came to the Phoenix location after seeing so much hype about this place on social media. Seat yourself style so obviously a very casual restaurant. Service definitely lacked because everyone sat at once with no pacing. Tried to the toasted ravioli and it came out so fast it was obviously already cooked or preheated. Not bad but truly tasted like something you could buy at the store. We got 2 different pizzas, can't remember the name but both very basic, and they were good. Was is the best pizza in the valley? No. But it was reasonably priced for the size and the quality. Also they don't serve coke or Pepsi fountain products but rather some off brand bottled soft drinks which aren't bad but would much rather prefer a coke. Worth a shot if you're in the area and want good pizza but probably wouldn't come back as we've had better elsewhere.

Stopped in for dinner with a group tonight and the service was friendly and good. The server was attentive and the food was enjoyed by all. The platter I ordered was delicious and mostly devoured quickly. I would go back to try the pizza in the future.

I ate here on recommendation of the server at a brewpub I stopped in at prior to my visit. The outdoor patio is dog friendly and it was warm enough to eat outside. Service was fast. The young man attending to me came up right away. He was a little surprised that I requested a paper menu and didn't want to look at the QR code. My basic Adriana pizza came out quickly and it was delicious. The crust had a nice flavor to it. It was a Monday evening and the place was busy.

I had the Biaggia and it was outstanding. Fig jam, arugula, goat cheese and more! Just super tasty combination. Service was solid too. Only drawback is that finding a parking spot can be tough on the weekends and in the evenings. Worth a stop!

This is such a great place to stop and enjoy a casual meal outdoors when you're in the Roosevelt Art District. This pizza place is in an old house with a big front porch. There's a small dining room inside and plenty of seating out side in front. When we got there all the tables with shade were taken, but our server said he could grab us an umbrella. With it being such a beautiful day, we wanted to sit outside. We ordered: *Spicy Italian sausage stuffed peppadew peppers *Gabriella pizza (red sauce, pepperoni, hatch green chile, mozzerella) *Joanna Pizza (red sauce, spicy sausage, pepperoni, mozzerella) Everything was yummy, and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. This place can get packed at night, but there was no problem going for lunch.

I met a friend here and had a great time. The restaurant is a renovated old house downtown off Roosevelt, so parking is on the nearby streets. The menu has appetizers, salads, a wide range of Neapolitan-style pizzas and a variety of drinks. Service was fast and friendly. There's indoor & outdoor seating. I ordered the Katarina, which has pepperoni and mushrooms and it was delicious.

Happy to admit I was WRONG to give Il Bosco 4 stars. They are an easy 5! You just gotta find the the right pizzas for you :) I'll Bosco is my latest delivery favorite. It's actually affordable for wood fired pizza compared to others like it in the area which is awesome. Since my first review, I've tried the Maria (pesto and tomato), Elaina (pep and olive), Biaggia (fig and arugula), and Valentina (pep with chili and honey). All of them were amazing. The crust is exceptional. It's crispy and thicc but still light and nice and smoky. The toppings are all high quality including the delicious cheese they use. The Caesar salad is also delightful and packed with parm. Also don't skip the salsa di parmigiana. Omg. It's spicy and rich and the most perfect thing ever to top their yummy bread with.

A chill place to grab lunch or dinner, the outside sitting was perfect for a cool cloudy day like today no flies or annoying gnats. I came specifically for the vegan pizzas and I'll have to give it a 7/10 it was okay. Of course it wouldn't taste like regular cheese, it was a bit soft but I was able to eat a decent pizza without stomach pain and breaking out so I'm grateful

I love the patio and the location! Roosevelt row continues to develop into a great place to enjoy for shopping, dining and more. I've been to I'll Bosco a few times and the pizza delivers.. As a local in the neighborhood, I tend to go at odd times and avoid the rush. This has made for prompt, and very friendly service! The ravioli starter was fresh and delicious and the pizza came out hot and exactly as described. I like the dense menu options also; enough choices to make me come back and enjoy again.

SO living downtown PHX, we have plenty of places to try, and trust me, we have tired a lot. This time we decided to walk up the Roosevelt Row and wanted Pizza, so we gave IL Bosco Pizza and it did not disappoint. We did get there about 5pm and not many people were there, by the time we left at 630 it was full. The Pizza was excellent, salad was excellent the dessert was amazing. I had the cannoli and the shell was not soggy it was excellent!!!! We will be back.

