I love In-n-out but lately at this location even though they're a high volume location..it's super filthy. We eat here like every other week and for the past 3 months the 6 times we've been there tables are super dirty, food, wrappers and napkins are on the floor and when we ask to clean the tables...it takes 3 to 4 asks before someone comes out to clean the tables. And the employees don't want to be here..they're moody and rude. We've eaten here for years and its only recently that their customer service has been getting worse. Bathrooms were just as bad as the dining area. Hopefully they'll get better considering the location is in the city of Burbank. read more

I ordered a burger with no spread, no lettuce, onions, mustard and pickles. What I was given was a burger with tomato & lettuce. I went back to the counter and asked for them to remove the lettuce and give me a packet of mustard since they forgot to put mustard on it. The girl behind the counter basically snatched the tray with my burger out of my hands and came back with the burger without the lettuce and dropped some mustard packets on my burger tray. This girl was not gracious and never apologized for their mistake. I get that mistakes are going to happen, but do I really need to get attitude from the employees too?! I don't think so... Never a let down for a tasty burger and fries! I have always been a fan of their burgers and this location is pretty rocking. The parking lot is often a disaster to navigate, but they doing a good job of moving customers through quickly and like Chick-fil-a the employees are always happy and helpful. Shakes, burgers and fries while unhealthy when consumed on a regular basis are sometimes worth indulging every now and then. There are many different Menu Hacks that are worth experimenting with if you are already a regular. Ugh you guys!!!!! :( I love in n out and the only reason why I'm even writing this review is because it's happened multiple times. We got to in n out for some grub around 12am. I got my typical order, Veggie Burg and Animal Fries, my friend got the same thing, everything was good except the burger. Someone on the assembly line doesn't toast the buns after 12am, so we got home to a super soggy burger( hello darkness my old friend )I didn't even eat it, the bottom bun was mush from the tomato and pickle juice. I have been to this In N Out a million times. I grew up here in Burbank and their fries are ALWAYS on point. But not this time around. We come home and take bites out of our burgers... good as usual! But we take a bite of the fries and eeewww omg it's soo stale!! I love this particular In-N-Out Burger. I'm not going to ding them a start for their popularity that has cars spilling out into the street. That wouldn't be fair to what they do as to their speed, quality, and order accuracy. I eat here almost daily when I'm out running errands. One would think I'm putting on weight doing this, but I'm following the Keto lifestyle having lost over 50lbs in 3 months with In-N-Out being a staple. I choose In-N-Out as a company as their beef used is straight up beef - no added fillers, which is ideal for those concerned about such things, as well as Paleo, Whole30, and Keto dieters. Furthermore, every time I come here, my order is 100% accurate despite them being always super busy. That speaks volumes as to how efficient they operate. For you other Keto nuts: I order just the 3x3 protein style, grilled onions, no spread, and add mustard. My net carbs are 5.5g, fat is 42.5g, and protein is 49.1g. It's both filling and amazingly delicious. I can't recommend this place enough for that reason alone. read more

As a born-and-raised LA native, I feel like it's in my blood - and expected - for me to love In-N-Out. There are a small number of people from here who think it's overrated. I don't like hype in general, but I am not one of those people. If you want GOOD "fast food", you can get t at In-N-Out. There are many locations throughout the LA area so I'm never too far from one. The employees are great, and I've only had positive experiences. Probably because they pay better than your average fast food chain. Even when I was in high school, and it was teenagers behind the counter, I still got great service. Their menu is simple and consistent. Not too many options. But the secret menu offers combinations for those who so desire it. I used to get the double double animal style with animal style fries and a shake. The patties are simply delicious. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. Thousand Island is my favorite salad dressing so their special sauce really hits the spot when mixed with the grilled onions. The fries are cooked to perfection. If you can also get them a little more well done if you prefer. The shakes are suuuper thick. So start your meal and maybe get a water cup to give it some time before you dig into that goodness. These days, I get a protein animal style burger with ketchup and mustard and regular fries and water. A much different order than my high school days but I enjoy it just as much. No matter what I'm feeling, In-N-Out is always a solid go-to stand-by at any time of day. Open too midnight or later with indoor (and outdoor usually) seating too! read more

I live in Los Angeles but commute to school in Northridge. Sometimes, the drive home is unbearing and I get hungry. When i'm about to pass by Burbank, my mood is instantly lifted when I see the red arrow pointing towards in n out. I usually take the next exit ahead of me and hunt down the location. It gets very busy during dinner but I'm usually able to get my burger within 20 minutes. The location is clean, the worker are very giddy and there is plenty of parking When I'm finished with my meal, the rest of my commute back to Los Angeles, doesn't seem too bad. read more

