It's IHOP, so my expectations aren't sky-high, but the food is solid for what it is. That said, the last two times I've been, my order hasn't come out correctly. Our waitresses didn't write anything down and ended up missing items both visits. Most recently, I ordered cheese and onions on my hashbrowns and didn't get them (as you can see from the breakfast sampler photo). I didn't say anything because she was very nice, but it's still frustrating when your order isn't right. Overall, I'd say two stars feels fair for this location. read more

I can usually count on IHOP for a good to great breakfast. That was the case today. I ordered the sampler with 2 eggs over medium, 4 links, 2 ham, cream gravy and pancakes. It came to me quickly and everything was great. Eggs cooked a perfectl over medium. Hot, fresh links and ham. Crispy outside and soft inside hash browns. Delicious pancakes brought when I wanted them and they were still warm enough to melt the cold butter. Service was fast and friendly, from the moment I walked inside. Diana did a great job. We go to this IHOP all the time and honestly it is really good. Most of the servers have been there for a while and they are friendly and competent. Not saying it's a gourmet bistro or anything but for just good basic American food and fast friendly service- this place delivers. The manager has been there a while too and usually working the floor when it's busy. read more

I go to this location all the time with my family and have never had an issue. I went in yesterday with my friend and we were immediately seated and not long after we put our drink order and food order in at the same time. The restaurant was pretty empty when we were there but why is it that the couple that was seated next to us received their food and left before we even got our food. Not only that but a family of four that got there after us as well was leaving as soon as we were just getting our food. Food was exceptional. IHOP has not only increased their quality of food but also their price. In my opinion, it was wonderful. However, the service, is an absolute joke. It seemed as our additional sides we ordered weren't put in/prepared in time with the entree. Drinks/coffee were not refilled nor did the waiter check in halfway through the meal as they usually do. Pancakes galore! Almost all God's children love some pancakes. I know I do. Although I no longer frequent IHOP, they are a "safer" chain than other breakfast chains (Yeah, I'm side eyeing you, Waffle House). IHOPs have been consistent food wise for me. The quality and taste of the food has remained the same at the ones I've eaten at. Of course we each got a pancake breakfast. I like the pancakes with the oats and almonds in them. My hubby splurged on the caramel latte pancakes with caramel sauce & brown sugar butter on the side. I couldn't eat more than a few bites of those. They tasted like candy to me, but he said it was like eating caramel cake. LOL! The sugary sweetness didn't bother him since he inhaled them. My pancakes were good, light and fluffy like all the stacks are here. The eggs, bacon, and potatoes that come with the platter were OK. The true stars are the hot cakes. Our waitress was truly sweet. The food was average, much like any other IHOP you go to. The thing that really stood out was this overwhelming smell. We were seated in an area that smelled strongly of... dare I say it, old stale urine. Of course that's mixed in with the smell of hot food and syrup. Always loved IHOP, but this store is just filthy, sad since they just rebuilt after the fire. Manager was a blond shoulder length lady walking around singing instead of managing. 6 tables were filthy while 5 of the staff and the manager were talking and standing around plus front.
