This is just ridiculous tbh. I love ihop but almost every single time, which to be fair is like 3 times a year, that I order delivery something is wrong. How is a neon red string just on top of my toast??? I could literally see it through the clear lid on the food. I would let whoever is wearing neon red today know that their clothes are falling apart in the food. Previous times something is always left out every single time. This is the first time I've actually gotten all of my food from an ihop delivery. Which I wanna add that I know for a fact it is not the delivery drivers. I rarely order Uber eats and have never had the same driver twice but between ordering ihop maybe 6 times in the last 2 years I've paid for bacon, drinks, hashbrowns, and extras on pancakes that I never received. Everytime I eat at the restaurant it is fine. But every single time I order delivery it is screwed up somehow or missing something and I fully believe at this point it's just this store not working correctly and intentionally messing up delivery orders since they generally don't have to deal with the customer again. read more

We are from Texas and have had bad service at several locations in Texas, Louisiana and now Florida. Way too go IHOP for ruining it for us. We even went at a time of day that is usually slow so that we could possibly get better service, WRONG. If you want to be seated and then ignored this is the place for you. And if you want someone to take your drink order and then go about helping others or stand around at the register with 2 others and not even attempt to get your glasses of water. Totally done with IHOP and it's so sad because we really like the food. If you can get some good servers it would definitely help. read more

Gross food, horrible service, and 5 stomach aches within minutes of eating. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. If you choose this restaurant, take your own drinks, as you won't get refills. Also, take your own silverware so your food doesn't get cool while you wait for a fork. Or, just save yourself some money and a stomach ache and go elsewhere. Gluten free? Please know your options only include pancakes...even the omelets are made with flour! We ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. None of it was good. How do you mess up bacon and eggs? Be prepared, the syrups are super fake tasting. Gross. Just gross. The "blueberry" tasted like a fake grape snow cone syrup. It was disgusting. New location in Pensacola. I just had an outstanding meal here this evening. Chicken bacon cheese ranch meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The cheese and bacon were excellent. The rice medley was moist and a perfect compliment to the meal. I am very impressed with both the cooking staff and the serving staff. Minimal wait for a table, attentive service and an outstanding meal. I was very impressed in this modern era of lackadaisical service and subpar food. read more

Pretty straightforward review, took 45min to get food, food was subpar and lukewarm. Only 3 tables in the restaurant had people. Server was friendly but just kept saying food is almost ready for about 30min. When we finally got food and started eating he came to get all the the condiments off the table because his wife was refilling them and they were 'trying to get out of here.' Terrible service. Food was cold and orders were wrong. Waited over an hour to be seated. Server never came to refill our cups, had to walk into their kitchen to get more to drink. As we we're leaving we caught the servers talking terrible about our party (12 people) will never be back and would strongly discourage anyone from going to this ihop. My family and I went to go eat and prior to arriving called the restaurant to see if they had a long wait. We were informed there was no wait. When we arrived there were six tables sitting down. People were cashing out and enough servers to cover the sections. We were greeted and sat down and informed a Jeff would be our server. We waited 15 minutes for Jeff to arrive and start our drink order. Since we had been waiting for a long time I decided to order our meal as well. There were two adults and two kids. I told Jeff what we would like to order and I asked if the kids meals and mozzarella sticks could be sent out as an appetizer. Jeff told us it would be better that we order everything together because they have lots of take out orders. We order our food and we wait for our drinks to arrive. We waited another 10 minutes before we decide to leave. We observed our server standing in the back and he never moved. He was not putting in orders or getting drinks. We informed the greeter Kristo that we would be leaving and he said oh sorry that happened to you. I do not recommend going to this IHOP unless you have time to waste and feel disrespected. I have not been to an IHOP in years. And decided to stop in for breakfast as I was in the area. Upon entrance, the host was inviting, vigilante and ready to seat me. I didnt wait long for the waitress to get my drink order at all. She was very sweet and professional. She recommended the New York Cheesecake pancakes and they were absolutly delicious. Totally enjoyable. The service was excellent. Her attentiveness was amazing, she deserves a raise hands down!!! I couldn't ask for a better waitress. When I walked into the restaurant at 7am on Saturday, I was told I couldn't be seated because there was only one waitress. The line for seating quickly expanded to three deep. I suggested the host seat us and get us something to drink. I mentioned that I didn't mind drinking coffee for a few minutes. the waitress came to take my order and I suggested she take the order from the couple seated before me. She was rude.
