He picked up my phone calls and responded within a timely manner to my text messages. My piano was given to me by my mother last month. It hadn't been tuned in at least two decades, so I wanted to go with someone I knew would do a thorough job. He charged a flat rate, which was a little pricier than the other quotes I received, but I still decided to go with him because he seemed knowledgeable and experienced. And I was right. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the end result. He vacuumed the inside of my piano, tuned it three times, and was finished within 90 minutes.
