Oh ihop as much as I want to be happy here bad things keep happening when I go there. The carafe of coffee did t even hold two cups worth of coffee. There was no Splenda jd we had to ask for it three times before we got it. The sandwich that comes with avocado came with no avocado and when we asked where it was we were told they were out. Then when we sent it back (because what's the point) we were told they did have avocado but it was soft and would we like that? No. Thanks for trying. I did ask why we weren't told about the lack of avícola and they said it just ran out after we ordered.. It was all just too much. We left and are going to go through the drive thru of Wendy's next door. The place was clean.. so there's that's. The rest... felt like a real struggle. read more

visited this IHOP in the middle of the week when it wasn't busy, but still had to wait over 15 minutes just to be seated. The guests next to me even got up to find someone because no one came to the front. After finally being seated, it took another 10 minutes before a server came over. To be fair, the server was very friendly, and the food tasted good definitely better than Denny's in my opinion. But the overall service experience was frustrating and needs serious improvement. Well not too much I can say about IHOP other than it is still a great place to grab a quick bit to eat, assuming you are not a very picky eater. Plenty of options on the menu even a few that are very health conscious as well. I have noticed that the portions at IHOP have significantly gotten smaller, especially where omelettes are concerned. I guess the economy has forced them to make some adjustments, similar to many other restaurants. Coffee, toast, grits and all other items we ordered were great. The fresh fruit was great as well. This particular IHOP is open 24x7 so great place to stop in after some late night outings if a case of the "hangries" is developing. Very clean as well, laid back as you would expect and the staff were very friendly as well. Took a little bit to be seated but outside of that everything was great. Plenty of parking as well and you can't miss them as they are right on South Dixie Highway. Enjoy and have a great day! read more

Horrible service. They us waiting 15 minutes to get a table when it was empty but no one was in the front. We made our order and 40 minutes passed so we asked for an update and they said it was taking long because they only have one person cooking. Who in the right mind in an IHOP allows only ONE person to make the food for a whole restaurant. That poor person taking the responsibility of so many people and probably getting paid trash. Well it is Sunday. We arrived at 12:04 noon and the place was almost completely empty. We had waitresses and hostess walk around us several different times, ignoring us, which we were clearly in front of them until we walk towards the middle of the open dining area and asked how can she help us. Well let see. I thought to my self, maybe by sitting us in a table for five? It took another half hour to place our order and 26 minutes after that to receive it (1:26 pm). So this place should be closed down until it is equipped to serve and attend to customers. For starters there are no crepes, no other syrup than original or pecan. The eggs that were suppose to be over easy were fully cooked. The scrambled eggs came with extra stuff (unrecognizable) and the food came out it trickles. There was no wild berry lemonade and the silverware was actually plastic. Asked for extra napkins several times but never got them. The employees do not look very motivated to be here. The eggs that were cooked were raw as you can see here and I was told this was over easy. I think I know what over-easy is and this is raw. Our waitress was ok. She was the only white female and looked as she was handling more than her share. This place should be inspected and closed down. read more

I was advised that it is under new management - Sadly not an improvement!! Placed an online order to be ready for pick up (NO CURBSIDE AVAILABLE at this location) and I stood for over 5 minutes. Approached the kitchen as there was no one in the front attending new customers for seating for over 10 to 15 minutes. I looked around and saw at least 4 booths open and NO ONE being seated for over 25 minutes. Manager walked by me at least 3 times as I stood holding my newborn grandson inquiring as I stood by the kitchen endtrance regarding my order for pick up. Never even made eye contact. Two servers tried to help me first one left me idling, second finally gave me a status on my order that wasn't even started. After 2 minutes I requested cancellation and left. Tried calling 4 times to get a hold of someone to assure cancellation and refund. First 3 times calls went in ad message and hung up after 90 seconds. Finally got through 4 time. Will follow up with corporate..... I can't even imagine an UberEats or Grubhub driver waiting more than 15 minutes. The over-all is zero customer service, no structure and completely dysfunctional. I came by IHOP because I wanted some breakfast for dinner. Breakfast is perhaps my favorite meal... that sadly I rarely eat. I know it's bad but I am just too busy and normally skip it... but whenever I get the chance I partake in its goodness. So I came by IHOP hoping for some good breakfast. I walked in and noticed this IHOP was larger than other I had been to in the past and more comfortable. After a few minutes a waitress came by and sat me at a table. I noticed she was one of the few waitresses in the entire restaurant and had a large amount of tables as responsibility... moreover there was no host/hostess so the wait staff had to pull that duty too. I immediately worried service would suffer (it did). I ordered some coffee and a new breakfast menu item called the Big Farmhouse BreakFeast. It's a limited time menu item which includes "four types of meat, including 2 smoked sausage links, 2 strips of hickory-smoked bacon, 2 pork sausage links, 2 pieces of thick-cut ham, as well as 2 eggs* your way, crispy hash browns, 2 fluffy buttermilk pancakes & toast." She left and brought me the coffee rather quickly and I waited for my food, it was at this time I noticed I only had sugar but no cream or even utensils to stir my coffee. Because of the amount of tables she had, my waitress took 10 minutes to get that. Took a long while for my food to arrive but it was rather tasty... loved the new breakfast... even though I again had to wait sometime to get some ketchup for my hash browns. Once I was done with the meal I also had to wait again a rather long time to get the check to pay and leave. I went to this branch of IHOP while we visited a friend in the area. We had never been to an IHOP, so I can't compare the experience to other branches. It was a Sunday morning, but early enough so the church crowd hadn't arrived yet. The server was efficient and friendly. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet with a biscuit. It was all pretty good. My wife ordered the scramble that came with avocado primarily because she loves avocado. When they brought her meal, she was told they had just run out of avocado. She offered her a different breakfast but my wife thought that would be a waste of time and food. So when the server offered add-ons, my wife opted for a fruit bowl. It was a good experience overall and I am willing to go back for another meal at some point in the future. read more
