There is an extensive wine list, with many by the glass along with crafted martinis & cocktails. Joshua waited on us, he was on point. The dining room itself is impressive -- large, well-appointed, and buzzing with energy. The bar area pumps modern music at a volume that skews younger than the typical steakhouse crowd, which may or may not be your thing. We had a short wait for our table, but the bar experience more than made up for it. I ordered a Vesper, and the bartender didn't hold back -- a generous, well-executed pour that any cocktail drinker would appreciate. At the table, our waiter was eager but visibly green. A seasoned steakhouse deserves seasoned floor staff, and this was the one area where the experience felt mismatched with the room. That said, the bus team -- clearly the unsung heroes of the night -- ran a tight, efficient operation.
