This iHop is horrendous. We ordered food from here on seamless, half an hour later we got a message stating that the food was ready. We waited over a half hour because the front desk employee continued to tell us the food wasn't ready. Meanwhile, people were walking in behind us and leaving with their takeout orders. I tried to cancel the order after 45 minutes and got an attitude from the front desk hostess. Working in the food industry, I know for certain that food is only sent out as ready when someone presses the ready button on the tablet after it's bagged. Came here the other night upon my daughters request, this restaurant was recently closed for approximately 2 months and recently reopened and i must say I'm beyond impressed! It was extremely clean and everything is brand new and completely remodeled. My waitress, Trice was simply amazing! She was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is never usually full. You get seated right away however, prepare to wait. Appetizers always come out fast and then you spend over an hour and a half waiting for your meal. I asked to speak to the manager and his response to my concern was that there were only 4 cooks in the kitchen and a lot of take out orders. Clearly, they prioritize the take out orders which is unfair and an inconvenience when you dine in with a toddler. The manager said he would check the status but never came back to advise. Eventually the food came out, incorrectly. We asked for no mushrooms in the steak and chocolate chip pancakes. The waitress lets us keep the regular pancakes and would bring out the correct ones. We also asked for jelly and a refill on a drink. Also waited a long time for that. I had to get up and find the waitress when she then asked me to remind her what flavor jelly we asked for. We never got the correct pancakes. I will not be returning to this location and will be also complaining with corporate. So, my all time favorite here has always been the Swedish crepes with Lingonberry butter. When it arrived the butter looked curdled and the crepes were cold, rubbery and had a sausage aftertaste. I had family in town and they wanted to go to IHOP... The best experience I've ever had at any IHOP across the country!!! Our server Brittany Rodriguez was absolutely phenomenal!! We had three kids and four adults which two out of the three kids were very rowdy and three out of the four adults were very indecisive, Britney Rodriguez tended to everyone and made sure everyone's order was correct and came out on time! I left her a $30 tip which was no where near enough for the service she provided!!!!! On my way home I realized that I was missing the salsa for my steak omelette and the blueberry compote & whip cream for my pancakes. Also the pancakes were very dry and not fluffy. I arrived early - about 20 minutes before the food was said to be ready - waited for when the food was done. Time kept passing but I don't mind waiting for my food to be made. After about 20 minutes I Called through the app to see how much longer it would be and my food had been ready. The staff was nice about it, except I just paid money For cold food. If they're going to use Uber eats, you think at least they would mark when the food was ready so that this does not happen.
