All of the food was amazing. My filet was cooked perfectly. Every steak comes with a portion of onion straws. The side of spinach was exceptional with the cheese and seasoning. Bread is available by request and was a nice assortment. We had excellent service and enjoyed the decor. We will dine here again.

Ambiance was fine Service was okay But the food was absolutely amazing! This was all of our first time dining at Hyde Park, and we left very happy! The cosmo was yummy and strong! Since it was our first time, we received a little tasting. Yum! The two guys got soups: onion and lobster bisque. They both loved it. The Caesar salad was also nice! We all got a filet and shared sides! Very much loved the mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus! The dessert was good too! 100% going back! Hopefully it's just as amazing as the first time!

We loved the decor but it is very loud in here. The bar area looks very welcoming and they have a Happy Hour. I recommend a booth to block out some of the noise. We had Matt as a server and he was great. He asked who had a birthday in August when he arrived at the table as he was excited that we had the same birthday. He was so personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the lobster escargots as per his recommendation and it was delicious. If you want bread service you need to ask. There is no charge and a nice selection. Doing the bread in the little cups of garlic butter is a must! The entrees come with a side of onion straws which we all felt were lackluster and not warm. My hubby loved his filet, perfectly seasoned and cooked medium rare. I ordered the lamb chops and they were delicious! We also ordered the spinach and mushrooms which didn't arrive with our meal and Matt hand served them to us so I forgot a picture. We were too stuffed for dessert but some that went by looked great. Both the manager and general manager came to our table to check how the meal was going. We will definitely return when season is over to see if it's less noisy.

We visited on Christmas Eve and had a wonderful experience. The drinks were great, and the wine was very reasonably priced--we enjoyed a Cabernet Sauvignon for $10.75. For appetizers, we ordered the lobster escargot, which was very flavorful. For our entrées, we had the 8-ounce filet mignon and the 14-ounce New York strip, both cooked medium, and were cooked perfectly. We also ordered a side of garlic mashed potatoes, which were a bit too garlicky--even for someone who loves garlic, which says a lot! Overall, the waitstaff was knowledgeable and very attentive. We will definitely be back for another special occasion. Tab came to ~$285 2 drinks, 1 app, 2 steaks and 1 side. With tip

We really enjoyed our dinner at this new, busy spot! It has a nice, clubby steakhouse atmosphere, excellent service, and truly fine food. I especially appreciated Kia, one of the managers, stopping by soon after our party of five was seated to welcome us and make sure we were taken care of -- checking back several times throughout the evening. Starters: We began with French Onion Soup, Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad, and the Lobster "Escargot Style" -- butter-poached lobster with garlic, parsley, and crostini. It's an unusual and creative presentation -- small pieces of lobster in a rich escargot-style sauce. While it was good, next time I'll return to the excellent Crabmeat Cocktail. The Chilled Lobster Tail Cocktail (with cucumber-lime-jalapeño and classic cocktail sauces) was outstanding. Crab Cake, very good. Entrees: Our group enjoyed Filet Mignons topped with Jumbo Crab, Asparagus, and Béarnaise; a perfectly cooked Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop; and a 6oz Japanese A5 Wagyu Strip Steak (sliced). Sides: All were excellent -- Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Sautéed Spinach & Domestic Mushrooms, and Roasted Creamed Corn with Pancetta. Desserts: The Salted Caramel Cheesecake with toasted pecans and caramel sauce was flavorful but a bit too salty for my taste. The Flourless Chocolate Torte and Bourbon Bread Pudding were rich but a little dense. Excellent Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee Drinks & Service: Great cocktails and wine list. Service was superb all around -- Madison at the host stand, Andre our server, and Dominic our busser were all warm, professional, and attentive. Verdict: A top-notch experience from start to finish. Very highly recommended. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

From the moment we walked in, Hyde Park set the tone for an upscale, classic steakhouse experience. The interior was dimly lit and elegant -- think rich woods, leather seating, and a polished atmosphere perfect for a special night out. The Cocktail -- A Showstopper The cosmopolitan I ordered was not just delicious -- it came with a "smoking" dome w presentation that turned heads. It added a dramatic, almost theatrical flair that made it more than just a drink -- it was part of the experience. A great start to the evening and highly Instagrammable if that's your thing. I also saw Smokey old fashion presentation brought in a cage! Starters - French onion soup and ceaser salad, great easy to start the evening The Steaks -- Cooked to Perfection We ordered: * Small Filet Mignon: Tender, buttery, and cooked exactly to temp. It was melt-in-your-mouth good -- a great option if you want something elegant and lean. * Ribeye: Rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. This cut had more marbling and a bolder, beefier taste -- ideal for those who want something a little more indulgent. Both steaks came beautifully plated and arrived hot, with a slight sear and perfect doneness. You could taste the quality of the meat -- no corners cut here. Service & Overall Vibe Our server was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Timing between courses was well-paced, and they made us feel welcomed throughout. Hyde Park really nails the balance between fine dining and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Price Point It's definitely on the higher end, but the quality of the steaks, the flair of the cocktail, and the overall ambiance justify the price -- especially for a special occasion or a night you want to remember. Final Verdict Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse delivered a fantastic experience -- from a show-stopping cocktail to expertly cooked steaks in a refined setting. Whether you're a steak lover or just looking to impress, this spot hits the mark. Rating: 4.7 / 5 Would I go back? Absolutely -- next time, I'm trying the lobster bisque and more of their cocktails.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. The best customer service I have experienced. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. From the moment we sat down until we left we had great customer service. From The person serving us drinks, to the one who taking our orders, even the manager was attentive, she came by our table twice to make sure how our food and drinks were, and even gave us a free sample of the tuna tartare. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and they gave him a free s'mores dessert. The ambiance is high end. Beautiful lighting, a piano player, spacious seating inside and High end decor. Absolutely beautiful. We started with the Hyde park wedge salad. It had pecans in it- which was new to me. I never had a wedge salad like that before and it was good. The millionaires potatoes were not that great to me, but the Hp burger was delicious. The sauce used makes the hamburger even better. We ended with dessert. We tried the flaming butter cake and vanilla bean crème Brûlée. The flaming butter cake is an experience on its own. They torch the cake in front of you! Very cool. Great place for a birthday, a large group, date night, or a nice dinner.

