As an in n out connoisseur, this in n out location is so cute and so quick! This was a while back but our order took no more than 10 minutes which if you've been to in n out sometimes it takes a while. Also I've never seen an in n out with a coffee machine so that's cool. Also the layout of this in n out is way different, no drive through, large windows, it looks so nice and ofc the food was amazing

When I found out I was going to L.A., I was excited to eat at In n Out again. I absolutely love their cheeseburgers and this time did not disappoint! The onions are awesome. They have a unique flavor that is hard to describe. The pickles are so good and the burger and cheese go so well together. This is one of if not my absolute favorite cheeseburger anywhere. No animal sauce for me. My chocolate shake was pretty good. This is not the beat shake in the world but it goes well with the burger. It is not overly sweet. Oh yeah, the cashier made sure she got my order correct twice which I appreciated. But, oh no...the fries!! Terrible. I remember not liking them in the past. They have no flavor. But this time was worse. The consistency tasted like.they were stale. Like they have been sitting around for days. This is not true since this restaurant is CONSTANTLY busy. There is no time to have fries lay around. Still, I asked for a new order. I figured we got unlucky. Nope. Next order was hot and still tasted stale. No thank you Their menu is very limited. They have like 6 items on the menu and I believe they have kept it the same since they opened in 1948. I still love In n Out but just can't understand why a restaurant has such good burgers and just terrible fries. I have tried them with animal sauce in the past and that did not help. They should really be good on their own. On a final note, I am impressed how they have kept their prices low. Just about anyone can afford to buy a cheeseburger here. They have not increased their prices dramatically, or possibly not at all, like every single one of their competitors. Interesting tidbit..

If you're looking for a simple, delicious, and satisfying burger experience, In-N-Out Burger is the place to go. The burgers here are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The classic Double-Double, with two patties and two slices of cheese, is an absolute must-try. The fresh cut fries are another highlight. Thin and crispy, they're the perfect sidekick to the burger. The service is always friendly and quick, which is a big plus. All in all, In-N-Out Burger is a must when craving burger and fresh cut fries. Definitely recommend.

After hearing so many people rave about In-N-Out, I finally decided to give it a try while running errands on Thursday. I ordered a double double for take-out. It wasn't until about 20 minutes later and I was already home that I opened the bag and realized I didn't receive a double cheeseburger at all. Instead, it was a single patty. It wasn't practical to drive back and return it so I'm posting my review here. Ridiculous.

I went to this In-N-Out location in Glendale recently. I dined in. I had a cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry shake. The meal was fine. I like that the restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and that it has a high-ceiling.

This has to be the fastest servicing In & Out I've been seen! From ordering to getting our food, it must of taken about 10 minutes and the restaurant was jammed packed. Service was excellent, the female employee that took our order was very friendly and helpful, I believe her name was Caydee. The food was on point and the restaurant was clean.

Is this the best sight ever?!!

It feels a little strange to write a review about such a beloved restaurant chain--doesn't everyone already know In-N-Out? This particular location feels a bit larger than others, possibly because it's long and narrow rather than the usual square layout. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in the structure behind the restaurant, but it's free, and if you're willing to circle around, you can usually find a spot. As with most In-N-Out locations, ordering is quick, but since they make your meal fresh, the wait can range from 10 to 20 minutes. One minor annoyance is that due to its proximity to the Americana and other shopping centers, some seating is often taken by people who aren't eating In-N-Out but just socializing, which can be frustrating when I'm standing there, balancing my burger, fries, and drink. But oh, what a burger, fries, and drink! The menu may seem simple, but you can customize your order (grilled onions, lettuce-wrapped, etc.), and everything always feels incredibly fresh. You can even mix milkshake flavors! Although it's not perfect, I'd choose In-N-Out anytime!

Back in California and got the chance to finally try In n Out! This location is in downtown Glendale and I picked it given there is parking available in the nearby shopping mall. There was plenty of spots in the parking garage. When we arrived the line moved quickly and we ordered the combo, hamburger with fries (animal style of course) which came with drink. I got half iced tea, half lemonade. It was crowded but we were able to find a table and it wasn't too long of a wait for our order. The burgers were great, but a little on the dry side. As for the animal style fries I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce but the onions were a nice touch. Solid fast food meal but in my opinion I enjoy Shake Shack more than In n Out as the quality of the ingredients are slightly better and there is more variety of burgers on the menu.

I never knew there was an in n out by the americana but I was very glad to be able to get it when I was in the area! I was surprised bc this location doesnt have a drive thru but I didn't mind going in they have a little parking garage on the side with signs saying the spots are designated for in n out customers. it's a bit confusing since there's a parking garage on the left side and the right side when you turn in. I turned into the one closer to in n out and it was very crowded w cars waiting for others to leave. luckily I was able to snag a spot quickly as someone was leaving right when I entered! I went in and was shocked by how big the place was! this is probably the nicest in n out I've been in - it was very spacious and had lots of natural light (see pic). I ordered my usual (cheeseburger w grilled onions) and it was great as usual! I took it to go but I really wished I had the time to sit there although parking is limited to 30 mins in the garage directly outside.

