    Canh Bún $15.50
    Vivian C.

I've been here a few times and tried both the bò né and canh bún. The bò né was pretty good, lots of meat, and I like that they put the pate on the side so you can kinda eat it your own way. The blended coffee was good too, I didn't expect much but it surprised me. But honestly I think I like the canh bún more. It's not super full like I thought it would be, but the flavor is nice, easy to eat, not too heavy. The place has that busy, casual vibe. It gets pretty crowded inside sometimes, so I don't really come here to sit long. Parking can be a little tricky at times, but I've always been able to find a spot if I circle around a bit. Service was just okay. No one was rude, just not super attentive either. There were a few times we had to wait a bit, it felt more like they're just doing their job and moving on. Food came out in about 15 minutes though so that part was good. They do have a big menu with a lot of food and drinks, so it's easy to try different things. Not like anything crazy, but I still come back here and there when I want something simple and easy.

    1. The bo ne had a lot of meat, and I love that they put the pate on the side! The blended coffee was also delicious! 2. The spot has busy casual vibes! The interior can get crowded! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! Everything was ready within 15 mins! 4. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas! The outdoor area is mainly a smoking area! 5. Parking lot is huge! Nearby parking can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: They do accept card transactions! Photo: Bo Ne and Cafe Mocha Kay

I've passed by this corner full of shops for years and didn't realized this restaurant is here now. Actually, there are 2 restaurants, Ilanet 1 and Ilanet 2 but when you look it up on Yelp, it's only showing Ilanet coffee. I went to Ilanet 1. A bunch of ppl were sitting outside enjoying their meals and smoking away. Upon walking in, tons of tables as it's a good size restaurant. A good amount of ppl were inside as well. Looks like this spot has been here for some time as it's pretty worn looking. It's new to me but not new to the area. Menu had a variety of items, a good selection of Vietnamese dishes to enjoy. A variety of drinks as well were available. We ordered the Banh Canh as I haven't had it in years. Perry clean broth and decent for a quick lunch and as I was craving Vietnamese food, it hit the spot. Parking was not bad but it's the weekdays and it was getting full of cars, weekend can be bad. Wished it felt cleaner of a restaurant. Service was decent. Didn't have to wait for someone to take our orders and food came out fairly quickly.

Because phoholic was sooooo busy. This was option 2 that doesn't have a long wait and open late. Bo luc lac is tasty with tons of vegis. Side of Maggie and some chili, delicious! Fried rice to wash it all down. The place is always filled with a bunch of locals. Reviews are the best but they have a recurring bunch of folks to come back daily.

10/10 -- Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food! I've been a frequent returning customer here and this place has consistently delivered every time. Over the past few visits, I have tried a variety of dishes from the menu, and each one has been flavorful, well-prepared, and true to authentic Vietnamese flavors. BIG shoutout on their customer service!! The staff, especially the night shift team, are always welcoming, attentive, and make sure guests feel taken care of throughout the meal. It's clear they put effort into creating a positive dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and clean making it a comfortable spot whether you're grabbing a casual meal or dining with a group. Overall, this has become one of my go-to spots when I'm craving Vietnamese food. Between the quality of the dishes, the great service, and the relaxing environment, it's definitely a place I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend!

I was craving Bo Ne and Bot Chien and iLanet did not disappoint! My boyfriend's first time having Bo Ne and he loved the quality of meat and how well seasoned it was. We chose to sit outside and our servers were very attentive! Not Chien was made so fresh and sauce was perfect! I'd recommend to anyone craving sizzling steak or bot chien!

For years I thought this place was just a coffee shop, I remember when it used to be a Warehouse music and VHS rental store. I had a lot of high hopes for this place because the food looks good, but I was really disappointed. The food first off was average nothing special. But what was really disappointing was the service, it's not a surprise but they were just slow in general. I wanna say it's probably because they were understaffed but should take 10 minutes to give me a menu and at this day in age you don't go around and refilling water then imo your service needs improvements.

A fun and dingy little Vietnamese cafe with a little bit of everything in the menu. They have a good amount of variety when it comes to drinks as well. While I was craving a Vietnamese coffee somehow I got suckered into getting their Milk Tea with jelly because it looked really good in the picture. Speaking of which everything has a picture of it in the menu so that really helps as well. I had ordered a few things to try like their Shrimp and Pork Roll, their Beef banh mi and the Shaking beef with Macaroni. Out of them all the Shaking Beef was the best in my opinion. The Filet was ver tender and juicy and I enjoyed the vegetables like onions, bok Choi and the sauce it came with. The Beef Banh Mi was a little dry and didn't have any of their pickled radish and carrots in it. The Shrimp and Pork Roll was good and it came with some peanut sauce. Over all there's a lot of seating inside and outside and it's a fun place if you come for some quick and casual bites and some good selection of teas and drinks.

I went to Ilanet2 for some dependable Vietnamese food (I got the bột chiên) and I was not disappointed. I also got the regular iced coffee, and only drank a quarter of it but it already had me jittery (just what I needed to be honest). Service was fast and convenient!

I told the cashier it was my first time there so I needed guidance on recommendations. I knew I wanted a power punch yet flavorful coffee. She suggested the egg cream or ube cream and I was also eyeing their signature marble drip but she said it was lighter bc there was more milk. She asked if I wanted a sampling, uh YES!! She gave me 2 clean separate spoons so I could savor and discern my selection. The space is thoughtfully curated, modern and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, service great! It was packed so immediately I knew it had to be good. And the customers were right, the ube cream coffee was magnificent. Suffice to say, I'm coming back!!

Although, first impression, I really liked how clean it is with great lighting and seating! The one thing that really bumped up my review for this place was how CLEAN the restroom is. Especially with their fancy toilet that it's foot sensor? that's crazy. Definitely a top-notch bathroom cause I felt so safe in there lol. Anyways, ordering was easy, which you can just place it at the kiosk. I got the matcha jasmine oolong tea (with 30% sugar and jasmine oolong jelly) since it was most reviewed here on Yelp. It was really good! Very refreshing and the right amount of sweetness. The matcha could be bolder, but I thought it was still a nice touch to have with the drink. The Jasmine Oolong Jelly was a lot denser than I imagined, kind of like the texture of a rainbow jelly (but not as bouncy), but it was still pretty delicious! The overall flavors were pretty good for a boba drink. I was initially intrigued by their durian coffee, but their tea here is actually pretty good. Not sure how their coffee is here, but will definitely try next time if in the mood for coffee! Also the cups here are pretty cute! They pay attention to even the texture of the cup since it's inspired by the moon.

After seeing several positive Yelp reviews, we decided to give this place a try. My husband wasn't a fan of the location because the plaza was extremely crowded, but he did mention that the shop itself had a friendly, trendy atmosphere. The staff greeted him right away, and the drink presentation was impressive. The takeout bag was a nice touch, and we were even gifted eco-friendly gloves from AnEco as part of a sustainability promotion--something we can all appreciate. As for the drinks, my husband ordered the Matcha Cloud Jasmine Milk Tea, and I ordered the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea, both at 60% sweetness. The sweetness level was spot-on, but we were both hoping for a stronger tea flavor. I'd rate the drinks a solid 3/5. Our total came to $15.46 for two drinks, which is pretty standard these days. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the drinks were decent. However, we're still undecided about returning, as we don't feel the drinks alone are enough to justify navigating the busy, overcrowded plaza.
