It looked closed at first, and we had to call out for service a few times before almost walking away. Customers must come and go, and not so often. However, she was friendly and worked as fast as she could to meet the demands of customers. We got the cotton candy cone and cotton candy burrito. They were huge! It took about 8 min to make, with only one person working. Both items came with unlimited toppings and two scoops of ice cream. Unfortunately, they didn't have many toppings available at the time. The reason why I actually opted to stay is because they served Magnolia Ice Cream, which is my abosute favorite. I could only eat a quarter of my burrito, but I usually like getting deserts just for taste. It was suprisingly easy to eat. The ingredients stayed in place and the ice cream did not melt. Cold Stone Creamery happened to be the only place still open until 10 PM, and I urgently needed a cake with a candle. It genuinely felt like a make-or-break moment. Not only did I get the cake and the candle, but the employee helping me asked what the occasion was. After hearing the story, he offered to add a custom message to the cake, even though I hadn't asked for it. That small gesture meant so much and made the person receiving the cake incredibly happy. It was the kind of service that absolutely deserved a great tip. Thank you for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don't know the employee's name, but he was working the evening shift on June 23, 2026, and was a tall guy. I truly hope the managers recognize and appreciate employees like him, they make all the difference.

This shop was originally a Mexican ice cream spot, and when it changed ownership, I was worried they would get rid of the flavors I loved. Thankfully, the menu remains pretty much the same. Since it's in a large shopping center, parking is easy, which makes stopping by even more convenient. If you're looking for something different from your usual ice cream shop, O'Brien's is definitely worth a visit!
