I came here during the COVID-19, and did the drive thru.the line was somewhat long, but moved fairly quick. I would say, j was sitting there/ got my food within 10 mins. Stopped by here in June when we were house hunting. First time in AZ so we wanted to check out what all the hype was about. Service was great but the food was pretty awful that day. We decided to give it another try and I'm glad we did. The customer service was amazing and the food was great this time. The veggies on the burger were really fresh and fries were hot. Being from Texas, I'm still team Whataburger. I think burgers should have bacon and jalapeños on them. But if you're looking for a simple, fresh burger served up by smiling faces, this place has it! The staff even helped me bring my food due to the infant we had with It's obvious Inn n Out is a family restaurant til it came time to change a diaper. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and the quality of the food here has always been consistent! My go-to is a double double protein style with animal fries. Always makes my day. Service is super friendly and that hasn't changed after all this time! For the younger age of the staff, I am truly impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Of note, the drive thru here takes a bit longer (all burgers are made to order to ensure freshness). Sometimes there's an employee outside who will take your order in person from your car window. During busier lunch or dinner hours, expect to wait around 20 min in the drive thru. But hey, it's worth it. At this point it goes without saying that In-N-Out is the best fast food burger joint hands down, in terms of quality and service. This location certainly lives up to that reputation! read more

Going through the drive-through, burgers and fries were served in an open box without a cover resulting in cold food when I arrived home. Why can't In-N-Out be like McDonalds by automatically serving the food in bags to drive-through customers instead of asking a bunch of questions to determine if you need a bag? This results in delays in the car line and cold food. Btw, drivers should not be eating while driving, bagged or not bagged! read more

Good food and very friendly staff. My only warning is to settle in if you plan to use the drive thru. They seem to struggle to get a car through there in less than 20 minutes, sometimes more. It doesn't seem to be an issue of too many cars showing up at once, either; they just don't move the line. I think it might be faster to park, walk in, order, eat, and use the restroom. Omg why did I wait over 3 1/2 years to eat here after moving near by? Being a California transplant I really missed this place and kind of forgot about it until someone was making a trip to Albertsons so I asked if they could swing by InnOut on the way back. My first bite was like a trip down memory lane. Everything that I loved about In n Out in California came flooding back to me! The incredibly fresh bun, the original spread, the perfect tomato and crisp lettuce to the outstanding burger, I think I almost died and momentarily went to heaven. This place like all In n Outs are well oiled machines and run so smoothly that very seldom mistakes are made. The service was friendly and I couldn't be any happier. This place has a huge positive reputation for its food. The taste is delicious. If you're looking for a bigger burger however, you will be disappointed. The patty is rather small. Order the double double with cheese. That will help alleviate some of the problem. I love their french fries. Made fresh. They have an open kitchen where you can see them cut the whole potatoes. This In-N-Out Burger is located conveniently off of the HWY17 and the Carefree Highway (223A) and is hidden in the large plaza to the left after directly turning right when getting off the highway. This location is a lot like the other In-N-Out Burger locations in terms of friendly service, clean tables, and nicely air-conditioned. The woman at the register was very attentive and friendly, the food tasted especially fresh at this establishment, and the food was out within about 5 minutes of ordering it. read more

I have never been to and In and Out Burger. Prices are decent. Menu seems very limited to me. It's very clean with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Bathrooms were cleaned. There were lots of staff on line working and communicating well together. While waiting for our food, I over heard the staff made up of young teens encouraging each other on jobs well done. They are were working well together to process orders efficiently. Great staff! My cheese burger was good. Fries could have better. Not crispy enough for me. read more

My son usually gets a 1X1 with catchup, fries and a Neapolitan Shake ~ strawberry, vanilla and chocolate blended together. My bride usually orders a protein style 1X1 burger with catchup & mustard and grilled onions with a diet. For me, it's a 2x2 or 3x2 animal style with extra toast and well done fries! DELISH!! The person with me today had a 5X5 aka; the "take a nap afterwards" burger with hot melty cheesy well done fries and black and white shake! It looks AWESOME! They have never got my order wrong despite me ordering something cooked a different way with each visit. They have that cute red and white decor/packaging and include an inscription like "John 3:16" and "Proverbs 3:5", which is awesome! I just moved to the area and I've stopped at In-N-Out like 5x already and it's been great service every. Single. Time. The food is so yummy. The have friendly and fast service! I am used to eating majority clean foods, so it made my tum tum hurt a bit, but it was tasty! I accompanied my burger with a chocolate milkshake, but no fries, still trying to keep it relatively healthy... but my cousin ordered some fries and they didn't look horrible. I think they literally grab a potato, slice it into fry shape, and fry it up fresh on the spot just for your order... maybe, I think that's similar to how their process works. I didn't get any soda or beverage but the pink lemonade actually did look appealing, perhaps if I go back again I shall give it a try. They have ample seating indoors and an outdoor patio with some sunny spots and some shady spots. The indoor area has booths and tables, which are handicap accessible. Also, they have a drive-thru, of course as 99% of all fast-food places do these days. It was fine for a once in awhile "treat" or splurge, but I wouldn't make a habit of it. I ordered a single cheeseburger w/onion & animal fries. I got a double double without onion & regular fries. This is after waiting over 11 mins (they have a timer that tells you how long a car had been waiting). I told the girl I got my order wrong she didn't apologize, just told me I'd have to pay more & in a tone that made me feel like I'm the one in the wrong. So over this location! Both my kids have work there the only complaint I have is in the winter they have no business being outside freezing in their jackets and the same goes for the summer anything past 90° is ridiculous. At most fast food restaurants one doesn't really expect a high level of customer service, but here all of the employees were fast, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Usually If one thing is wrong I won't go on and complain but there were multiple things that went wrong during my visit at this location. First off my husband ordered his burger and asked if he could have both types of onion on it and the order taker said okay. She didn't read back the order so when we got the tag we noticed that my husbands burger had no onion on it. I told the employee and they fixed it which was great. Once our food came out I noticed that my burger was missing lettuce. I would understand if I had added on something to the burger that wasn't normally on there but lettuce is a staple on the burger and mine was just missing it for no reason. Lastly we finished eating our food and my husband was wanting a shake. He goes to order one and the associate who took his order took the payment and said someone will make your shake for you soon and then left to take his break. We know that when customers only order a shake the rule is to simply make it right away but my husband was waiting for a while for his shake to come out and he ultimately had to wave down an associate to make his shakes for him. So, living close to this place, I always smell the goodness coming from this place. It's sooo tempting and is so good. My go to burger is the 3x3, animal style. If you are watching your carbs, try the burger "protein style". It'll rock your world. Service is hit or miss. I probably go to this place 4-5 times a month and it's roll of the dice every time.