Really cool vibe and great wine list! I really appreciate their accommodation- I made reservation for 2 but last min, a friend wanted to join. So instead of turning us away in a busy Friday evening, the manager grabbed the first available table at the bar which is first come, first serve. It was a small accommodation, but it helped save our dinner evening. Their steak was of course delicious, btw!

Finally made it to Hyde Park Steakhouse in Delray Beach about 2-weeks ago and it's about time I post my review! As anyone can see perusing Yelp, Hyde Park has gotten some very mixed reviews. To be fair, several of the lower ratings were around the restaurants soft-opening. As a rule-of-thumb, I forgo rating a restaurant that gives me a free meal as part of their soft-opening because hey, they're trying to figure things out and feeding you for free to gain that experience. My meal certainly wasn't free, and this is not an inexpensive restaurant. But the question is, did the food justify the price? YES! I wish my attached photos came out better, but the lighting in the restaurant just isn't optimal for photo ops. Oh well. I ordered two appetizers, which is something I do often when trying a new restaurant. Especially when they are two of my favorite things to eat: - Ahi Tuna Tower which contained plenty of avocado and enough crispy homemade wontons to accommodate the portion size. - Crab cake which was served with a spicy mustard sauce. I am going to start with the crab cake because this may be the best crab cake I've ever had. If there was any filler it was minimal, and the crab was served in huge chunks and as succulent as can be (I'm guessing it was Maryland Blue Crab, but since the menu doesn't say, it's only a guess). For an appetizer serving, it was plenty big. Tuna tartare is one of those benchmark items for me. I simply love it, and this was probably the best I've had in Delray Beach. I love avocado, so was happy to see that it was served on top of a large portion, albeit a little more tuna, and a little less avocado would have been ok too (hint). It would be difficult for me to not re-order this same meal my next visit. It was really that good. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and readily available throughout the meal. Front-of-the-house let me select a table (we arrived at 6:30 pm, before the restaurant filled up). If I have one criticism it is that Hyde Park gets LOUD. Like really loud. By the time we left close to 8:30 pm we were yelling across a two-person table. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. While I didn't drink, I split with a friend who ordered an entree and had two glasses of wine. We shared an order of Brussels sprouts (delish!). My share with tip was $105. Pricey, but I'd happily pay it again. Next time I'd probably make this an earlier dinner (5:30/6 pm) so I could get out before the crowds take over.

Unfortunately, tonight, I'm sure their service was way off. We came there first time. The restaurant is very attractive lighting seating it began off fine they gave us fresh baked bread. Then we put our order in so far so good. We had lobster that was like escargot, but it was made with lobster and the Caesar salad. Tuna tartare Everything was good and then the problem started. It took an hour and a half between our first course and the dinner to come out when the dinner came out the steak was tasty and good Chilean sea bass very good chicken Milan also a potato called millionaires potato $19 for a baked potato did have truffle in it was just OK but it came out cold and we had to send it back. So and also a Caesar salad with salmon on it look delicious asked for it well done it came out raw sent it back. They never brought it out everybody was done eating so of course that dinner was not eaten. We did call the manager over the manager. Apologize he did send complementary desserts, which were very tasty. Indoor outdoor seating, valet parking and garage parking. Unfortunately this was really a bad day for them and a bad day for us for the type of ambience and cost of this restaurant. This should've never happened.

First things first I always go to this restaurant its my first choice in Delray Beach of steakhouses to go to. last night I made a reservation for 6:30. I make reservations on "open table". I still have my reservation on open table for 6:30. I went there and they "canceled "my reservation without my doing or anything and the host was a man in a purple suit. He was dismissive and rude. Told me it's "OK it's OK". What's OK cause I made a reservation and you guys messed up on your end. I didn't like that downplay ,the "lie" once my husband verified that I still had my reservation everywhere on my phone for 630. We got up and left. I don't need to spend my money at this steakhouse with servers that don't have no home training so I won't be going back the food is good there though.

