The establishment should tell the waitresses,to put more clothes on. Cleavage hangs out,and staff also in very short dresses, one of them,underwear was visible, really awkward. I wasn't expecting to feel like I was at hooters,here. If that's how you want to business,thats fine,but,have stuff on the website, that the females have not much clothes,on so people, don't take their kids here. This is a food establishment, people's junk half way out,isn't sanitary. But,thank you to the waiter the man,who wore pants a shirt and was dressed appropriately and dressed with class,I don't think he was serving food though, guessing men aren't allowed to be servers there,all I saw only females serving food. Been going to Humble Pie for many years, so was curious to check out how Humble Bistro was going to be. Found everything delicious as expected. Really like the Not So Humble Brussels - crispy brussels, candied bacon, over the charred jalepeno hummus. Excellent appetizer. Loaded fries are always a win and you can't go wrong with pasta. Cocktails are fantastic and service was great. there was a highly intoxicated couple in the restaurant that would be either fighting or sitting in each other laps getting very physical. Now, I am one to have fun, but this was a bit distracting and could tell other diners were upset. Wish they had handled that situation a bit better, but it did make for some people watching and laughs at our table. read more

Stopped into the Humble Bistro for lunch with family. As for the food - we had burgers, sandwiches and pizza. The Cajun chicken sandwich was excellent, and the burger too. The pizza was way too garlicky for my tastes, but wasn't bad. Although the decor is nice, the ambiance was ruined by loud music blasting throughout, like a club. I loved the songs selection, but we couldn't carry on a decent conversation, so we asked the wait staff if they could turn it down a notch. They were super nice and tried their best, but came back and said they could not because it's preset at that volume by management. Seriously? It was so loud that everyone in the place was raising their voices to hear each other. I guess the idea for the loud music is hipster wine bar chic or something? I don't know, but it was so obnoxiously loud that I won't go back. It ruined what could have been a nice lunch. In retrospect, I should have just left without ordering. A gem! Walked in and immediately smelled all the good food. Feels like a nice quaint spot, but can get quite loud when it's full. Service was good and attentive. I read good things about the Humble Caesar in other reviews and was not disappointed. I liked their spin on the traditional salad. Eggs were tasty and just a small amount of kick from the jalapeño dressing. I would highly recommend and definitely get a again. Both the Truffled & Wild and Cremini Sacchetti were enjoyable as well. This is one of my favorite bistros in the valley, although the location can be a bit hard to find since it is tucked in among other industrial offices. The inside of this place felt just like a bistro with French or broader European decorations. We tried their truffle fries, pizza, and some drinks. The fries were so good. I especially like that they offered different kinds of homemade sauces. The pizza was made fresh and very good as well. My favorite was the Aperol Spritz. It was only $10 for a decent size of drink plus the taste was so good. This place is unfortunately not dog friendly, not even on the patio. read more

Came here on a Saturday night with a group of girls for dinner. They don't do reservations but I believe you can call ahead to get on a wait list. There was about 10 of us and it was around a 15 minute to 20 minute wait for a table. Which isn't terrible for a Saturday. I started with the hello peaches cocktail. This was good and not too strong. For my entree I ordered the Cremini Sachetti. The sauce for this dish was to die for. It was so delicious. Our drinks took a while to come but service was good. It would be a good date spot as well. I just don't like that they don't do reservations. But I would definitely recommend calling ahead. read more

Wow! I came here for lunch/brunch with my mom today and what a fabulous restaurant, great warm trendy decor and amazing staff! They have brunch until 3 on weekends and this was my first time here. Started off with a mimosa and it was very good they gave you the choice of champagne and OJ or grapefruit juice, which I think is technically a pamplemosa but it's no matter. I had the BK Cubano which was a Cuban sandwich on fresh bread only it added scrambled eggs, okay I love both of those so mix it together and it was amazing! Fresh pickles that added a crunch and amazing flavors throughout. My mom had the salmon Benedict with chipotle hollandaise that gave it a mild spicy flavor. My ONLY negative was the "seasoned fries" don't get me wrong I ate them and they were pretty good I mean how can you mess up a potato? .........well two times In my life this has happened my dear grandmother love you RIP would cook potatoes so bad that if they were served to a