Massive chicken tenders, decent fries, Texas toast and awful cheese sauce
    Denise H.

Good location in the Fremont and reasonable prices when you see the size on these tenders. The picture doesn't do them justice - just huge! The sauce size needs to be bigger for sure. Skip the cheese sauce, unless you like the can nacho cheese, I was disappointed and wasted some money with that sauce. The fries were solid. Plenty of seating (it's in a food court area).

Food was great but Anissaw was so rude. took my order with attitude, yelled at me to get off the counter when i was barely leaning on it while waiting for my drinks. I still tipped her in hopes of her being in a better mood but she gave me my order and slid the tray on the counter and refused to give us a to go container.

If you're looking for late night munchies, good service, and a clean cafeteria come through. If you're ready for chicken tenders and fries, head to Huey Magoos inside the Freemont Experience. I can't tell you how to get to this food court because the night was blurry, but the tendies were on point. The ranch tasted homemade, not hidden valley. The Texas toast soaked up all the drinks from earlier. Needless to say, this hit the spot. I highly recommend as it was affordable, the kids preferred the ramen across the food court but it was great that we had options for everyone.

Came here late looking for something open late night.... Arrived at midnight. There was no line. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Mrs got the magoo sandwich. Food was made quick and cashier was friendly. Definitely just frozen tenders and fries - nothing special at all but it was good. About the best you can get at midnight I guess. We would come back if ever in the same position. I didn't get a receipt but it was 25 bucks and we did not get drinks.

    Small order crinkle cut fries
    Ren A.

Their crinkle cut fries are made perfectly with just the right crunch on the outside and tender on the inside, with a little seasoning. This is their SMALL size of fries, but the portion was more like a large serving! The line can be long, but the staff is pretty quick and very friendly. The dining area is always being cleaned and there's a lot of tables to dine. Great "go to" place for a quick bite.

Heard some good things about this place, but as a LV local, I usually avoid the Strip and Downtown at all costs. Well, today I had jury duty downtown, so I decided to stop in for lunch afterwards. It's in a nice food hall inside the Fremont hotel. Clean, plenty of tables. I was done with jury duty pretty early, so I had to wait an hour or so for them to open for business. I ordered their three-piece meal (3 tenders, fries & Texas toast). Was pleased to see that you can still get a quick, decent meal in a Vegas casino for around $10. Food came out fairly quickly, everything was nice and hot. Chicken was tasty, nicely breaded. Fries were well seasoned. Toast was fine too. Overall, I'd say Huey Magoo's was alright. However, it'll probably be a while before I go back, as I'm not planning to be DT again anytime soon.

Wasn't a fan of the bread and it was kinda bland. Hadn't tried this place for years because of the motherland can't get it right, I wasn't going to mess with the US version. I was wrong. The sandwich was 5/5. I was thinking about this sandwich for days after. What makes them different is the bread. It's toasted, a bit thinner, while being fluffy on the inside, has that crunch on the outside. And it was phenomenal. Met a family of four who is a regular, that recommended the one with pistachio cream inside. I decided to try something else instead and it was amazing. I can't remember which one it was but it had spicy sauce with spicy salami inside. I'll def be going back to give a shot on the pistachio cream that the family shared they are addicted to.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the Schiacciata del Boss, and the Summer. Each sandwich was $21. Additionally I purchased a Sparkling Water for $3. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.

All I can say is WOW!! These were both incredibly high quality sandwiches with ingredients stacked to the brim. One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.

When I asked for a quick prep time estimate, the cashier curtly told me 10-15 minutes, adding an unsolicited "because we're closing soon." Ironically, the food came out in an impressive 5 minutes, and no one else ordered after us (so why the attitude about being busy).
