The pho is above average, the service is quick but short. You don't feel welcomed as much as "eat and leave." I can imagine its a popular lunch spot with T-mobile corporate looming ominously behind it as well as being in the bustling Factoria area with the other many businesses in the area but that's about it. There are better pho places. You could do a lot worse. But you could do a lot better. Just north of 90 at Monsoon East you could get a better pho (brunch only) not to mention Pho Than brothers in Bellevue. read more

This is my family's favorite pho restaurant. They have a great variety of both pho and rice dishes and their customer service is always on point. My personal favorites include the Green Bean Chicken and Pho Ga (pho with chicken). Customer service and food quality are also amazing even if you ever need to order takeout. Located in Factoria right across the street from the main shopping mall. It's a bit tucked away in it's own plaza so be sure to keep a close eye out for it. read more

The pho came out and stayed steaming hot, with options to add veggies, which I did. The food wasn't bad and was okay to try out for a new place, but I don't need to go here again. There were TV's around with sports showing, and it didn't really feel like a cohesive plan. If you get there after 11:30, you're pho'ed, so get here early. I've only had the pho, but it is pretty good (maybe I'll need to eat it 100 more times, but I am am unable to differentiate why this would be better than other pho I've tried-it's noodle soup with beef or pork or tofu in it-how hard is that? If I Love Pho (Factoria) got any better I would seriously die. DIE! I actually have to talk myself out of going there or I'd be totally broke. The staff is so nice, the restrooms are clean, and the food... oh the food! This place has more than just pho. They have rice dishes, noodle dishes, and the token appetizers you love (Summer and Spring Rolls, Fried Tofu, and more). If you love meat, they have meat. And none of it chewy, either! Nothing is worse than a big bite of something, and there's a piece of chewy grisle somewhere in your mouth. The whole bite is wasted trying spit it out! But not I Love Pho. Their dishes are completely edible. :) I have tried different things but I keep coming back to Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli. I have ordered it so many times, I am embarassed now when I order it. I go to BCC and I love pho, so I decided to give I Love Pho a try because it is nearby campus. I've been eating here quite a bit for lunch, and it is rather quick for lunch hour. The broth is pretty good, and you won't need to put too much sauce to make it favorable (though I still do it to kick it up a bit. Sometimes the broth isn't so hot, so I have to remind them to heat it up before bringing it out. I see a lot of people order the vegetable pho, but I'm a meat guy. I love pho. But not from this restaurant. Mediocre at best, the broth lacks complexity and depth, reminding me of instant soup mix. This past weekend, my wife was craving pho and we were limited to the Factoria area -- so we ended up back here and saw something that will make me stay away for good. At the time of seating, the server told us they were out of the "eye round" beef, and he specifically pointed to this item on the menu. A few minutes later at ordering time, he tells us they have NO SLICED BEEF AT ALL (of any cut) because their machine (presumably meat slicer) was broken. Needless to say, this changes things tremendously -- the only meat available for a beef pho was the meatball. Maybe they ran out in the interim, you say? That's what I thought, until I witnessed him telling MULTIPLE other subsequent customers "no eye round" while seating them, or not telling them anything at all. This was all after he had told our party there was no sliced beef at all. Pho here sucks. And I don't like deceptive and dishonest businesses. Never again. read more

I have been to I Love Pho several times. Some former co-workers first introduced me to it when I contracted for a telecommunications company that is located near there. I tried a small Pho Ga (white meat chicken) - and, of course, with no cilantro. Because I am one of the very few that absolutely hates cilantro and think it is absolutely nasty! When I took the boyfriend here the other day, I popped his cherry, with regards to eating Pho, that is. (What? Who the heck has never had Pho??? Well, apparently my boyfriend!) He ordered the same that I usually get - the Pho Ga. And, even though he was slightly challenged from never having eaten it before, I must say that he did a spectacular job of trying something new AND using chopsticks! : ) We also ordered the deep fried tofu as an appetizer. The BF hates tofu, but actually said that he liked the tofu - AMAZING! (But, then again, how can anyone NOT love anything deep fried?) I personally love the sauce that accompanies it. It is delicious. I Love Pho is a great place to lunch if you are ever in the Factoria area and/or work in the Factoria area. Try it out! After a few years I love pho is still my best pho place. It has been upgraded a few times. LCD TVs on the wall, new menu look, new items on the menu. I come here a lot and it never let me down. Price is fair and the portion is great (you get what you pay for) its not an overpriced pho. I rather drive here than eating at two other pho places in issaquah. Keep it up. read more

This is one busy pho place. Compared to other places, this place is A-OK according to yelp's ratings. It's neat they use tablets for their ordering system. Not very common in asian establishments. Where they got knocked down, is when a few of us had ordered pho for lunch, the sprouts, basil and such came out on a community plate and not individual plates. Lazy on their part or OCD on mine? I used to work nearby and this was an easy place to get a quick dinner. I also liked to sit in the restaurant with friends after work. I love I Love Pho. The guys are always nice. Service can be slow, but not too bad; and they aren't rude and slow, so somehow just a little slow doesn't bother me. On the flip side, sometimes service is too fast, and they take away your friend's food so that she just stares at you while you finish yours. I hate that. Basically, the place doesn't realy do "service," if we want to get into the nitty gritty of what such a thing really is. When you order to go, though, it's super fast to come out. It's pretty cold in there, and there are always kids and families. The restroom is pretty icky - not Trainspotting icky, but I try not to use it. The food is good. It's not the best pho I have ever had, but it's cheap and you get a huge portion with a lot of good stuff in it, so four stars feels right, along with everything else. I've also had their curry - tasty - and something else that i can't recall, but didn't like so much. I love their agedashi tofu! OMG - the iced thai coffee rocks and is like jet fuel! A little pricey for Pho but pretty typical of Bellevue. Nothing special but not a thumbs down at all. I had the pork Pho which came with lots of thinly sliced pork. The broth was good, not great; be sure to get your vegi plate so you can add fresh sprouts, peppers and basil. However, the pickled veggies were great, and the bread was good (but cold; I'd recommend a light toasting to make the sandwich even better). The jalapenos would be better if they were long-cut (but I understand the cross cut for the pho. Long cut works better with the baguette).
