    Eggs Benedict
    Nuran S.

Habibi this place is halal! I'm not sure what I was expecting when I put the address to IJAVA into my navigation system but definitely wasnt expecting this to be the top 3 best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Upon arrival iJAVA doesn't seem like it would knock your socks off, simple clean decor which I always appreciate. The menu is somewhat limited for breakfast but I love that they serve it all day long. My mom ordered the eggs Benedict and I got the tri-tip breakfast burrito the eggs Bennedict was so yummy and I was amazed by the potato and bacon that came as the side for over $21 though I will say it's on the pricier range. The beef brisket breakfast burrito at $17.95 was very reasonable in my opinion as it included very high quality beef brisket that was so tender. I'm usually not a fan of barbecue sauce, but it works well here! Both portion sizes were great! You will leave full Overall, I was super impressed by this spot and I'm so happy we have a brunch spot that's halal. I would 100% come back. Especially since the service was kind too. Oh and parking isn't great so factor in an extra 10 minutes for that.

    Breakfast Mexicali Burrito

Cute cafe walking distance from children's discovery museum. We ordered some breakfast burritos and I was very happy with my Mexicali burrito which was a veggie burrito with eggs , sweet potato , cheese and black beans. My husband got the fully loaded burrito which had eggs, beef, cheese, potatos but it also had greens in it which was kind of weird in a breakfast burrito. It came with a tasty salsa. This place has coffees to choose from and baked goods too. They also have high chairs for little ones

Simply casual cafe. Walk in and order. If eat in they give you a number to your table. Pistachio latte: 4 stars. Pretty good. I got it ice and liked the texture of the pieces of pistachio in it. Brisket burrito: filled with meat. Good for lunch or dinner.

    Poached egg Benedict

It's so hard to find a breakfast restaurant around San Jose with long wait times. THIS PLACE HITS!! *Food* Everything is so delicious I got the post egg Benedict and my boyfriend got a egg and cheese turkey croissant so good well made and wait time was not long at all. We did have one egg that was supposed to be poached but the manager egg that was supposed to be poached but the manager came out and gladly replaced for running poached eggs. Really appreciate it *ambience* Really cute inside and plenty of street parking

    Power Scramble Bowl
    Danica L.

Oh this cute little place is so yummmmm. I always crave healthy breakfast food and found the perfect Power Bowl they serve here and it's so simple and delicious!!! Such a healthy complete meal and I seriously can't find another restaurant that serves something quick, easy, and guilt free as this. In my opinion the surrounding area does seem just a little too busy and sketchy for my liking but inside, the ambiance is very cozy. You can definitely study, meet, or do work here. Haven't tried any of their other beverages or food options yet but will definitely be back!!!

    Brisket Breakfast Burrito

A short walk from the downtown Hilton San Jose. Fast, friendly service and a good variety of breakfast offerings. I enjoyed a brisket burrito served with a mildly spicy, slightly sweet hot sauce and a side of fresh fruit with a sprinkling of chili-lime seasoning. Absolutely excellent and quite filling. The coffee was notable, as well - a dark roast that was smoother than expected with just a hint of dark-roast bitterness. Worth a visit if you're downtown.

iJava remains one of our favorite breakfast locations. They have a great variety of dishes and drinks. Our goto favorites are: (1) the Power Scramble w/ Egg Whites and (2) the Cumin Rice with Turkey Bacon There are many excellent wraps, burritos, plates, and sides on the menu.

Egg turkey cheese croissant minus the best ingredient
    Courtney S.

We have been coming here for years and it used to be the best breakfast spot in the South Bay. But we have noticed the quality has been going downhill in the last year or so. We order the egg/turkey/cheese croissant sandwich. And each time we noticed less and less eggs and then today NO EGGS in an egg breakfast sandwich. Honestly made us laugh. I called them to rectify it and they put me on hold and then hung up. I know it's not easy running a business but we really miss the quality this place used to have.

    Asian Chicken Salad

Beverages and treats here are always good. First time trying a salad and it did not disappoint. Nice balance of chicken and lettuce and the dressing amount was just right. Looking forward to trying more menu options. Comfortable, well-lit place to enjoy a meal or coffee. Staff are always friendly as well. Thank you

This place is a like a little oasis in a busy intersection. It's warm and welcoming. The food is really fresh and made with care. We had the vegetarian crepe, kids grilled cheese, and an apricot tart. They were all delicious!

    Power scramble and coconut latte
    Ray M.

Everything on the menu looked delicious, I wanted something fairly healthy for breakfast. The person behind the counter was very nice and she recommended the power scramble and it was great. Chicken, eggs, spinach, sweet potato among other things. I topped it off with a coconut latte, which was also very good. Definitely recommend.

    Delicious Mexicali Breakfast Burrito
    Joseph S.

Nice, modern vibe and relaxing tunes. Burrito was just I wanted - a little sweet and a little spicy. Worth the 15 walk from my downtown hotel.

Love to check out new places and they did not disappoint. Pistachio Latte, never had one before and it was so good with my guac toast.
    Stephen H.

Incredible service and food from a local small business. You can't go wrong with pistachio latte and guac and toast.

