Our server was excellent, the food was great, and overall we had a wonderful time. However, I did want to share a concern regarding another staff member, Mia, who brought our side dishes to the table. When she arrived, I attempted to ask a simple question about the dressing on my salad because it did not appear to be what I had ordered. Before I could finish speaking, I was repeatedly interrupted and spoken over. When I was finally able to ask my question, her response came across as condescending, and her facial expressions made it very clear that she was annoyed by having to answer. What stood out most was the noticeable difference in how she interacted with the men versus the women at our table. She was attentive, patient, and engaged when speaking with the gentleman present, but both of us women were consistently interrupted, dismissed, and met with eye rolls, side glances, and visible irritation whenever we tried to speak. Neither of us could seem to get through a complete sentence without being cut off. I understand that she was not our primary server, and I am not expecting perfection from anyone. However, basic courtesy and professionalism should be extended to all guests equally. The snarky expressions, dismissive attitude, and obvious difference in treatment toward the women at the table made us feel disrespected and honestly affected an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. I wanted to bring this to attention because the contrast in her behavior was significant enough that everyone at the table noticed it. So we met up with friends for dinner. We talked about how they had a bad experience at another location, but that they didn't have that here. Our waitress Carmen was very friendly and never let our drinks stay empty. The food was delicious and other than the little one grabbing a knife- we enjoyed our dinner. The restaurant was packed and the wait was not longer than 20mins wait. They had a lot of celebrations tonight and we told the waitress that we had a "birthday" to get our friend on the saddle- she was like I can bring it for you if you want. Lol we had a blast and the waitress joked with us. The atmosphere was great and even with kids we didn't feel like we were a burden or overwhelmed. Definitely love this place! read more

We've given this location 4 chances. This time my hubby's steak was supposed to be a med rare filet - it was a med to med well sirloin. Our sons was supposed to be a med rare sirloin, it was a rock hard filet that was too tough to cut, and they forgot his corn. Mine was supposed to be filet medallions that were raw, and not filets. This is our favorite Texas Roadhouse location. It's always busy, but we always receive timely service. The food is consistently good and always hits the spot. We have been here on the weekends and there has been a gentleman doing balloon animal, etc. for kids. We have also went during the week and he wasn't there, so not sure of his exact hours. First off the service we had on Tues, 3/24/26 was Excellent. My servers name was Jayden (female, sorry if i spelled it wrong) she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She brought out sauces for me to try and was super nice and attentive. Then the mgr Jake stopped by to welcome us as my guests for dinner had never been there before. It was a lively spot - think busy, loud, and lots of birthday celebrations going on . Food was good, but I would skip the salmon (my bad, it's a steak joint, I know). Prime rib was undercooked, which is unusual for us. Atmosphere was lively, service was friendly, and the floor manager was on top of things - noticed our food got sent back and made sure it came out quickly. Tried this place for an early dinner on a Sunday evening. It was glorious to walk in and get seated right away so I would highly recommend it! I ordered the zesty lemon chicken dinner with 2 sides. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy! I was highly impressed. The house salad and roadhouse rolls never disappoint. I also enjoyed the quick and friendly service. I have also ordered family meals for weekly prep and those are a wonderful value for the price. I highly recommend it! read more

This was the first and NOT the last time we've been to this location. We came because it is my husbands fave restaurant and he got a gift card for his birthday so we decided not to cook at home for once. We came about 4:25pm on a Saturday and we seated right away and our server was at our table within 5 minutes. We had Carson and he was great! Very nice and polite. While we were waiting for our food we got some drinks and the manager, Diego came over and greeted us and was very polite as well. And personally I love to see staff going above and beyond for guests and we saw that from another server (I didn't get his name) when a nice elderly gentleman needed some assistance. That speaks volumes. We left full and satisfied. We will be back and highly recommend this location!! read more

we have been big fans of TR for 22 years. and once this location opened, it was great to go somewhere closer. this location has been having issues with assigning patrons to tables, therefore overwhelming servers. there is a problem when you sit 3 people in an area where you sat 3 tables of 6+ people. then you sit 2 next those 3 and that 2 person table gets served before them and leaves before those 3. makes zero sense other than better hostess training and NOT overwhelming servers. Great management? i don't think so. and no i'm not going to talk to manager when they come by while my evening is already ruined. That's what this is for. read more

We've been to this Texas Roadhouse a few times before but Tuesday night Oct. 21st, dinner there was terrible on many fronts. First, we usually get served our meal in around 10 minutes, which is just fine. Two nights ago on Tuesday, after nearly 25 minutes of waiting, we asked our server to please check on our meals. She told us the kitchen was a disaster all day. In fact two full trays had recently been dropped as an example. She explained further that the kitchen was completely overwhelmed and disorganized. When my dinner arrived my pork chop was so tough, I barely could cut it with the steak knife. Oh, and the sauce that was supposed to come with the pork chop was not on my plate, of course. The corn off the cob was also so chewy and tough I left it. My wife's medium rare steak was overcooked and dry as well. A totally wasted evening at dinner. Next time we will send the meals back but that night, it wouldn't have helped I'm sure. We probably won't go back to that Texas Roadhouse. The only good thing that evening was our delightful server who apologized about our food preparation. read more

