These guys are definitely worth it.  I was throughly impressed and happy with these guys service.  I got a quote through yelp. Audrey & Nick both helped answer questions and make the process easy. I later was able to talk to Sanjay who confirm times and he sent me their business venmo.  The day of the move, three guys Arthur, Anton and on other guy (sorry I didn't get your name)  showed up during their specified time range. Arthur went over some paper work with and ensure that I knew when their start time was.  Great communication here. They got everything done quickly and carefully. I watched them wrap stuff, and pick up any items I had forgot to pack and put into a wardrobe box.  I lived in an apartment complex and parking was is small. I was afraid of the truck blocking my neighbors. But Arthur was super kind. He stayed by the truck loading whatever the other guys brought out.  And would move the truck whenever my neighbors needs to access their parking space.   I was very impressed with their kindness. When we arrived at the new home they carefully unwrapped things and kindly asked where to place certain items.  I ensure to tip them all well since they did a great job in making my move seamless.  This move occured late September. Ayaz and Abzal did the best they could given the hand they were dealt. Looking back, I should have requested or I wish Sanjar (the office manager/main customer service rep) had advised me that three people would have been more appropriate, given how long it ended up taking for a 2br apartment to 1br apartment move. Sanjar had the unfortunate job of having to notify me that my originally scheduled move had to be cancelled the morning of my move because the two guys assigned to my job were showing symptoms of COVID and they didn't have anyone to backfill on such short notice. He was as professional as possible and rescheduled me for the next morning - and really, it's a pandemic, I can't hold that against them. Regardless, Ayaz and Abzal arrived the next morning on time and started working right away. They loaded up our boxes, plastic wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, ignored my very loud barking dog who was in a separate area - everything you could hope for from professional movers. Even when unexpected things got thrown their way - like my new apartment's leasing office notifying me that they no longer allow locking elevators for moving - they took it like professionals and kept right on working, no complaints or negativity. Sanjar, the owner of the company came out promptly in response to our inquiry, discussed the move accommodated our timing, and promised a great crew and a professional move. We had a contract by email within 2 hours. He delivered. Joseph brought his crew, Eduardo and Sardor, arrived on time, worked hard to pack and load our 2-bedroom condo in one day and promised to meet us in Marina Del Rey the next morning. Joseph, Sardor and Deepak arrived on time and unpacked, placing all our belongings as we instructed and we paid the contract price which was comparatively a great value for the exceptional service. Nothing was damaged; both crews were professional, careful, respectful, kind, courteous and helpful. Hulk Movers is fully licensed and insured, I checked with the CA Bureau of Household Goods and Services, and fully cooperated with our HOA's on both ends to provide the evidence of insurance they required. Sam and his team went above and beyond everything we could imagine. We had everything boxed and ready to go for the most part when they got there at 8am as promised. One thing I liked was that they had a huge box for all the little things we didn't box like baskets and other random stuff so that saved us from boxing those. They brought plastic wrap and wrapped everything really well so that it wasn't damaged. They also provided wardrob boxes,, moving blankets, and extra tape. It was also nice they brought a truck and took it back so you don't have to worry about renting a truck the night before and finding time to return it. When we got to the new spot, they took a quick lunch break and it was back to work. They didn't stop until everything was done. I appreciated that they had tools with them to break down and put things back together. We had a dresser that didn't fit the doorway of the new location so they took it apart carefully and put it back together inside. Overall it saved us sooo much time and it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who doesn't have the time or energy to make the move alone. read more

We recently moved from Maryland to Coronado, CA and needed help with unpacking our household goods shipped here by a major moving company.
