Then someone new showed up at my front door who hadn't seen my house and was expected to get up to par on the spot. Horizon luckily has Daniel Nava working for them. I also discovered some subterranean termite damage in a few areas that became visible during demolition. He was prompt, informative, thorough and kind. He provided his personal cell to help address all of my concerns. It was seamless scheduling the treatment and paperwork given Uriel and the office's prompt response. On the day of the treatment, Miguel performed the treatment, and he embodied the same positive characteristics Uriel did as well. The treatment took a couple of hours for each property. He had to drill a few thumb sized holes in the concrete, but did a great job filling it back up. Overall, I had a great experience with Horzion and I would highly recommend them.
