Great new location. We did not notice any "new store jitters," despite the place being less than a week old. It is basically your typical In-N-Out Burger, right down to the floorplan. Get a #1 Animal Style (the fries, too, if you want to go all the way) with chopped chilis and lemonade. read more

The burger was okay, but my wife ordered a hot chocolate for me and it was HORRIBLE. i've had watered down hot chocolate before, but the water itself tasted worse than any tap i've had. The place is always busy with long lines, but that's solely because their food is delicious. Although the lines are long, once you actually order your food, it is prepared quickly, usually within 5 minutes. I've been going ever since they first opened this location. They are always consistent and the food is fresh, not to mention the fact that they're open late. read more

We love In n Out. First time at the Recker/202 location. The first set of fries we got were cold and overcooked. The replacement order was hot but again overcooked. Their fryers must be set way to high. Absolutely no potato but just a stale overcooked fry. I hope they look into this as we plan on going back to see if they improved or we will have to go to the Signal Butte location. read more

All you have to do to fully appreciate In-N-Out Burger is order from Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr., or Burger King. Even Wendy's and Whataburger for that matter. You will realize that In-N-Out has superior service, quality and they're usually a bit less expensive or at worse, the same price. But most importantly, they're consistent! I went to this In-N-Out Burger location today and it's probably the sixth or seventh one I've been to. The quality has been the same at all of them - excellent! The service has been the same at all of them - excellent! My go-to is a "double double", with grilled onions instead of raw onions and ketchup and mustard instead of the special sauce (they call it "spread"). Depending on where you are from (Midwest here), you like ketchup on burgers and hot dogs vs just mustard (looking at you Texas). And that "spread" (similar to the Big Mac special sauce) is basically just Thousand Island dressing. In-N-Out continues to be the leader of the pack in my opinion. I have literally never had a single bad experience at ANY of their locations! The only other fast food chain that comes close is Chik-Fil-A. read more

The burgers at In-N-Out arealways freshly made and worth the wait. In-N-Out is very reasonably priced. The restaurants are very clean and the staff has always been extremely accomadating. This location is brand new to the Falcon district right off Recker rd. Decor: The decor is the exact same as all other In n Outs, so not much crazy going on there. I do believe that we have more outdoor seating though, which is really nice during the winter months. The drive-thru is a little weird in that it causes people who park in the main lot to be gridlocked until the line goes down. This is my main complaint with this location. Service: They are still being trained, and I had to keep this in mind when it took forever for our food to be served. This is not normal for this brand, but again, it's mainly teenage/early 20's kids who now need to learn to move fast and get off their phones. We come to this In-N-Out burger at least 3 times a week! Where else can you get a full meal for under $8 these days? That's a burger, fries, and drink, with tax! The quality is top notch because they are made to order. Beef patties are never frozen, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are fresh and cut the same day it's serves. I always make it a point to stop and an In-N-Out burger whenever I'm in a city that has one. When I arrived, there was a good crowd and a long line. The line was moving at a good pace. The cashier that was taking the orders, her name was Kennedy, greeted each and every customer with a smile. After I sat down I noticed that whenever she made eye contact with a customer she gave them the same sincere smile. The Cheeseburger was freshly made and good and the fries were on point. Typical In-N-Out. That being said they seem to be lacking some attention to detail in keeping up the lobby. The napkin holder was empty when I sat down, it was empty when I ordered, empty when I got my food and empty when I finished. Visiting from Minnesota, stopped last week food was great, quick service, was very impressed. Went back tonight, we got our order, and discovered we were missing three orders of French fries. My daughter had to run back inside and wait for five minutes to get the missed orders of fries. Upon eating our meal, we discovered one absolutely raw hamburger and two other patties that were under cooked as well. We had just read that In N Out had been rated the best fast food restaurant based on consistency. and I am sorry to say this has not been my experience. Very disappointed. read more

I mean, pretty good. I think I was swayed by all the hype. This new location is busy AF. Also they have way too many employees. I get it, they are training, but I literally counted like 25 employees there. There were so many, like these young kids were wandering around randomly wiping down various surfaces with 409. I mean it was kinda odd. The manager was good, he's trying to train these teens. I remember my first job in a burger joint. Maybe it's kids today, they can barely function lol. The burgers are ok. And this would be a 4 star review but what's up with the fries? They are bad. Seems undercooked. Not greasy enough. Just kinda bland I guess lol. But I'll be back, the burgers are yummy. I have never felt so disrespected by a fast food chain in my life. not only was i served a cold burger, but i was served attitude as well by the closing shift. As someone who works in the food industry, seeing someone be so disrespectful to a customer because their order was incomplete is ridiculous.
