There was a nice surprise of green vegetables as that's not normally found in this type of dish. The pork was also not minced but rather sliced pieces. Thin slices so it was tender but a little over cooked/dry. And the century egg was diced into little pieces, those were as expected. Service was minimal but I didn't need much except to order given the condiments and napkins were already on the table. I was lucky to score a booth even though I was dining by myself. I did spot a few folks at other tables to see what they ordered and noodle dishes were definitely the favorite. I'll have to try it next time. Notably because I don't often eat spicy, it may be hard to find a noodle dish that isn't! So FYI... I would totally return but with friends since it is too hard to order just one thing! The sauce could've had a bit more flavor personally, like more spice or vinegary tang, but it was still a good complement to the dumplings.