peasant family during the dark ages they would probably say..."oh no thank you we had a huge lunch" the other was a restaurant that thought it was a good idea to add honey and cinnamon to sweet potatoes fries. I do not know what the seasoning that they use but it almost had a sweetness to it that I wasn't a huge fan of although very mild. Server was so kind and on point definitely one of the top 10 of my life and my mom said every time she is there the service is great and when leaving towards the short walk to the door we were thanked by three people for coming in. Finally had an opportunity to try out the new Humble Bistro at High Street and really enjoy my experience! First off, the ambiance is great and very relaxing between the low lighting, beautiful chandeliers, vintage pictures, and tall fire pillars. The music, however, was quite loud and caused me to choose a seat outside so my friend and I could hear each other as we talked during dinner. The patio area had plenty of heaters surrounding the tables so even on a slightly breezy cool night we were still very comfortable and warm outside. Service was spot on! The host and servers were all very pleasant and quick to check on each table throughout the meal. My friend and I both ordered pizzas as well as wine and sangria. She really enjoyed the sangria and loved the frose topping with the rose sangria. I had the Dancing Owl rose which was flavorful and a tad sweet. My friend ordered the margherita pizza and said it was quite good. I had the veggie pizza which was packed with great fire roasted veggies, but lacking in seasoning (mainly salt). Thankfully I was able to get extra salt from the server which seriously enhanced the flavor of the pizza. The concept is quite nice, but the menu is not too far off from the Humble Pie restaurant. I honestly prefer the pizza options at Humble Pie versus Humble Bistro. However, next time I will definitely be trying the cajun chicken alfredo as it looks amazing in other reviews! read more

Without outdoor seating right now (110 degrees and all) it's a tight fit but still a good experience. The waitress was very helpful and I loved that she had her favorites. I just picked an order up from here and WOW! I saw this place on TikTok and decided to Check it out. The Caesar salad is worth the hype. The Rosa pasta was delicious and the bread. LOVED my experience at Humble Bistro! My family and I met here for dinner while I visited them in Scottsdale. They were able to seat our table of 7 right away despite not having a reservation and it being busy. Our server was great and very helpful with walking us through the menu. For appetizers, we ordered the humble fries, the artichokes, and the bistro board. Everything was amazing, but the bistro board really stole the show. It was jam packed with amazing dips (hummus & whipped ricotta with chili honey) and roasted veggies. The crispy brussels in the center blew me away too! I seriously loved all of it. Ther servings were large and displayed beautifully. It started to get windy and stormy outside, and they immediately made room for us inside. My brother and I split the cremini sachetti and the gentleman pizza. The pasta was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. If you're a truffle lover, you need to try this. The pizza was equally delicious. The crust was pillowly and perfect. The manager swung by our table to let us know one of our pizza's had burned in the oven so they were making us a new one us a new one that it would be coming out a few minutes after the rest of our meal. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they took the time to come and tell us about that. All my family members loved their meals. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! Ok let me start by saying I love this brunch spot. It's elegant and the food is great. The service itself is not awful.. meaning they're attentive and pleasant but damn our server was not the brightest. It's like she, herself had never eaten at a restaurant. It was almost laughable. I asked for iced tea but 1st asked if they had Splenda. She enthusiastically answered yes. She brings iced tea and a box of white, blue & pink packets. Do you not have the yellow packets? She answers "no just these". Umm ok? Then I don't want the iced tea can I have a Diet Coke. Again she's enthusiastic in her response "no problem!". What does she bring me? Diet Pepsi bc they don't have coke products.! Wtf? Why wouldn't you tell someone that when they ask you for Diet Coke?. Thankfully I like diet Pepsi better than Diet Coke, so I was fine, but we were still just shocked that she didn't know better. She was clueless. Then we overheard her talking to the table next to us asking what she recommended and what did she do? She literally went through their entire menu as if she had never eaten there before..it was painful..it took everything in me not to interject. finally she ended where she should have started... with what Humble Bistro was known for! I doubt this girl was even 21 so she has a lot to learn...but from who?? I expected better training.. she needs to shadow