This place has the worst service I have ever seen. I sat down and after they brought me water they took more than 40 minutes to attend to me even though there was just one other person there. The food there all taste frozen and you can even hear them put it in a microwave. The service was so bad that the people other people there got up and left after getting there water because the waiter took so long to just ask them what they wanted. This place is amazing, the food is excellent and delicious. The service was great, very attentive even though the place was full and the food took a little bit longer the waitress came to the table to let us know how much longer it was going to take. Worst experience today 12/27/2018. The wait was not long, about five minutes. But that was the only positive. Waitress did not even introduce herself, no charisma. Asked her for extra crayons, she never brought them. She brought our drinks, but no straws. I took my kids to the bathroom, and it was filthy; the handicapped stall had urine all over the toilet and a huge puddle of urine on the floor in front of it. I go back to the table, still no straws. Finally asked another server for straws, which she hurried to get and apologized. Saw several other tables that sat down 30 minutes after us get their food, still no sign of our server. See her taking someone else's order so I stare at her and she avoids eye contact, then finally comes over. At this point, we had been waiting about one hour for our food. I asked her where our food was, and she said mine and my spouse's food was ready, but our three kids meals were not. I told her to bring out the food anyways. My husband and I got our food, and the sausages were cold. Sent them back. 15 minutes later, we were done eating and my kids were upset and hungry. Had to flag down the waitress again and she said it was the kitchens fault and would we like to speak to the manager. We said yes. Manager came, and we advised him of the problem. He said the kids food should have been cooked first, and that he would fix it. Five minutes later, he came out with their food. When I asked him why our kids food was cooked more than 20 minutes after the adults, he just looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. They did not offer us a discount or anything. Very disappointed. I really believe this would not have happened with a different server, she was slow and I don't think she cared one bit. I have been coming to this Ihop for years. Saturday afternoon was my worst experience I waited 1 hour for my food and nothing. Only received my coffee and orange juice. Other tables that came after me wore already sitting down and eating. The Ac was broken and customers wore walking out. I asked the waiter which was a white lady with short hair and glasses what happens to my order and she couldn't even answer. I went up to the manager a Hispanic about on his mid 30s and was really rude did not help me at all. I asked for my bill and asked to speak to the general manager, he helped me out and gave me the $10 I was charged for the coffee and orange juice. He explained to me he took over the read tyrant and was making changes and wanted me to come back, honestly the manager and the waitress was extremely rude I doubt I would come back. read more

Not to bad....considering I usually don't like places like IHOP or Denny's...but I didn't have a bad experience at this particular one. I had the mushroom and spinach omelette which came with a side of butterfly pancakes of which I didn't really eat to much of...just a couple of bites. My omelette was well cooked and the spinach and cheese inside were great. A lot of times you order omelettes and they are not thoroughly cooked and as a result are kind of watery in the middle...but that wasn't the case with this one. I wish they mushrooms were sauteed or something because they were pretty much raw...which I guess is done for the health factor, but I think it would have tasted much better. And I didn't really apply the hollandaise sauce to try and keep it healthy, but I did sample it and it was ok at best...seemed like mass produced garbage and I'm glad I didnt pour it all over my omelette (since its served on the side...bravo IHOP). I love iHop but this location left lots to be desired. As I was waiting at the hostess station, I was able to make eye contact with numerous members of the staff and was completely ignored. There was even a person waiting in front of me and behind. After several minutes I spoke up inquiring of the location of the hostess and was finally seated. You always try to be patient because these people are handling your food. However I ordered and received my omelette in fair condition. read more

PLEASE READ! I only downloaded the yelp app to let you guys know to please NOT TO EAT HERE! I used to work here for two months I was a hostess. And before I ever knew how dirty this place was and how they prepare your food so gross, I ate here twice before and I wanted to throw up of the thought of it. The cooks, do not care to be clean at all around your food. They have a horrible attitude. And they don't wash their hands. There was a lot of times that I WAS given attitude by customers because the servers didn't attend them for a while and I HAD to get their drinks. And get yelled at for not even something that I'm suppose to do. The silver ware are disgusting I hated going to the back because they don't really clean it at all GUYS PLEASE! Don't come here.. they are disgusting.. and the managers don't care at all about it. The cups had lipstick stains on them even though they were "clean" I took three cups to a customer and all three had lipstick stains on them. All three were "clean" the servers don't care about touching your drinks. This place is disgusting. This is the worst ihop ever! I know this isn't only my experience the service just doesn't seem to be held to any type of standard. It's so dirty, we have a baby and they told us they only had 2 high chairs they were being used so we had to wait 30 mins just holding her. We had the high chair before we had water to drink. I would expect it being a chain restaurant that it would be held accountable. I can't even go on about the food.. One persons eggs taste like chalk, mine where scrambled and didn't have much of a taste seems very watery. My husband had steak and eggs the plate came out full of grease you literally could pour it off the plate they cleaned it up and brought it back. another family member had blue berry pancakes they said they weren't ready so we waited and we were close to being finished eating when we had to go ask about them and they were sitting in the window the whole time. The Back of This Ihop Its nasty, it Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over 5 years. The workers are smoking in the back of the ihop. To people who are going to eat at this place it makes us feel like they don't wash their hands when they are getting our food. The kitchen is also really nasty. read more