Undercooked, bland fries. The average size of fries 2" and under. Asked for ketchup and a giant handful of ketchup packets pit in the bag! Please ask "how many?" The single cheese burger,...Best one I've had from anywhere in a long while. I was very surprised by this because I'm used to the burgers being fairly UN-flavorful. The restaurant facility however, was not very clean. Tables greasy, dirty and spilled food on them. The floors were littered with straw papers and dirt. Very surprising based on the hype about this company.

Came here with my partner and it was my first time eating at this certain IN-N-OUT. I got a cheeseburger and he got a double double. He ordered fries and I ordered fries with grilled onions on top. I like to put grilled onion on top of fries and half spread, which is basically animal style fries without the cheese. Service was great, and the cashier was extremely kind when taking our order and also the man who cleaned our table before we sat down to eat was very kind as well. Our food came relatively fast for being IN-N-OUT and it was a great experience, especially eating inside. The drinks are self serve so you're able to get whatever drink you want which is great especially if you wanted to change your mind and have a different drink. Besides that I had a great time at this certain IN-N-OUT and also the atmosphere is super desirable especially believing that this is a tourist attraction. I highly recommend anyone in Glendale that wants a cheap meal and something yummy.

We let one car go ahead of us as we were perusing the menu, that was an error as he had either a large order or it was a verification that things weren't pre made. It took a long time for that car to get their order. We ordered old favorites, embarrassed I ordered their tacos, they were thinner than before and virtually no diced tomato or salsa and very little lettuce, very little. I also had a Jumbo jack which was just a little hamburger. We also had a Chicken Sandwich, which was good. I think it was staffed by two possibly 3 people. Parking lot seemed clean, surprising since no out door trash can available, dumpster is totally caged in, so if eating in parking lot, trash goes with you. First time In a long time, we use to go to the location on Eagle Rock Blvd, it was usually much busier, I guess due to it's proximity to Occidental College. As far as ambience, not much in the parking lot. Window attendant pleasant but hurried. Note: Appreciate reply from owner/manager, we will be back. Thanks for reply!

I even called to ask for extra ranch and made it clear that I didn't mind paying for it, but the man still refused. The food itself is fine, but the ranch is honestly the best part of Jack in the Box, and not getting enough completely ruins the experience. For that you get 3 stars

The restaurant is small but inviting and has plenty of outdoor seating. All the food is cooked to order by the friendly owner, and pretty quickly too. He told us that his burgers were homemade and "not like your normal burger", so we were excited to try. He gave us some samples of falafel with his signature sauce while we waited, which I loved, and next time I'll try a falafel sandwich. But after a period of time that was appropriate for cooking two burgers, we had our food. Upon opening the wrappers to the burgers (which were a mushroom cheeseburger and cheeseburger), we noticed that they were massive. The buns were sturdy yet soft, substantial enough to hold up to the generous fillings yet somehow light. And oh my god the burger meat itself. Typically, burger meat is unseasoned and the main flavor you get is meat. But this burger, the meat itself was deliciously seasoned, almost like the meat you would get on a kebab. And the cheese, too, was not flabby and unremarkable but rather a thick, stretchy, flavorful melt that complemented the fresh toppings perfectly. Refreshing pickles and tomatoes, perfectly tender sautéed mushrooms, and plenty of the signature sauce. I will be back for this burger, and to try his other sandwiches. I do not mess around when it comes to burgers. This one is exceptional.

However, since we came at night time where most of them were closed, we got parking right in front. This spot is more of a take-away place, with 6 counter seatings indoors, and maybe 3 chairs right out front. This tiny burger spot seems to be run by just one person, so it helps that you can self-order at their kiosk. He was very attentive juggling between cooking the made-to order items, and check in on the costumers in case they had questions. After placing my order at their one device, it was roughly a 15 minutes wait. Here's what we ordered: CHEESEBURGER - $9.90 High-quality beef patty smashed with grilled onions, serviced on a toasted Martin's potato bun and topped with pickles and their fry sauce. I really enjoyed this rich tasting burger. I think that fry sauce was a huge factor...but also that soft bun...and that flavorful beef patty. I really enjoyed this. FRIES - $5.25 Golden Thing-Cut Fries. Perfect. I mean this was made to order so they were warm, crispy and so dang good! It's how fries everywhere should be! The crispy lace edges, the juicy center, the grilled onion, the slightly spicy sauce, the slightly sweet bun...all dreamworthy! Their sweet potato fries aren't all that great to look at, but omg, always perfectly cooked and salted! Perfectly complimented with the fry sauce. All that said, we were disappointed when we received our last order: 1. Packaging change (paper wrapped instead of cardboard box for the burgers) robbed the craveable edges of their crispness. Plus there was so much grease on the paper wraps it actually made it messier to eat than before. 2. The sauce has changed. The spice level increased (still not too spicy), but a side of sauce (which you pay more than a $1 for) is now sent in a premade branded packet. I have zero issues paying extra for a good sauce made fresh in-house, but instead of tasting like a fresh sauce made with mayo and spices, it now tastes of oil and spices and is not nearly as tasty. We noticed the difference on the burgers as well, so it seems like their sauce is all premade now and not nearly as good.