someone before they put her on the floor by herself... for the love of god!! Such a good find up at desert ridge. This is located next to blue martini lounge and modern Margarita and other fine dining in that area. I had never been to this establishment before period friends of ours had been to their location down in Gilbert and said it's a must try. I completely agree we were able to get a table pretty quickly on the outside patio which had gas heaters so everyone was able to stay warm. This location does have a happy hour every day which we had just missed by a few minutes bummer. Anyway the drinks were pretty reasonably priced I was able to get a frozen for $9 others at the table got bloody Mary's for 10 bucks so not bad at all. For appetizers we got the house made sourdough bread (porno) and French fries. Both were really delicious and the whole table enjoyed them. For food a big hit was the Cajun chicken pasta which literally my friend licked the bowl. I'm not playing!!! Another hit at the table was the pizza and the short rib pasta. I personally got the short rib pasta and it was delicious I loved every bite it was so filling and you cannot go wrong with that dish. My husband got the chicken chicken winner dinner. He enjoyed it however he thought for some reason it was gonna either be chicken tenders or white meat and it was a bunch of dark meat which is not his favorite but overall he still really enjoyed it. I would also say if you have time get the Caesar salad it was so flavourful you could tell that they make their dressing in house I was really impressed with the flavor that came from the salad. I'm beyond this restaurant can be very nice but also still casual definitely try to make a reservation because at 1 point we were told it was a 2 hour wait. The hamburger is by far the best that I've tried around town, it's simple & never comes out soggy, plus, the bun, meat, & condiment ratio is perfect! I also am obsessed with their Caesar salad! Well the name points more to the size of the place rather than the decor. It's tucked in a midrise neighbourhood community and has both patio and indoor seating. Patio being unused during the hot Arizona summer though. Given the small space, the place does get loud so it's not a place to have an intimate date. What is great here is the food. Confusingly there are two pasta entrees (cremini sachetti and the cacio e pepe ) that would seem vegetarian, but are not, I'm guessing, because of the kind of cheese they use may be made with rennet. So I ordered the (not so) humble lasagna which was served split between a white sauce and a red sauce. The pasta is so rich that when you combine it with the cheese, it needs the tartness of that red sauce so that's where I scooped everything towards. My waitress was nice and attentive. My husband and I visited a few months ago and truly loved it! The Alfredo with Cajun chicken was wonderful, we loved the music , the service and the ambiance. We recommended it to several people. Unfortunately, it seems that there are several things that have been disappointing the last several visits. The next several times we ordered the Alfredo, the chicken portion had been reduced by half. It is now less than half of a chicken breast. Very small. The music is very loud and when we asked for coffee with dessert we were told that the manager wouldn't serve coffee because that would mean people would hang out too long. Reading some of the reviews, the manager also said that they wouldn't turn down the music. It seems like the manager is more interested in making money and turning tables than having happy, repeat customers. While staying at a near by resort a staff member highly recommended the Humble Bistro. So the next day we went for lunch. I will say I've added this place to my fav list! The food was so fresh and flavorful. We started with the Humble Frose. The chilled rosé wine mixed with fresh fruits created a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Then we ordered the "Not so humble Caesar" this salad was far from ordinary is such a good way. The highlight of this salad was the generous amount of crispy Brussels sprouts that were on top. Acting as a creative twist on traditional croutons, these perfectly cooked sprouts added a delightful crunch and unique taste to each bite. For those who appreciate the distinct taste of Brussels sprouts, this salad is an absolute must-try. Then we ordered from the "Fresh Pasta" the Short Rib Pappardelle. I loved finding this little spot close to my house. It's a cute little place that's very warm and inviting. The food was amazing. We got the meatballs to start and they absolutely hit the spot. I'm in love with this pizza! A group of friends and I were on High Street for a food and wine experience and decided to extend the fun. A friend who works for a winery saw her wine on the menu so we stopped in. We had a couple of bottles and three pies to share and they were all delicious! The crust is perfectly crispy, flavorful, and covered with delicious toppings. The music and decor are trendy and appealing and the staff was attentive.