They had some Fanime specials for the con (katsu and egg salad sandwiches, spam musubi), seasonal drinks, of course coffees and teas, and non caffeinated drinks, as well as some food too (heated up pastries, both sweet and savory). There's a restroom with a code and a couple seats and tables with outlets to charge your devices. Service was welcoming and efficient especially after the crowds started to pick up. I got the: 1) Egg Salad Sando: -You can tell these were handmade in store. They had cute washi tape to hold the packaging together. -Solid egg salad sandwich. Slightly sweet white bread and generous amount of egg salad inside the sandwich. Creamy mayo taste that isn't too sour or tart, lots of egg in it. Perfect for an anime con next door. 2) Cappuccino: -I got this no sugar and sugar free and it came out with some pretty latte art. I thought it was mostly ok and boyfriend thought so too, but after several sips and when it was too late since we really had to get to the con, it just became too disgustingly sweet for him and he had to throw it away. 3) Yuzu Fresh Fruit Sparkler: -Yuzu puree with sparkling soda water. -Refreshing and not bad, but even after mixing this was a bit sweeter than what I would have liked and again, in our rush to leave, we couldn't really get this adjusted. I ended up pouring most of it in a water bottle to enjoy later and put in my bag. But ended up not finishing it in the end. Maybe next year I'll try again or just stick to the food stuffs.

When walking, we missed the restaurant initially because this place is clearly, a hidden gem, especially being hidden along the nightclub strip. We were blown away by the curated vibes. From the thoughtful decor to The Office being projected on the wall. It felt hip, fresh and refined. We decided to craft our own drinks - Arnold Palmers, his favorite. But they only had sparkling lemonade, which actually made it even better. We shared a salad that had some cooked pears and squash alongside the greens, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese. I do feel like the cooked sweet elements overpowered the salad with their sweetness and textures a bit. Wondering if a refreshing pear for crunch or more dressing could have brightened it up and provided a salty, sweet balance. I ordered the Short Ribs with a parsnip purée and roasted carrots and it did not disappoint. Everything paired beautifully together, perfectly salted and cooked. I finished the entire plate. Dad got the Pork Chop and while it was overcooked, he loved the flavors happening in the dish and was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing treatment of the kale. We initially sat at a table but asked to move to a booth due to baby and me comfort and they were super kind about it. Thank you for elevating the experience.... I ordered the loco moco and I'm so glad I did. Everything on the plate was deeelicious, kimchee is good for you, the meat patty was medium cooked as I asked and the eggs were scrambled super soft as I asked! My man got the low carb, and we expected the ingredients to all be separate but it comes in as a scramble. No biggie though. Was tempted to try the latte flight! That's interesting right? But couldn't justify all that sugar so did the nitro cold brew and it was very enjoyable:) Would def come back again for the same course of action.

(4.5/5) Had brunch…read moreat The Table on a beautiful warm Wednesday, and the patio was definitely the highlight. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and made for a really relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant has a great vibe overall, especially if you're looking for an outdoor brunch. (Have not been inside) I ordered the steak chilaquiles, and I'd give them a 8.5/10. The flavors were really good, the sauce was delicious, and I liked the addition of the eggs, avocado, and queso. My only complaint was the steak. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out medium well, a bit dry and was tougher than expected, making it difficult to cut. It was still tasty--just not cooked quite the way I was hoping. The mimosas were good too, a great value. Nothing that really stood out as amazing, but definitely nothing bad about them either--they got the job done. What really elevated the experience was the service. Our server Rebecca was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly quick throughout the meal. They checked in at the right times, answered our questions confidently, and made us feel well taken care of without ever being overbearing. Overall, I'd come back, especially to sit on the patio again. With a more tender steak, this meal would've easily been an 8.5 or 9 out of 10!! :)

Hey there party People…read more Decided to venture into Willow Glen today on the hunt for something new to try. Boy howdy did we hit the Mother Load with "The Table". We hit the Brunch hour and the place was rocking. We were able to sit right down amazingly. There is a fabulous patio to people watch and enjoy the California weather. Our server Charles was really great. He walked us through the menu giving us the 911 on watch to order. Most of the plates were perfect shareable bites. Making it easy to try multiple plates and really get your inner Foodie on. We started with the Seasonal Banana Pancakes with crushed walnuts and cinnamon maple syrup. Inside the pancakes were fresh bananas and the walnuts were crushed very small but added a great texture. Moving on to the Chicago Steak sandwich don't get confused but in Chicago they refer to Roast Beef as steak. The Au Jus dip was very flavorful without being a salt bomb. Loved the potato roll they used all round a killer sandwich. Going a little outside the box we tried the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The pineapple slaw with this amazing peppery chutney type sauce played so well with the acid of the pineapple. Another must have sandwich. I ask you how can you go to a new restaurant and not have some dessert. With everything else being so good our expectations were pretty high and we were not disappointed. The Giant Profiterole is exactly that GIANT and stuffed with White Chocolate Gelato and Hot Chocolate Sauce that you can drizzle over the top. To fricken die for good. If you are in Willow Glen and you don't stop here you are missing out on something wonderful. Be kind to one another
