant is one I love. I won't make it a priority to go back again this trip but would try them again if i were local. read more

It was avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber, roasted chicken breast, mesculin greens, kale, spinach and red quinoa. It was very filling. I only ate one third of it. My best friend put me on to Honeygrow and to say I was hooked instantly is an understatement. The strawberry guava lemonade is to die for!! My kids even enjoy the food!! I love it because it's a healthy alternative when we have to eat quickly. The only thing I'm holding a star for is....I'd say with the Spicy stir fry option...I've had it twice...each time it was lacking the chicken and heavy on the pineapple. The flavors were really good (spicy garlic sauce) but unfortunately the order was incorrect because I asked for lettuce and got rice instead. The majority of the stir fry ended up being all rice so that was disappointing. The proportion of vegetables/protein to rice was really unequal. I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago on a recommendation by a friend and have literally come here 4 more times since then. I can only vouch for one salad (Walnut St. Noodle), which I've had each time. The ingredients are fresh, and the dressings are to die for! The shrimp add is pricey ($3.55) but worth it. I'm not the biggest salad person but the fact that this place has such a vast noodle menu option keeps me coming back. You can add noodles (wheat, egg, rice) to your salad for a heartier meal, or build your own noodle stir fry with added protein and veggies. Staff is always nice and makes your food fast. You order on a touch screen and staff will call your name when your food is ready. The only thing is that I wish you could get more than 3 toppings on your bowl (you can get more but you have to pay extra). It is a bit pricey, but the portion sizes are actually fairly large. When I got home 15 minutes later, it was still hot and delicious! For we GF folks, menu is marked and you are encouraged to let the staff know if you have an allergy. My son and I stayed and chatted for awhile, and the staff even brought us some extra tap water while we hung out! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is you get 3 toppings before adhoc charges kick in...I wouldn't mind seeing 1-2 more included just to bump up the serving size. When I order salad on the app within a group of work colleagues I have no issues with the food there. On a couple of occasions when I've gone inside the store to order I ended up getting extremely sick as if someone was purposely putting eye drops in my food. Management needs to check this location. If someone with allergic reactions to certain chemicals were to become fatally ill it would reflect negatively on the company that the owners worked so hard to establish.
