I have only ever ordered take out as I work nearby, when I buy take out, portions are measly and small, the hashbrowns fit in the palm of my hand and the scrambled eggs aren't much better. This i hop struggles to answer their phones and I often have to call multiple times. The foods temperatures vary but that could be my fault. I normally go to IHOP and have no problems, but when visiting this one it was the worst. I get french toast and it was VERY heavy and oily. Almost if the oil was not hot enough to cook the french toast. The silver ware had to be replaced because of dried food on it. Made me want to bring my own. The waitress was very nice, but didn't check on us and the food took a very long time to get to the table. When checking out I was very surprised to find out they don't give MILITARY discount. I'm a sucker for their pancakes I could say that I had my share through different restaurants and still I come back to I HOP. The Service is OK depends on which waitress you get and what time you go, I did like the fact that the seating was pretty much on time they assumed you would be seated. Always great for family their kids menus are great my kids always eat their plates completely. A good suggestion get real eggs don't order scramble its just more tasty. I give this location 3 stars only bc of a very nice server, an older white lady, I forget her name:( But she is awesome! Super nice and friendly, she remembers so many customers and is just very good at her job. But over-all, this ihop is just ok. Other servers don't really come back and ask if u need anything, and having a 1 yr old, I need many things! Haha, but in all seriousness, the last 2 times I've gone with my fam, the pancakes were very dissapointing:( they seem to be made in a cheap manner now, like paper thin and barely warm when served. So.. the system goes down.. and the waitress comes to tell us 25 mins after the fact.. that they can't put orders in until the system comes back up and then the cook can prepare our orders.. whixh would be another 20-30 mins.. umm.. whatever happened to looking at the waitress's ticket, start cooking and when the system is back online, put the damn orders in the system for billing... Went here for breakfast on a weekday. Service was good, waited about half an hour for our food which was a little long. It was the rest of the experience that was unbelievable. The woman in the booth next to us was Skyping with her Mother on speaker phone, so the whole restaurant could hear her conversation. She was not only loud but her mother was also, yelling out to her kids that were sitting there eating and not paying any mind to "Grandma" on the phone. Not once did anyone who works there tell her to turn the call off speaker phone. Totally inappropriate in a restaurant. When we walked up to the front to pay, the cashier was standing at the front counter with the zipper of her pants down, tucking in her shirt, with no regard for anyone around her. I stood there for about a minute watching her do this, thinking she would maybe even turn and face the wall if she was going to fix her uniform with her zipper down for all to see. Nope, she just continued doing this at the front of the restaurant for everyone to see. Management needs to get onto some serious training for employees on how to conduct themselves around customers. read more

The main reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because our regular server that takes care of us every Sunday morning, is amazing. Calvin is so friendly and fun, he knows the menu so well and is real honest and great about selections and what to choose. Even when I think I want one thing, he'll mention something else that is exactly what I wanted in the first place. The first time he was our server, I was so impressed with his technique and the questions he asked to make sure our meal was customized exactly how we wanted it. He's always on point with our drinks, don't wait long at all for our food but he's there to make sure we're having a good time and laughing. We're always greeted by name and treated like old friends, I absolutely recommend you ask for Calvin if you come eat here. read more

Really bad service at this particular location. Our waitress never came back to check in with us so that we could ask for water. When we waved her down she made eye contact with us and walked the opposite direction. Then we see her talking on her cell phone behind the counter. Also twice now that we've ordered the unlimited pancakes they've tried to pull a fast one on us. We ordered the blueberry pancakes and the first batch was normal, everything was fine, then when we ask for a second round and they bring out a stack that has no blueberries within the pancakes they just drop a scoop on the top. We had awesome service from Jasmine. She was friendly and funny and right on with our order. She gave our food quickly and always checked in on us. She was great!! Only BAD thing was the temperature in the restaurant. We literally were shivering it was so cold. We had to go out to the car to get jackets before we could eat. We asked them to adjust the temp and were told by the hostess, not our server, that the temp was locked by the management and there was nothing that could be done. read more

The food was certainly adequate. The restaurant was very busy as usual at 1030 am. We Had the risenshine, 222, coffee, and smokehouse plates. The service by Silvia was great. She is a real asset to team IHOP. We tipped her $8. Our issue on this visit was the Manager Carol. She visited our table and was anxious to try some ginger bread that we made for our sisters. We opened it for her to try. She was way to forward to ask as we did not ask her. Holiday season enjoy I suppose. The real problem was our bill. It was correct with the exception of giving us our senior discount. We asked Carol and she refused because It would be to difficult to back it off our card or make the transaction correct. She had now dismissed us as customers I suppose because she did not want to take the time. Terrible attitude and poor customer service considering we accommodated her request of us. We will consider other IHOPS IN the future. Definitely disappointed and although a senior discount may seem trivial to Carol it is offered and we have never been denied until now. I came to yelp to write this review and to thank Johnna for taking care of my family this morning. When I read some of the other reviews, i saw that I'm not the only one that felt compelled to do so. Johnna was wonderful and an absolute gem. She was so attentive to my 22 month old son. She can apparently hear a hungry toddler fussing from a mile away. She brought him a fruit bowl right away. I rather go to other IHOPs' since on 3 occassions, the cook tends to serve a smaller meal for the price compared with other IHOPS. Their small portion (especially re: eggs) is so small compared with other IHOPS. read more

Worst customer service ever! Its midweek, not very busy and no waitress in sight! We came in 20 minutes ago and still no food yet. I didn't think pancakes were that hard to make. I am the mother of a disabled child . I was very upset and hurt to find out they do not have accessible tables for wheelchairs . They only accommodate! Well in my case we where 4 adults and 1 wheelchair in a table with 4 chairs they pulled one out for the wheelchair but what about the 4th person? I believe IHOP should have disability accessible for all people wheelchair or not they should be treated equal because as we pay taxes so do they I will never step foot in a IHOP or my family or friends! They should learn from other family restaurants on how to accommodate disabled beautiful human beings thank you read more
