It was around 3:30ish so it was pretty empty, but this was good news for me, no wait times. The location is pretty spacious and theres also outdoor seating. My order was taking pretty fast and obviously food came out quickly as well, but i do want to say that this is one of those instances that fast does not usually translate to good. I will say that portioning is okay, the tortilla used is definitely large but it's protein content not so much. The cheese was also not melted all the way through and i believe that's probably due to how fast it was cooked. They used a tool where it squeezes the quesadilla in a grill platform. So i think they didn't let it sink long enough. Anyways, the quality of the quesadilla was enjoyable and the hot sauce i had packed a punch. It's a quick heat, lasts seconds. Not sure if I would come frequently though, as i mentioned earlier, the protein portioning is slim. If anything, i will come back for their other specialty items.

The quesadilla was filling and flavorful with plenty of cheese and grilled chicken. It also came with salsa on the side, though I think some sour cream would have made it even better. The fajita burrito was tasty too, but I thought it was a little small for the price. I liked the complimentary chips and salsa bar. It's self-serve and refillable. We definitely filled up on chips while waiting for our food. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but there is still seating inside and outside. It's pretty clean, and they even have a cute photo spot inside. The staff was nice, and our food came out fairly quickly. It's a decent spot for Mexican food in downtown Livermore. I've heard the tacos are really good, so I'd love to try those next time.

I will go back and try again because the reviews say otherwise but it was just sad. Ordered a super burrito with barbacoa and it was like a soup or slop consistency. It was just straight juice and liquid and just too wet. Because of that it had one flavor throughout the burrito. Not terrible but just not what is to be expected. Horchata was flavorful but it was diluted. So sad because it did taste good. The best part was the customer service. There was a young guy out front and he was so friendly telling me about a car meet and inviting me to it. Inside was the same. Super friendly and helpful. I will go back to try again since I pass it after fishing so hopefully it was a one off time and I can update my review with more stars!

Never again will i listen to a non-human! Let me first start off by saying, i love me my quesadillas. It's my go to mexican food. My staple, the good ol' reliable. Not tacos, not burritos. The mighty legendary quesadilla. How can you mess up a quesadilla with meat? Well it's possible here at Tacos Mil Delicias. It all started with the price tag. $15 dollars for a quesadilla, thats before tax. I thought to myself, okay, it's going to be at least mildly big or beefy. Nope and nope. This thing was thinner than a Taco Bell quesadilla and smaller than the usual size flour tortilla for a menu item like this at other Mexican taco trucks. All this while waiting in the cold for what felt to be longer than 15 minutes. Unacceptable. They did have some chairs next to their truck and it looked decently clean, but i thought it wouldn't take that long and is the reason why i stayed standing. Wrong. I didn't give it one star because the quesadilla did not taste bad. Regardless, for that amount of money, it's best spent elsewhere.
