I love this In-N-Out Burger location. I haven't been inside ever until today. The employees are always awesome! Our crazy specialized order is always correct. The line always moves fast. The parking lot is awkward but who knew when building it was going to be so popular. Today one of our little ones had to use the restroom. The restroom smells like cherries and is clean. They even have potty protectors! Woot woot. I haven't been inside an In-N-Out since way before the pandemic. I wanted to gag when they handed me the drink cups thinking of people refilling their cups at the soda station and I was going to have to put our cups up and push to dispense the lemonade and ice. I was doing the happy dance as it was a touch free set up. It is so magical! You point your finger in between the space and abracadabra out comes the ice and drinks. I met an incredibly kind lady named Sophia. Sophia went above and beyond to help me. She made sure to ask if I wanted onions or not on my burger. I did not want onions, so she made sure there were none. The level of customer service and training for each associate is top tier. I highly respect this company and all the work that goes into making each customer happy at the end of the transaction. I patiently waited and had extreme anxiety, and some places would have kindly asked me to leave. They did not and didn't even take note of the anxiety when I was given my food by a gentleman and a scholar named Lance. He kindly gave me my food and apologized for the level of anxiety I was having, he said he couldn't even tell and that everything was okay. Thanks again In N Out for everything you do. While in Arizona on vacation I had to visit the infamous In-N-Out Burger before my trip ended. I can honestly say, the restaurant lived up to the hype. The food was fantastic, but what made me get on my computer and write a review on yelp was my interaction with the staff - Specifically, Travis. The award for the slowest moving In-N-Out goes to this location. On Halloween night we got in line at the drive thru at 12:35 and didn't get our food until 1:45... Well after they closed.