The cozy, intimate comfort of what used to be Coup des Tartes blended seamlessly with the deep, peaceful, gentle "love" you felt from House of Tricks into one calm, warm, easy spot. Farish House is a real, soul-warming experience across the board. The service, care, comfort, ambience, food, value and clear love they put into everything make Farish House our new favorite place. We walked through the front gate, up onto the front porch and inside where we took one of three small tables in the cozy front salon of this soul-warming 1899 French Bistro. *Food: we started with a bottle of Australian Cab. Shockingly good. And not crazy expensive, especially on Thursday when bottles are 30% off, it was an amazing deal. Turns out, the owner, Greg, was in the wine distribution business for several decades, curating wine programs for top Valley restaurants, so he really knows his stuff and their vast wine selection is amazing. We were offered a basket of truffle popcorn, mmm, salty, crunchy, and rich. We ordered the Chef's Selection Charcuterie and Warm Noble Baguette & Marinated Olives to get started. Both were beautifully curated, balanced, and incredibly high quality. The flavors and textures blended perfectly. with cheeses broken from large wheels, rather than cut and sliced, house-made pickled grapes, unique and unusual ingredients, smokey meats, compound butters, just awesome! We then moved into one of the cozy dining rooms and ordered the slow roasted Peposo Short Ribs and fingerling potatoes pan fried in duck fat served with Moroccan spiced aioli. Both were rich, warm and delicious. For dessert, and yes we thought we'd explode from all this food, we ordered a massive slice of bread pudding, some of the best I've ever had, rich, gooey and incredible. Along with that we ordered a beautiful Espresso Martini and an off-menu banana cream martini. Their drinks are not "poured" or mixed here, they're balanced and expertly crafted. This is French Bistro comfort food at its finest and it's unmistakeable. *Service: it just doesn't get better. Everyone working there is "family". And that's how they make you feel; like family, cared for, wanted, welcomed. Service isn't a choreographed masterpiece, no tuxedos, cloths draped over arms, napkins frantically re-folded when you step away, dishes served and cleared in unison. No, it's relaxed, warm, friendly, kind, like being at your grandmothers house and knowing you're surrounded by people who care. Met Greg and Katherine, the owners, and their daughter Alexandra and several other "family" members taking care of us. Their appreciation for your presence is unmistakable. *Ambience: it's just plain comfy, cozy, easy, relaxed, warm, deep, gentle, worn (in a good way), wise, and calm, that's the best I can describe it. Hard wood floors, cozy rooms, soft, warm lighting. It's a non-pretentious, French bistro that feels like the home of a favorite grandma or great aunt living in a warm family cottage in the outskirts of Paris. *Value: it's perfect. It's not ridiculously expensive like Kai, Brinkley's, Cafe Monarch, Christopher's, or French Laundry where you go, "okay, that was fun but we'll only do this very occasionally/rarely and it's probably worth it, but dang that was pricey!" No, Farish House is 100% value to experience, not cheap, but not overpriced, the balance is just right. It's a place you can go often, and we will. Yes, our meal with apps, drinks and dessert, some on happy hour and the Thursday wine special, was around $200. I'd happily say this experience was worth every penny. *Overall: I can't recommend Farish House highly enough. Parking is on the street or in a nearby lot, and that's a downtown thing. There's a small lot in back. The food, ambience, service, quality, and experience were stellar. I wish I could rate them 6 stars instead of just 5. I'll return often and highly recommend Farish House to everyone. I genuinely hope you enjoy as much as we did!

An extra treat was that they have bottles of spicy oil on the tables, so I was able to enjoy the crusts by slathering them with the tasty oil as though they were breadsticks. On the way out, after mentioning to the bartender how good the oil was, I was gifted a couple of condiment cuplets to-go, which was a thoughtful and nice touch and sort of made up for the server who wasn't particularly warm or informative as I had to ask about the specials and whether or not all the pasta is freshly made, etc. Heck, if you have a great selling point like homemade pasta, talk it up and get us to drooling! There is a variety of seating available, including outside and at the bar--bar has an inside section as well as outside which is a nice design for the lovely weather days. However, it's unfortunate that the outdoor seating is on such a busy traffic corner, so it's not the little retreat it would otherwise be. The lunchtime music was more like happy hour music, not conducive to conversation--maybe for the cellphones-at-the -table crowd it's okay, but being near the Phoenix Art Museum and Arizona Opera, why not add to the cultural experience of the area by celebrating its Italian origins with some Italian music? Even if just added as interludes during every few pieces, it would enhance the ambiance. We had to raise our voices to carry on our conversation, but it was manageable. However, when I came back the next week with a friend with a hearing impairment, it became more problematic. She tried adjusting her hearing aids, but the thumping rhythm kept taking precedence as we tried to find a quieter corner, but it wasn't possible as it is a small space and speakers were close to each table. I felt so bad that she couldn't enjoy a meal there--we both were so looking forward to having a fresh pasta dish, but just couldn't stay. Upon leaving, I felt I should let management know why so I waited to speak to him, offering constructive criticism about the sound level but he was not the least apologetic nor said he would take it under advisement, but was completely dismissive and harrumphy as though we were annoying problems and not potential regulars with suggestions worthy of consideration. How hard would it be to have a quieter area or make a speaker accessible with volume control? People, whether on the spectrum, with hearing impairments, or just lovers of good conversation deserve respect and when it is not given, will go elsewhere....

We enjoyed talking to him about his travels and life plans. I ordered a drink that I didn't like very much, so he brought me another another one of his choice, which was much better. The food has a Mediterranean flair and was definitely flavorful, but there were a few dishes that were too salty. We tried the zaa'tar man'ouche and the concept was great, but there wasn't enough cheese inside and too much spice/salt on top. The grilled oysters were excellent and had a tasty smoked tomato flavor. For entrees, the lobster tagliatelle had such a delicious smoky flavored sauce, but unfortunately it was way too salty and the lobster was overcooked. We let the manager know about that one and he tasted the sauce and agreed. The herb crusted halibut was very good, with yummy snap peas and beets. We decided to try the black walnut affagato for dessert. It was a bit disappointing because it comes with vanilla ice cream and a black walnut bitter, which is super strong if you taste it alone, but mixed with the ice cream and espresso loses its walnutty flavor. We overpaid for that one. The food is quite overpriced, but if done right I think it's worth it. Just expect that you'll be paying a lot for this dinner. We had a chance to check out the trophy room after dinner; our server was nice enough to make a reservation, likely because it was not too busy that night. They make you lock your phone in a locker. The room is quite small but has unique decor that fits the theme of the restaurant. The bartender did not smile or make eye contact the whole time, but was very knowledgeable about the drinks and different liquers they use. The drink menu is also very unique and has some interesting drink options. I had one with balsamic, strawberry, and marscapone which was different than any drink I've tried before. It was an enjoyable way to end the night.
