While I thought the burger was very tasty (easily rate it a strong 4 star), I was disappointed in the lack of choices for sides and burger toppings as well as they ran out of fries and lemonade within 1 hour of opening on a Tuesday. All that was mumbled was something about a unreliable produce delivery, so it was disappointing not getting the full experience and frankly, leaving hungry! Friends of mine reported the same problems when they tried to visit on other days and HB are either not actually open and/or sold out. There's nothing else like it in town - just the perfect hamburger. Now that they're open in their brick and mortar location they're serving canned beer and cider, which is great. They diminish the taste of the burger and linger on your palate long after. This was the third attempt to find this eatery open. Previous ventures were met with Closed(during regular business hours) or "we ran out of buns" or "our supplier didn't show up." All new start ups have problems, but when your menu consists of only grilled burgers and fries, how logistically challenging can it be? Excellent burger and fries. They toasted but brioche bun. On the grille and the meat is pressed fresh on the grille. High quality ingredients. Their menu is limited to a deluxe type hamburger or chess burger but I would not change a thing on the burger with one exception. After grilling the bun they add the condiments and something about the process let the condiments absorb into the bun so they seemed lacking. I would have rated it a five if not for that. read more

The fries were fairly good but some of them were too burnt to eat. The pickles are sweet and nasty so i skipped them. They only serve american cheese, how hard is it to keep other cheese in stock... Not a too much seating, but was not an issue when i was there. The male employee kinda creeped us out the way he stared at my girlfriend. Probably nothing intentional. The food was good, and the staff were very friendly. However, the selection is truly a one hit wonder. The beef, although very good, had no or very little seasoning. No beacon available, and only one selection of cheese. A second side would be nice. Good fries, crispy shoestring style. One other item was they use no trays, which is green and saves them on washing, materials, etc, but makes it a challenge to eat at tables since you cant spread out your food. Something like a wax paper place mat or a piece of butcher paper would be nice. read more
