The people who work and own it are old school North Jersey -- the types of people who you see increasingly less of as yuppies price them out of town. Instead of a simple yes or no, I was told they "couldn't do that" that next time i need to order the right thing and then hung up on mid-sentence. When i tried to call back the phone was disconnected. Hanging up on a customer for asking for no cheese is wild. It's not about the request -- it's about the attitude and lack of basic customer service. I make an effort to support small businesses, but respect goes both ways. Opening your doors just to be rude to customers is not it. I won't be coming back.
