Starting out on our Saturday morning ritual it was Poppie's time to select the place to have breakfast/brunch. As we made our way down the highway and noticed him clinching some coupons from his ole fav, Ihop. With much hesitation since it seems that each time we visit one of these chains there is always an issue with the food. Arriving I said a silent prayer in hopes that the service and food will be right and good. Hosea took our order and was very attentive. We ordered, we waited about 10 minutes only for them to tell us they didn't have it (bacon); we ordered something else waited another 5 minutes and they told us they didn't serve that either. We used to frequent this location, but I can't stand going there now. Every time we go, we have awful service. Once, we didn't even get our creamers for our coffee until after our food had already came out. Tonight, we stopped in to get some pancakes, and they were understaffed, which I understand. What I cannot understand is why there was a line out the door of people waiting to be seated and none of the wait staff would greet or sit any of the people in line, even though they made eye contact with us SEVERAL times. For starters, the manager Shawn needs to be removed from his position as a leader all the way around. We watched him yell at a waitress in front of the entire store today for not picking up tables that weren't even in her section. She had no idea what so ever those tables needed her seeing as how there weren't even in her section. To ice the cake when we were cashed out Shawn was the cashier and he has no personality at all. Went eat here with the kiddos and probably the worst service I've had EVER at an IHOP. Ordered 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, bacon and pancakes and the kiddos had scrambled eggs, pancakes and toast....well let me just say this, if I doesn't already come on the plate with your food, you're not getting it, even if you ask! I asked for sugar ( not the artificial sugar on the table) to go with my coffee never got it, they didn't bring salt or pepper for the eggs or hash browns, the kids were out of they're drinks, she never came by to refill them or even ask why I hadn't touched my coffee other than put the spoon in it!! The hash browns weren't fully cooked, they were still hard and the toast was dried out, you could have used them as croutons, and the bacon wasn't crispy!! Silly me, I went to IHOP and ordered Eggs. Don't do that. Order Pancakes, Waffles, something long that line. The eggs were ok, the biscuit and gravy not so much. The waffle... wonderful! Came here to kill some time before a movie and had Colby as our server. Food was typical IHOP food (not bad, not phenomenal- just good ol' stomach stuff), but service was super good. Oh the wonders of IHOP the classic breakfast joint that everyone wants to eat pancakes at they have so many breakfast options that are delicious and un nutritious it's amazing. Mamadou the original unadulterated Simply Amazing Pancakes they also provide fancy pancakes with different fillings toppings syrups Etc. They also have a full host of other breakfast items including bacon sausage crepes. This location is generally very clean and has friendly staff. I only gave four out of five stars do the personal preference we just don't come here that often read more

Placed an order online and when I arrived they passed me off to three different employees. I could see the food and asked them to check and was told I had to wait. First I want to say that this location is always slammed with people. Today I took my two year old son here and as a single father they don't even have a changing station inside the Men's restroom. So I had to go outside in the parking lot with NO PRIVACY to change him. I know that I'm not the only single dad that has complained about this. I love IHOP but this one I would not recommend to anyone. There is awful service, we had to wait 20 minuets before the waiters even asked us what we'd like to drink. As for the food the pancakes where uncooked and we found a bug in between two of my pancakes. They where not busy at all, there was probably 5 other tables seated. The waitstaff was also very occupied with their conversations and not with customers. IHOP is one of my favorite places but this one should not be visited. read more

Ordinally a great place but tonight not so much. Hostess seated us and we waited about 10 mins before she came back and apologized that our server was busy. However there were only 6 tables in the whole place. Hostess brought our drinks and then about 20 mins later she brought our food. Never saw our waiter and had to get up to get our own silverware. Manager asked how everything was and we told him and all he could say was "Oh sorry" and walked off. Wasn't expecting anything taken off but would have been nice to have offered. Over-crowded and incredibly slow service. Wait staff is friendly but they are being pressed by management to herd customers like cattle to keep people moving in and out. We decided to try pancakes for valentines day. It seemed like a good idea since the parking lot wasn't completely packed. Inside, there were empty booths and tables and it was nice and clean.....BUT then For reasons only known to her, the hostess took us to the back room. It already had several tables full of people. As soon as we were seated we all started sweating and dying from the heat. She then triple seated the same server...giving her two more tables full of people right next to us. So when she comes out she gets 3 tables still with menus and she's swamped???? Bad hostess! Bad manager!! You don't do this! It's hard on the waitress and the cook!! No thank you!! We left! Probably will come back just because it's the closest one to my house but my family and I had major issues. We arrived around 4pm on 2/18/2018 and got seated about 5 minutes later. Not a big issue. Our server wasn't ready when we got there. A few minutes later he takes our drink orders and we wait on that for a few minutes. Again no big deal. The big deal is when he came back and took our orders, I asked for the turkey avocado but instead of the turkey got chicken with fries and a side salad. My mom ordered a double blt with fries and a side salad. My grandmother ordered the double BLT with just a side salad. We waited for 20 MINUTES just to get our salads. When we got them they were served in a WARM bowl. Maybe a minute later here comes our MEALS!!!! Not to mention that we waited for our coffee refill for 15 minutes. When we got our food it was cold and the bacon was chewy and gross. Normally not this bad. Got the manager and he decided to tell us that the sandwitched were supposed to be cold. Ended up remaking my sandwich and got the whole meal free. read more
