So I went to this location because it was off the freeway. Everything was fine with the food. I was charged on my debit card $6.79 for a cheeseburger with grilled onions fries and a lemonade. (Cool perfect no problem)I get a notification on my cell that I was charged that amount. Now I work graveyards shifts at my job so I randomly get a notification at 1 am saying my card was not present for an other transaction for $6.79? I check my account and it's from IN N OUT.. ( they closed at 1am) ARE THE WORKERS HERE STEALING MY CARD INFORMATION SO THEY CAN BUY THEMSELVES FOOD! I know for sure it's not a pre-authorization! I know those workers stay past 1 am to clean up... I am going to write to IN N OUT Corporate and tell them about this issue. They should have cameras next to the register for they can stop stealing from customers! I wonder how many times they do this to people!!!?? This particular location is in a nice location, there's plenty of parking and they've improved the drive through quite a bit. However this branch seemed to be quite popular and the location is quite convenient so it's always packed. However I do appreciate their effort in attempting to improve the drive true and spewing up the process. As you enter the site, please take note that the entrance to the drive through is in your immediate left. It can confused you a bit if it's your 1st time, as the 1st thing that catches your attention is the drive through window with cars facing towards you. Don't be alarmed as to the left of that drive through lane is the entrance to for drive through ordering. The line can get discouraging, but they move faster than you'd expect. If you're in a rush however I'd recommend parking and ordering inside. The line to order may be long, but they always seem to ensure that they knock it down in a swift manner. And you can tell from their "sense of urgency" manner of taking the orders. Customer service: I've been lucky enough to always get nice, friendly and patient associate so I have no complaints in this area. The quality of the food is as expected. Fresh, hot and tasty. However this last visit of mine did worry me a bit, as it seemed like it wasn't usual up to par. I ordered the cheese burger protein style. 1st of all my beef patty fell off the lettuce, secondly I chewed on a packet of salt that was in my meal. I'm cutting them some slack since they were super busy and seemed to be trying their best to speed up the process. I only eat a burger and fries like twice a year...to be totally upfront here, I was desperate tonight. I came to an event at Glendale High School and they were supposed to serve food but they didn't do it at all. I had to hike up the hill to this In n Out and grab a quick dinner. The wait for the food (I dined inside) was not overly long, which I appreciated. The workers, as usual, were very attentive and organized - I'm glad they pay them over minimum wage. One of my favorite in n out spots. The employees are extremely professional and work very quick. They are precise on what you order and are patient even though they are busy. I must also say this is one of the busiest In-n-out shacks I've been to. They have plenty of indoor seating and as well as few outdoor seating options. The workers literally talk more than they work. They stop and talk and then seconds later they continue to work. Why not work and talk at the same time? Majority of the workers look sad or like if they do not want to work there. The food is what maintained a 3 star. Clean the restrooms constantly I will say that. They need at least 2-3 cashiers when the line gets big; which is does quick. Mark the cashier guy helped me out goid. I have no complaints. Just smile more don't look too serious. It sucks because One I LOVE Love in n out but lately I have not been having good experiences with this location. I went recently and I got over charged for extra meals, extra fries! I wondered why the Bill was so much but when they we're repeating my order it wasn't as much as they gave me and charged me. Then I head home and finally eat with all this extra food, Felt bad because it went to waste. I find a piece of a glove in my animal style fries at this point I had to make a complainant of how disgusted I was and after eating most of the fries. The glove was literally melted with the cheese! & with COVID going on & everything they use these gloves to handle food/ money! Helping other customers! So as I complained they nicely helped me out and gave me extra meal cards/ compliment card for a free meal for my next visit. I returned again and this time I found a long hair in my animal style fries. I'm not sure if it's just bad luck that every time I come to this location something gross is in my food.
