Brownies and Linner tarts
Denise A.

I stumbled on this little bakery when running errands and so glad I stopped in. Super welcoming and friendly, polite service. Fresh breads, rolls, pastries, danish, cookies and cakes all beautifully displayed. While I enjoyed all of the items I purchased (yummy fudgy iced brownies, Linzer tarts, and pumpernickel bread) the hard rolls were absolutely fantastic! Fantastic! While this place is not on the route of my normal travels, I will be making my way here again soon for more of those hard rolls and will definitely try some more bakery items.

I love this bakery. I recently had a baptism for my great nephew. The cake, cupcakes and cookies were amazing. Everything was so beautiful and tasty. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this bakery. Barbara Piccolo

Ice cream party themed cake

I ordered a large cake for my daughter's first birthday party, and we were all so impressed. They did a great job, better than I even imagined! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Fresh bread and rolls (almost sold out at 11:30am. )

Wonderful hidden gem. Run by the defendants of a baking legend. Small corner bakery features daily selection of fresh pastries, rolls, bread, fresh coffee and donuts, all very reasonably priced and way better than the competition. Custom birthday and anniversary cakes. Great value. Love local businesses.

a happy birthday mom

I must say I was very impressed by not only the presentation of the cake that I purchased but the way in which I was handled as a customer. I must say I was very impressed. I mean I was very indecisive when I ordered my cake and the person who took my order was very patient and pleasant and I mean I changed what I wanted the cake to say like 5 times. She didn't care she just waited patiently and I even hung up and called her back and she was still patient. Fast forward to the day of I ended up adding stuff smh lol. Normally I get my cakes from Julia's for all my baking needs but with them closing that leaves me to find a forever bakery for me and my bakery and I think I have found it! I loved everything about my cake and so did my mom she really enjoyed it. I can't thank you enough

Pro: The cakes were AMAZING! Looked amazing and tasted delicious. Several people asked "where did…read moreyou get this?!". Con: I went there is person to place my order for a special event. Confirmed the date and order 3x while there b/c the woman taking the order kept asking me the same questions repeatedly. Called 2 weeks before, paid for order in full and confirmed the date needed. Called 1 week before, confirmed the date and order. At pick up none of my order was ready and they had the date wrong! The special milestone cake I ordered could not be made for the party! I asked for two other cakes that were there (smaller) to make up the size of what I ordered. Was told "There is a price difference that you owe." I said, "You messed up my order, I think you need to eat the cost." She checked with the manager who agreed with me. In the end we got the only two cakes there so it worked out. But, NOT happy that after repeated confirmations they got the date wrong, nor that they asked me to pay the difference.

I also bought something new to wear and I definitely think I'll be back. The environment looks very clean and fresh, the showcases were clean and full of products. Very good in general.

I'm not gonna make today's review too long today, but I will write what I have time for as I ride…read morethe train. So way back when, I had first seen the place as Roly Poly Doughnuts or something of the sort. Some time in between, Tiffany's Place took over and has been here ever since. It's honestly a place I've been wanting to try at least once back during my overnight misadventures of the 2010's and I'm only just now getting to come here for the first time in 2026. I do notice that the reviews before mine seem to be mixed. People either love it or hate it. I can't say that I love it yet, but I definitely did not hate it. This is definitely more a place I might go if I have to wait longer for the train in between trains ever since I started transferring in Stratford over Bridgeport. Today's order consisted of a Large Hot Cinnamon Mocha and the two donuts you see in the photo attached. Honestly, nothing was bad about my order. The coffee I got was definitely better than that latte I had Ubered from New Canaan last week. As for the donuts, they were good, but they weren't amazing. I do appreciate that my French Cruller had a chocolate frosting on top, but as you can see from the missing icing some of it stuck to the bag. That's why if someone were to bag my donuts I'd prefer a chocolate glaze over any kind of frosting. I like getting the complete item. Speaking of the chocolate glaze, I liked the donut. Again, not a groundbreaking donut by any means, but I would get it again. The price is good too. Ever since the station cafe started doing a $10 card minimum, I stopped going to it because I can't justify paying $10 for a coffee when I need to use cash for other things. Here, I only needed to pay $7.25 for the entire order, and it honestly made more sense for me to order enough to that amount here. The coffee is cheaper too even if you take the $10 minimum argument out entirely. Where coffee was $3.76 at the station, this one was $3.21 before tax. Yeah, if and when the Waterbury branch has difficulties staying on time, I won't mind coming here again to try more things.

I give the workers five stars. They are always smiling and pleasant, but I wanna know what…read morejustifies a corn muffin to be 5 dollars and change almost 6 dollars when at the bakeries in Stratford and Bridgeport the most expensive is 2.05 I really think they should look at the prices for that or change wholesalers unless they make them themselves. That is ridiculous will not be visiting there again.