Although it's not on the menu, get a Triple-Triple "Animal Style". In-N-Out is one my guilty pleasures and if my wife didn't have such a strict eye as to what I'd shove done this gullet, I'd be here 2-3 times a week. When I do visit at least once every couple of months, it's a treat & I savor every blast my taste buds can hack. Please don't be intimidated by this Burbank In-N-Out drive thru line. Although it seems long at all times of the day, they often have an attendant out there moving from car to car taking your order and wirelessly sending your order to the register window. Being at the tail-end of a 15+ car line, I was literally in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. I came here late last night for a snack. Burger was good - maybe a little salty though. Shake was great - nice and thick. I never get the fries because they don't hold up like the other stuff does. Biggest problem here was finding the entrance to the drive through. It is way in the back, almost to the next parking lot and building. We go to a fast-food restaurant rarely, maybe 1-2 times a year. Usually we go to In-N-Out with visitors from out of town who are curious about it. That's one time every 2-3 years? I think the place is overrated. I hate the atmosphere, it's always crazy and busy. This location is small, there's limited seating inside. There's plenty of parking outside, so that's a plus. The burgers- we got cheeseburgers, that's the best thing about this place. Tasty, decent, cheap. But nothing to write home about. The milkshake is OK, we got the chocolate one. OK fountain selection, I got the pink lemonade, didn't love it, kinda mediocre. The fries- yes, I know they're supposed to be natural, better, but I was never a fan, they're limp, not crispy enough for me, always kinda cold (in general, their food is not warm enough, far from hot, you surely won't burn your tongue here). This time we tried their animal style fries (with melted cheese, Thousand Island dressing and barely any grilled onions), it's not on their main menu, you have to know about it to order it. We shared a portion, pretty small for 2 people (around $3 something), once again, didn't get the hype. Nothing great about it, the fries were kinda cold. Yes, you can get a cheaper meal here, I guess the food is better for you, but it's not fast. It takes forever to get your food. II usually don't have negative things to say about this location, and I do understand everyone has a bad day, but In N Out is an establishment that consistently has on - point service. Last night was one of the rudest encounters I've had with an employee there via Drive Thru. The employee Ariel clearly did not want to be there taking orders and he wasn't too shy on coming off that way. Condescending and difficult to engage with, he made the ordering experience very unpleasant. Perhaps on off-nights like those employees should be able to do duties involved less with customer service. In the end, our orders were not even denoted correctly and the service was the worst I've ever had at In N Out. read more

Everyone knows In-n-Out. First time in LA and headed here straight from the airport post-arrival because my West Coast friends have hyped it up that much. I ordered the double double and fries. Was sadly disappointed! Burger was okay, but was so greasy that the bun was soggy. The fries looked good but were incredibly bland - nothing to brag home about. Didn't know about the secret menu or animal style or any of the other tips I'm reading about now as I scroll through these reviews. I should have looked up what to eat beforehand, but assumed that it would be akin to any other fast food place in that its actual menu would suffice. It took quite a bit of time for the food to be prepared as well for a fast food place. I also did not appreciate some of the other dining customers attempting to hit on me as I collected napkins and ketchup..... but I know the staff is not responsible for that. Thankfully even though it was insanely busy for lunchtime we were able to snag a table. I've experienced better food and service at other fast food joints. Definitely wasn't a favorite. The only reason I'm giving this review 5 stars is not because of the food, as well all know how great In-N-Out is, and that's much better than that wanna be place on the east coast. I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the service. The service was off the hook here. They were super friendly and accommodating. I typically get a double double without cheese, and with raw onions, along with fries and a drink. I've tried the animal style, animal style fries, and the whole 9 yards but still enjoy the double double without cheese with some spread on the side. I still think the fries could be crispier. I have asked for extra crispy but it just doesn't taste like twice fried fries that most other joints serve. Regardless, the burger makes up for it. Not to mention they are open late. If you are from the east coast, and wanna try a real burger, come to In-N-Out cause that's what a hamburger is all about. read more

Not only did the line move quickly, but an employee by the name of Henry gave us the most incredible and positive attitude. Really sad to leave a bad review because in n out is my favorite burger spot but this must be a terrible in n out. I went last Sunday and the parking lot is ok but the food was terrible. I ordered a double double protein style and the bag smelled like cheese. They put 4 soggy tomatoes and triple the amount of cheese they usually do. The taste of cheese in my mouth was so disgusting I threw it out. A bunch of young inexperience people working who forget to give the customer their receipt and drink.