I'm so glad Texas Roadhouse has made its way to Lake Worth! Being new, expect a super long wait just because everyone is excited to try this new spot. I'd suggest giving this place a month or two to settle in and find its footing. Having said that, my date and I arrived atound 4pm on a Thursday. We had a small wait and were sat within 5min. The service was great, the rolls were delicious, and the whole Texas Roadhouse vibe was familiar and cozy. Our mains were not so great, unfortunately. My date's steak was cooked correctly, but ate dry. My pulled pork was inedible. But! My baked potato tasted great, my date's beer arrived cold, and the Cactus Blossom was pretty good. I was at Texas Roadhouse yesterday around 4:30 I had been looking forward to it all day. Nice peaceful dinner I asked to sit in the bar because I didnt want to sit around a bunch although they said it was open seatinng I wasnt allowed to sit there. Ok whatever. I ordered the small ribeye medium rare. The steak was so full of gristle I could hardly cut it much less chew it. The service was perfect nice and friendly. Do better. read more

Terrible food. Wife had shrimp and rice. Shrimp we marginal at best and rice was slop . I was in the mood for a hamburger and it was inedible. Cheese side burnt to a crisp, no juice left in patty . Went for my birthday and ordered the smothered t-bone, steak fries and a salad. The salad was the best thing I've ever tasted, fries were over seasoned and inedible, and the steak was tough though cooked properly. We'll try it again but different steak choices. read more

Wednesday April 25th I visited the Lake Worth, TX location, a newer establishment, for a visit. I ordered a 14oz. ribeye medium rare. Once delivered, the manager sat it down and walked away and sat at the bar speaking to an older couple. I blindly cut into the steak and took a bite while speaking to the person next to me. I immediately noticed that it was "mushy" similar to sashimi in texture. When I looked at the steak, it was RAW. I cut it into fourths, and there was not a single part close to even rare. I told the bartender that it was "blue" and the person next to me said "that's f*cking raw" speaking about my steak. The bartender said they would fix it, and I obliged respectfully and expressed my gratitude. The manager brought back the SAME STEAK cut into fourths that I made, and asked me "to cut into it" to check the temperature (not sure why I wasn't asked the first time). With it being sliced into fourths, it was now overcooked and dry. The manager sat back down and watched me struggle it down. The next day, I was sick to my stomach. I like the food from roadhouse a lot. My husband and I always get the dallas filets smothered with side salads and mashed potatoes. The to go service was a like meh tho, I went to order from the to go window and I was 5 mins early, the girl told me to come back in 5 mins to place my order (which is seemed like they could have just written it down and entered it 5 mins later?) I also asked for extra rolls which was reflected on my receipt but only received the normal amount. Not a huge deal but room for improvement in my opinion, not a 5 star experience. read more

We travel a lot for business and usually eat at a roadhouse at least once a week for its consistent quality and service, but this roadhouse was the worst one for service. We waited to have our order taken, we had to ask the young lady that brought our salads to get our drinks from the bar, the steaks came out before we ate half our salad, no one checked if our steaks were cooked correctly and lastly we didn't see our waitress again. They gave me my order go to my truck check my order and I was missing 3 meals, went back and told them they had to do missing food, they didn't charge me for the 3 kids meals I was missing. it was freezing that night so the rest of the food was cold because of the extra time I had to wait. Luckily my husband isn't picky and we ordered the same so he traded me. He said it was still delicious. Ordered a margarita and it didn't come out on time. SUPER BUSY Friday so I understand. When it finally did come out, the manager brought it and comped it without being asked. She was great. Great service is about acknowledging the short comings and making it right before even asked. our regular TR is easily the best for both food and service, this is NOT anywhere near the quality of either that we'r accustomed to. Placed our order, which included apetizer, a salad, and entree. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, they were busy, we got our entree. We told the girl, not our waiter as we haven't seen him since ordering, that brought our food that we never received our appetizers or salad, she set the entree down and apologized. We told her to forget the appetizer, she went and got our salad and stated the appetizers on their board showed they were delivered to a table. When we received our entree the steak was medium warm and the potatoes closer to cold. The manager showed up, apologized and said "well, I took the appetizer off your bill" damn right you did, we never got it! No comment from her on the like warm meal or receiving our salad after the entree. Now our waiter shows up, apologizes for the mix up and says "I've been really busy". Sad part to us is, we see the manager and our waiter having a good time talking and laughing, we could see the girl that brought our food being talked to by both the manager and waiter with no laughing going on, then we never saw her around the restaurant the rest of our time there. where did she go?
