This place has amazing food but ever since they started doing fine dining only or Togo after 3 pm it's gone downhill. I eat here all the time because I live and work very close. Friday we called in an order and they complete messed up the entire wrap, gave us some random soup that we never ordered.....did not give us the fruit that was supposed to go with the wrap, instead threw in some chips but no salsa or anything to eat them with???? Next day Saturday 12/16 we ordered 2 pizzas, one was supposed to have no mushrooms there were mushrooms ALL OVER IT. They told us it be ready in 20 minutes get there 23 minutes still had to wait 15 minutes to get the order only to get home and see it's wrong again. I really liked this place back when you could walk in and order and watch them prepare it they never got it wrong then. The staff is always wonderful I just wish the back of the kitchen paid attention to detail because when I read the ticket it was rung up correct but the kitchen made it wrong. read more

I routinely come here for lunch because I office in the galleria. However, I can't say that I'll be back. I came here for lunch on 5/6 after being in court all morning. I figured I would be able to get something quick in between meetings because there was no line, but NO. As the woman is preparing my wrap I notice the chicken is PINK in the inside. I kindly ask her to grill me about her chicken breast because chicken should not be pink. She gets an attitude and tries to put the chicken in the pizza oven. What!? So at this point, I'm annoyed. I tell her again...grilled chicken should not be pink and I want a properly cooked chicken breast. Simple request, right? WRONG. What transpired in the next 20 MINUTES left me speechless: the cook decides to come out of the kitchen to tell me that he's been a cook for 20 years and chicken is suppose to be 165 degrees and that there is nothing wrong with the chicken blah blah blah. I obviously don't care because the chicken was still pink so I asked for the manager. As I'm speaking to her...the cook speaks over her from the back! Seriously? I was baffled at the lack of professionalism. To be quite frank, I felt bad for the manager because she was so nice, and her employee was blatantly disrespecting her authority in front of patrons and other employees (it is only because of her that I gave two stars instead of one). Wow, just wow. I am so impressed with HS Green. Today I tried the chicken mushroom leek soup and I absolutely loved it. I also love that they pay so much attention to detail that they add a little truffle oil to the top when you order it. (I think that is what she added, I could be wrong, it was delicious) The juices are incredible and everything I have ever ordered there tastes fresh and very flavorful. The food and service used to be amazing here. It is a shame because it it's a healthy healthy alternative. The line is so mismanaged at lunch. A man shouts your order at the end of the line and after waiting in line for about 15 minutes you have to re-order everything and when you re-order everything, everything came out wrong. I asked for no sauce on my sandwich there was sauce on my sandwich. I asked for a medium rare hamburger it came out dry and so charred. The checkout lady is a rude and dismissive. They act as if they are working and attitude is like a cheap fast food restaurant. This should be a high-end experience. The food was made sloppy and without care. The only saving grace is a gentleman that works at dining room that I've spoken to numerous times he is extremely pleasant and he goes beyond to speak with the customers, but there's no hope if everyone else in the restaurant doesn't care about their customers. So apparently I have a problem with visiting a place again even if it's not good the first time. I'm really wishing I didn't give this place second chance, as I'm feeling sick to my stomach. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because the service is good and the guacamame is delicious. Aside from that, terrible. I've tried the wraps before and today I tried the salad. Ginger dressing is one of my favorites, so I had a salad with ginger dressing. Absolutely terrible. I feel horrible for wasting food and my money, but it was inedible, and I don't see how they can serve that. It is so gingery it is impossible to eat. I cannot come up with a single negative thing to say about this place. The food is fresh, everything is clean, the service is wonderful! I love the chicken caesar wrap, and the pineapple/coconut/vanilla cold-pressed juice is perfect! You get a lot of food for $10 - a huge wrap plus chips and salsa. The juices are a little expensive ($7) but they have fountain drinks as well for less. It's such a great lunch spot and I will definitely be there often. read more

another place discovered for healthy eating place !!! we ordered crispy duck fontina (spinach changed to arugula - its my wife favorite & choice), rotisserie chicken, and shrimp tacos. the pizza is so delicious and taste freshly made from scratch. the shrimp tacos are nothing special just taste like an ordinary tacos in another place with less toppings on it. the rotisserie chicken with herb roasted potatoes, roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes are delicious and my daughter loves it, again if she loves it, it means its that good. the place ambience is nice and ideal for families and groups since the restaurant space is big and the ceiling is high so people not feel overwhelmed with the noise or the crowd. plenty of healthy choices to choose from like salads and cold pressed juices. staff are also friendly. lastly the restrooms are clean with diaper changing table (family friendly) ;-) read more

I've been going to this HS Green since it opened. After today's experience, I will never go back. I ordered a southwest steak salad. When I got to the meat portion of the line, the lady working opened the top to wear the steak was kept, and clearly there was the smallest, saddest steak I've ever seen (pale, shriveled). The lady told me she was going to wait for the steak to come from the kitchen (I was pleased, I thought she actually cared about the quality of food she would be giving a customer). Boy, was I wrong. She cut up the old steak, PLACED IT IN THE OVEN WHERE PIZZAS ARE COOKED, NOTHING UNDERNEATH IT (this is surprising, I know vegetarians who eat here who wouldn't be pleased with their pizza being cooked on top of where meat was), then put it on my salad. After waiting for 20 minutes, another person asked if I had been helped. I told her what just happened, and she asked to get my name so the next time I could get a free salad. I'm not looking for free food. If this place was concerned about customer service, they would have remade my salad with the fresh meat. The best part was the workers denied (in front of me) that I had been waiting for that long. If you look at the time on my receipt, it would have confirmed that I did wait for that long. I went this week during my lunch break and was surprised to see how friendly and outgoing the employees were, very hard to find nowadays. The inside was very open, clean, and modern/rustic looking. I ordered the Salmon Ginger Salad which was one of the employees picks. It was delicious and I felt very satisfied afterwards.
