Bacon potato crepes with a side of meatballs and a cinnamon roll

I read somewhere that IKEA serves breakfast but I was unsure of this location served it. We came right when they opened and to our surprised they did have breakfast! Breakfast was great for such a good deal! A good place to stop by if you need to shop at Ikea or in the area!

I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the environment and the overall price wasn't too much of a hit in the pockets! the chicken tastes great and I highly recommend the chocolate cake!!

I love IKEA. Always went here with my mom as a kid and this time around I went with my girlfriend. Got my go to Meatball and vegetables meal and I loved it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the food court here and it has a nice view out the windows especially on a nice sunny day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The shopping experience was very fun as well. We also got some hot dogs at the end at the food stand after the checkout, those were pretty good and only about a $1. So a nice little post shop snack as well.

Swedish Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes and Lingonberry

Located inside IKEA, is plenty of seating and a good spot to grab food before or after shopping. Grabbing your food is cafeteria styled where there are drinks, desserts, and certain dishes you can grab yourself while there are also items you order and receive and put onto your tray. We got the meatballs with double mashed potatoes and the lingonberry and it was simple yet gave a homestyle feeling when eating. Definitely something to grab when craving Swedish meatballs.

It was nostalgia coming here and having dinner. Had their special dinners with meatballs and sides! Oh and their dessert was soooooooooooo good! I really enjoyed it and would come again. Love this spot! I would give it closer to a 5. I also like their love of their culture. It's cool. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have a huge area to eat which is nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Different backdrops and also has cultural information to look at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great too. Easy and friendly servers! Will come again. You can also stop by downstairs and grab cones! Why not?!

If you're hungry while shopping at IKEA, drop by their food cafeteria! Although it's not the highest quality food, the pricing and portion is fair and it gets the job done. I had their Mac & cheese and it was okay. Not too much flavor and a bit too mushy for me. I also had their strawberry soft serve on the first floor and it was good. It tasted a lot like strawberry and not too artificial. There's a lot of options from their cafeteria and they look decently good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafeteria is pretty big. Lots of seating and they have a huge window that has a decent view of the sky which I liked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is self served after choosing your meal, but the staff has been nice with helping me out.

I love the IKEA Restaurant. It has great, yummy & affordable food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating & has a good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been during dinner but this time I went for breakfast. They have the small breakfast for $2.99 and the medium breakfast for $5.99, which I got. Very tasty Swedish breakfast food.

This was fairly disappointing. Firstly it is incredibly slow moving even with both sides of the restaurant open. The bottled drinks weren't stocked very well and there was a quite limited selecting. The first side I waited maybe ten minutes and saw the cold areas sparsely stocked with anything. Wanting for desserts I had opted to get out of line and start over by making my way to the opposite line. Service wasn't all that friendly and they also seemed understaffed for dinner time. As far as food goes the meatballs were great and so were the vegetable balls. The medallions were lovely and truly my favorite way to eat vegetables. The mashed potatoes were dull and tasted like exactly mashed potatoes and nothing more. Finally the drink machine was broken and the syrup was off leaving a cola as just carbonated water on both sides and ice working on only one machine. This IKEA restaurant needs some work.

The Swedish Restaurant saves you from being overwhelmed at IKEA. It's a vital reset from all of the clever products and charming furniture sets that make IKEA famous. Go through the cafe line and select from a delightful array of meats, veggies, soup and desserts. The prices make your meal quite accessible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nooks and crannies around a large space are awaiting you to bring your bounty with comfortable seating, grand windows and WiFi.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was particularly pleased to see so many options for vegetarians. The staff are ready to answer your questions about each item on the menu. Once you are refreshed you can climb back into the maze of all of those creative "nick nacks" that are sure to enrich your home and workspace.

My newly repotted Peace Lilly and Aloe Vera plants I purchased at IKEA.

