Josh Mee helped me greatly. I had brought my BMW here before, and they were honest enough the first time to tell me that my bummer did not need replacement and only required a $20 part. Other places insisted I need to spend over $1000 to fix it. Unfortunately this time, I was not as lucky and the bummer needed to be fully replaced. As I was tight on funds, I found a place that sold the original bummer at 50% off list and the Horn crew gladly installed for me. When I brought a console off the internet and it did not quite fit properly, Josh and the guys managed to cut it to the right size to fit instead of wasting my time to find another one and the added expense. Best of all, I had very limited time for my car to be in the shop and was doing this while I was out of town for work. Very disappointed in lack of communication and transparency. Owner informed me they would follow all work order recommendations by insurance company. Owner chose to use own vendor for replacemt parts which caused a 4 day delay in process, which ultimately led us to be liable for 4 days cost of a rental car due to him using a vendor that he claimed sent the wrong part that had to be return3d and then replaced. read more

I had 2015 Kia optima 12K withe minor front end collision I brought my car to Mr Patrick Horn He gave me $5300 Quote to repair my car Parts and labour . I thought that was reasonable and asked him to start the work . After the work was done he gave me bill for $6800. I disputed the charges then we negotiated to $5800. After less than two weeks the cheap radiator he Replaced in my car blow up and damaged the motor . I brought my Kia to the Kia dealer the dealer confirmed the engine was gone needed to replace Engine. And then the dealer refused to honor my warranty Reason Mr horn put cheap after market radiator and after market fan .They said because of the after market parts Mr Horn put in my car they were not gonna honor the warranty . I went to Mr Horn told about the problem then Patrick Horn told me he is not responsible because the person that was driving the car should have stop when the Engine got overheated. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning. When I arrived the owner Patrick had the receptionist make me a damn good cup of coffee. He sat me down and went over some paperwork with me. They called the car rental place for me and had them pick me up. I was in and out in no time. I even got some free pens and key chains lol. Anyway they finished the job in 3 days and kept me informed along the way. I liked the work they did and it also comes with a lifetime warranty. Perfection! That's what I have to say about my first experience getting my Miata fixed with Horn's Collision Center. 'Josh' was a HUGE help & supporter of my '01 Miata getting repaired. I got into a fender bender & as soon as i arrived at Horn's i was comfortable & confident in their ability to repair & repaint my car. Horn's Collision went above & beyond with the process on my car. Constant updates & photos on the process was big for me & i really can't appreciate enough how much Josh & his team turned my car around & looking brand new! I wanted to share a few notes about Horn Collision Center and how appreciatative of the service I received. I own a 2010 Honda Odessey and needed bumper and side panel repairs. I could have gone to many other shops to get it repaired but I chose Horn eventhough it was far from where I live, about 30 miles away. After several quotes from other shops I decided on Horn, I took my van in and was right away treated with respect and "like I was their loyal customer" even though I had never been to the shop before. I welcome that sincere gestures becasue it kind put me at ease and knew that the job will be done correctly. The owner/Patrick situated the confusing parts of the equations about how the repair should be and explain the details and also helped arranged the rental service to get me moving while my vehicle was in service. It took several days to repair the van, but Patrick kept me abreast of the status. He personally inspected the van to ensure the job was completed correctly and to high expectation before releasing the van to me. Needless to say, I was very happy with the outcome. The van was like it was when I drove it off the dealer lot, it was brand new. The repair was beyond my expectation, it was awesome!!! Patrick went beyond the original quote by repairing my front bumper that had some paint ship. Patrick went ahead and took care of the touch-up job without charging me. I don't think many other shops could have done that for their customers. I highly recommending this shop to whom ever needing their vehicle repair. You will not be disappointed with the service! I chose Horn's based on Yelp and other reviews and I am so glad I did. My history with body shops is that the repairs were finished weeks after they have been promised, resulting in large out-of-pocket costs for a rental car. The shops would say the parts were on order and there was nothing they could do. Based on this, since my car was driveable after the accident, I asked Patrick if he could pre-order all the parts before I left my car there so I wouldn't have to pay for a rental while my car just sat at the shop. He was willing to do this and ordered them immediately. Three days later he called to say the parts were in so I dropped my car off and he said it should be ready in 2 weeks. Another part was needed which arrived one day late so my car was delayed by 2 days and Patrick called and he felt terrible since he had promised it to me. I was thrilled that is was only 2 days delayed and not 2 weeks but he felt bad. The car looks great! His guys did a fabulous job. The bumper aligns perfectly, there's no wind noise (the rear window had to be removed and resealed) and the paint color blends seamlessly. There was a tiny tiny chip of paint that no one noticed and Patrick took it and fixed it without hesitation. He even had one of his guys remove some old bird poop stains that were on a part of the car he didn't work on. At some point after I left the shop, I noticed a problem with a window and made a note to call and let them know. The next day, before I had a chance to call, Patrick called me just to check on how everything was. Now that is someone who really cares about his work, his customers and his reputation. He had me bring it back, loaned me a car for the day and the problem was fixed. I hope I don't get into another accident and need a body shop but if I do, I highly recommend this family business.
