These are the hardest working movers I've ever seen. They won't stop to take a break or eat lunch, they just kept right on unpacking the truck and making sure everything was where we wanted it. They even were good natured about rearranging the living room sectionals multiple times. This was a long distance move and amazingly they arrived exactly when they said they would. This is a long awaited review. Hulk movers moved us December 1st. They damaged several of our items(pics to follow) I brought it to the attention of the owner Sanjar who was responsive at first but now nothing. His guys asked me to order them lunch and put it on my card stating they would give me cash but then never offered to do so. We bought them dinner as well as it was a long day, they did not pay or even offer to pay for that as well. They refused to take our safe upstairs (which they moved from the upstairs in our previous home) and had to call the owner to do it. I placed a deposit of $200 which was supposed to be applied to the total which was not, we paid an additional $2,195 and tipped 3 movers $40 cash each for our move( Priar to discovering all of the damage) and suffered thousands of dollars in damages of furniture, appliances,irreplaceable artwork not to mention the hole they put in the new house in front of the owner. At the end of the night one of the guys pooped in our downstairs bathroom when we told him the water was not connected leaving his waste in our bathroom until the water was turned back on & I had to flush it. Hulk Movers are the real deal. Sanjar visited our Alpine, CA home and gave us a very fair, all inclusive, quote. He also gave us his personal phone number. (Because of escrow issues we had to change the move date once) Monday morning, they arrived at our home at the promised 9 AM. Anton and two excellent helpers wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap. We felt comfortable with there care of our furniture, glass table tops, large pictures, piano, bed headboards, etc. At 9 AM Tuesday Anton and a helper off loaded our furniture at our new home 570 miles north of Alpine (NW of Sacramento). Yes, 24 hours later. Their 26 foot truck was loaded, locked and delivered as we watched. They were exceptionally well mannered, efficient, careful with your home. Were we initially nervous about movers in general? Lots of horror stories. Yes, absolutely nervous. Simply amazing and professional service. The moving company I originally booked didn't show up and I contacted Hulk Movers and they accommodated me even though it was last minute and late (at 6pm).