Funny that this was my first time ever visiting an IKEA. I lived in Kansas City and never visited that one. I lived in Las Vegas a couple blocks away from that IKEA, and never stepped foot inside that one. I had a friend tell me that they purchased a bedroom furniture set from an IKEA and had to assemble the products themselves. I don't have time nor patience for that. So, the Renton, Washington IKEA was my first ever visit and I must say, I was impressed. I spent about 5 hours looking at everything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I even ate in their restaurant on the upper floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did leave with a few purchases and a head full of future ideas. I was super impressed with "how they thought of everything " mentality. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even in the restaurant, for example, they have tray carts that hold 3 trays. Perfect for families to use to navigate cafeteria style food easier from selection to table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Or the As Is section, right near the customer service and check out registers. It's the first day of the New Year and I'm already embarking on organizing the house and repotting new Aloe Vera and Peace Lilly plants I purchased from my IKEA visit. Thank you IKEA! I now know not everything requires assembly. And even if it does, I can pay a little extra to have someone else do that for me. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Great value for pretty solid food! The line was really long but still worth it. Pro tip: if you order the meatballs you can ask to swap the sides for anything other option. In my opinion the mashed potatoes were bland but had good texture.

    Hot dog and Veg dog
    Akshay S.

Good furniture is not the only thing which IKEA offers. Their food is quite delicious. The chicken tenders are good. Try their garlic bread as well. Worth mentioning is the chocolate cake. It was so sumptuous and surprisingly was low on calories. Their USP are those lip-smacking hot dogs. I never thought I would say this but their veg dog is actually better than the hot dog. Do try the vanilla swirl as well. The only drawback is that there are very few vegan options. But that is true in general everywhere in the USA. Who cares..We eat meat :) IKEA shopping spree is always incomplete without having food here.

    Meatball meal
    Tony T.

Came for a quick meatball lunch. The food is good and the meatballs meals are $1 off on Thursdays. You can get 8, 12 or 16 meatballs with your meal and it comes with a scoop of mashed potatoes and green peas. Gravy and lingonberry sauce come on the meatballs. Worth a stop if you are shopping

Curiosity eventually won, and I'm glad it did. First off, the place itself is on the smaller side, maybe around 15 tables plus a bar top, but it's well organized and efficient. You're immediately greeted by an employee who asks how many are in your party, and before you know it, you're seated with a menu and water in hand. Smooth operation so far. I went all in and ordered the red velvet waffles (because obviously), paired with a milkshake, and my partner ordered the corned beef hash. The wait time was about 20-25 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad at all considering how full the place was. When the food arrived, it was clear why people keep coming back, the portions are generous and easily shareable. The red velvet waffles were amazing. Rich, fluffy, and absolutely worth the order. The corned beef hash was clearly made from scratch, you could tell the corned beef was hand-cut, along with the potatoes and peppers. No mystery meat here. It's served with crispy hash browns and an egg cooked however you like, which is exactly how it should be. Service was great too, super friendly, genuinely nice, and very on top of things. You can tell this place has been around for a while because the staff all seem to have their rhythm down. There's a groove, and it works. All in all, this is a solid spot for breakfast or lunch, and now I understand why it's always busy. Just one important note: they're closed on Tuesdays, so plan accordingly. Enjoy!

I'll be honest--the service felt a bit odd when we first walked in. We were told we could wait a while to get seated at the dinning area or that we could seat ourselves at the bar. Since it was our first time, I wasn't sure if that meant the actual bar counter or tables in the bar area. When I asked for clarification, there was a bit of an awkward pause before someone finally explained we could sit at a table in the bar section. That said, once we got settled, the experience improved. The server who took care of us was very kind and attentive. I ordered my usual go-to at breakfast spots: chicken fried steak with a biscuit. It was really good--definitely hearty and comforting without being overly greasy. That said, it is a heavy meal (fried food plus gravy), so be prepared for a post-brunch nap. The biscuit looked a little underwhelming at first, but it actually tasted great. The overall vibe of the place is very much a local dive bar feel, and the service style matches that. As long as you go in with the right expectations, it makes for an enjoyable, laid-back brunch. Also worth noting--there's a decent amount of parking in the back, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid spot for a casual, no-frills brunch.