I tried the meatball sliders which in my opinion were the big surprise (tender & tasty), charred octopus was very nice and well prepared, in house tater tots were decent with some what of a scallion flavor added, prime rib sandwich was good but could have been a bit rarer and fries were very good ( possibly double fried which is awesome but can't confirm that). Overall experience was good for a casual restaurant. Food 8.0 Ambiance 8.0 Service 9.0

The Rundown: upscale prices in a casual atmosphere with some quality menu items…read more The Review: It was a busy night and while service was slower the friendly staff and casual vibes were enjoyable. First seated, we were only given 2 food menus (with 5 drink menus) despite being a party of 5. This made it a bit challenging to decide on food, but the menu was simplified enough we managed to be ready for when the server arrived. We started with some apps: BBQ pork fries and mild wings (boneless and bone in). All were phenomenal! The mild sauce was a pleasant heat unlike many places that focus more on the spice. The boneless were not your typical meat chunks and a knife came in handy but it was good. I appreciated the unique way they incorporated celery onto the wings. The fried were also fantastic with a nice savory taste and even cheese and toppings. Definitely recommend all of the above! For food we went with burgers and fish and chips. The burgers were great, which was good considering these are definitely high end priced at over $20 for a basic burger. The fish and chips were OK. Nicely cooked and flakey but a rather bland flavor overall. I'd recommend going with the burgers or just sticking with an app, the fish you can definitely get better elsewhere. I also had high expectations of the rosemary potatoes but they were very light on flavoring as well. It was a good experience, and if it's in your budget you'll likely have an enjoyable experience! Though the bathrooms were worth commenting on as they were quite... Unique. If someone was sitting, they were sitting for everyone to see. Not sure what's going on here- I'm guessing maybe a late ADA addition with limited space?

Went here last night for our anniversary and had a good experience overall. We sat outside, which…read morewas very quiet -- we were actually the only seated table out there, so it made for a calm dinner. Our server was great, knew the menu well, gave solid recommendations, and was very helpful throughout the night. We ordered the salmon tataki, tuna tacos, rock shrimp, the messy roll, and the baked crab and spinach salad (not all pictured). Everything was good and came out nicely prepared. Would we rush back? Probably not necessarily, but we'd definitely come again with a group of friends who haven't tried it before. Overall, a solid spot with good service and good food

I've had the truffle bombs before and loved them, but this time they were off. The toro (tuna belly) was just meh--lacking the richness and flavor you'd expect. The Wagyu was ordered medium rare but came out closer to medium and was overwhelmingly salty. The halibut was probably the best dish of the night, but the portion was shockingly small--maybe 3 oz at best. The Japanese mushrooms were so salty they were essentially inedible. Even the espressos arrived lukewarm. Both the mushrooms and espressos were comp'd--a $15 adjustment--which felt insignificant given the overall experience. The only real highlights were the drinks: a Caymus Sauvignon Blanc that was excellent, along with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and Frangelico. After spending $850 (including tip) for three people, this experience was a major disappointment. Sadly, we won't be returning.

The service is friendly and attentive - the dishes were bused quickly and the silverware was replaced after the first course, which I really appreciate. This is very quaint little restaurant, but I've never felt cramped. The food is great and they've got a large enough menu to have plenty of options without being overwhelming. Can't go wrong here.

We made our reservations for 4:30, thinking it was too early, we are glad we did that. It was small inside, has an open bar, and the ambiance and decor were nice. The kitchen is small so the waiter asked if we could put our full order in at once so in case they get busy, our order won't take super long. My wife and I agreed on sharing a Porterhouse steak but unfortunately, they ran out the night before. The Waiter told us their daily meat, fish, and starters. We ordered the Empanadas, Me So Crispy, Wedge Salad, 40oz New York Strip (daily meat special), Mac, and Fries. Way too much food for the 2 of us. They brought out a little free snack that's Curried Chicken Salad on a Tortilla chip. Absolutely delicious. Next was the Empanadas and Me So Crispy. The Empanadas with the chimichurri sauce was amazing. The best empanadas we've ever had. I'm not a big seafood fan, but the Spicy Tuna Tartare on the Crispy Rice was spectacular. That was my favorite starter. The Wedge salad came and that was delicious also, the egg was boiled perfectly. The service is amazing. Checking up on us throughout the time. They brought out steak knives from Argentina and we got to choose our weapons. The 40oz New York Strip with sauces, Mac, and fries came out and it was the best cut of meat I've ever had. We ordered it rare to medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It had a great sear and crust on it, it cut super easily and was super tender. Mac was really good as well, and the fries were perfect. Didn't even need ketchup for them. After we were done, they brought out a free Madeleine and chocolate muffin. They also gave us free Champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered Bread Pudding because why not and it was delicious too. My wife and I have been to quite a few fancy expensive restaurants where even one was 420$ a person. Nicholson Muir has turned to our number 1. We have zero complaints. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back. Hopefully they have the Porterhouse in stock
