I'm rating this location a 2 star because the service is always bad at the second window (where you pick up your food). Each time I come here the staff at the second drive thru window seems to always have an attitude. I asked for extra ketchup and one female rolled her eyes as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary. My daughter and I came here on Saturday around 1 and the female at the window seemed as if she was irritated. Every other in and out I've been to had great customer service. I'm not sure if I will be returning back to this one anytime soon. read more

Do I really even need to write a review for In-N-Out? I mean...it's In-N-Out! Truly the most delicious quick-service burgers and fries. Believe the hype! My order? Animal style cheeseburger, well done animal fries, and extra spread packets on the side. My husband gets the double double cheeseburger with grilled onions and chopped chilies. Both so good! Can't forget the occasional milk shake. The Porter Ranch location has the best employees. All are so sweet and incredibly hard working. They keep the place looking nice and clean, which is wonderful when eating inside instead of in the car. I just wish they had late hours on the weekends like the other locations do. read more

I dont know whats happened to the quality at this location but it is abismal. I constantly receive my burger with no seasoning and its terrible, no one wants unseasoned meat patties for their meal. Unfortunately I believe it has something to do with the lack of propper training for their cooks and inadequacy by the current store manager. Hopefully they change some things around and pick up on their quality. Until then I will not be visiting this location and I advise others to do the same. read more

You can never go wrong with In N Out. I haven't been to this location in a while since I don't live near here. But yesterday was finally the day since my fiancée and I stopped by the Halloween store in the plaza. One thing you should know about In N Out is that there drive thru line will always be busy after 12pm. We went inside and there was barely anyone inside and alot of tables open for seating. One special feature that this In N Out added was the touchless fountain soda machine that use a finger sensor to dispense the drink. The employee were politely and efficient when we were there. The burgers are always top notch and the fries just go perfectly with it. read more

Can't believe I haven't been to every In N Out in my area! Figured I stop by here after running some errands in Porter Ranch and because I wanted In N Out and this location needed a visit. Went through the drive-thru, service was fast and friendly as usual. Food came out quick even after ordering well done fries (and yes the fries were cooked perfectly! Today I ordered a double double with grilled onions, well-done animal style fries, and a chocolate-vanilla shake, totaling just under $12. Everything was perfect as always! Burger was juicy and veggies were fresh while the onions were caramelized perfectly and the bun was nicely toasted. The fries were super crispy and definitely animal style with all the cheese, sauce, and onions! The shake was thick, sweet, and delicious! read more

It's open again! It was closed for a week for fumigation. Long lines but it goes fast. The exit is awful. There's a car perpendicular to you waiting to order. You're trying to exit but they're in the way. If you don't cut it tight, you'll hit the car or damage your right tires as they go up the curb. I've never seen a good drive through design. That's why City Planning hates to approve In N Out. So much traffic it causes in the parking lot. read more

Manners! I have not been here in years . I turned into the parking lot and was showed where the line was, I looked across the parking lot and there were only two cars there. Apologized and said I had no idea . I can back out. He insisted to scolded me , I kept saying I had no idea. The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable with the menu items. I came here with my family after church service. They have excellent service here and the food was delicious. I was so happy they were cautious about my food allergy with onions here. Worst location ever. After being in line for 40 minutes we ordered 3 burgers... got home to find all 3 burgers were wrong. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. This In and Out by far is fantastic! The employees from the minute you walk in are smiling and attending to your needs. Our cashier today was Juan Ro and he smiled, was patient and repeated our order. Emmanuel was walking around cleaning tables, checking with guest to see if they had everything they needed. After eating my burger he walked over and asked if he could clean our items. This store has great customer and always gets my orders right! The ambiance is relaxing and chill. Great location in Porter Ranch. It is located in the Porter Ranch Town Center in the same shopping center as Walmart and Best Buy. This location is not as busy as the Northridge location so it's a great visit for lunch. Service is always great here. Employees are friendly and helpful. read more

The burgers at In N Out are absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. I stopped here recently and enjoyed a cheeseburger for only $3.30. They will modify it as you wish. One variation that people are not often aware of is to add "whole grilled onions", as opposed to having them chopped. It's quite yummy. My only gripe is that there always seems to be an endless line up of cars at the drive thru. The line moves pretty well. I've tried going inside to order take out instead of waiting on line in the drive thru, and invariably they seem to take your order promptly, but are very slow in actually preparing it for you. The drive thru seems to be given a much greater priority. You can't win on this point! read more

They put down fries while we requested ANIMAL style fries. We had to pay extra for that and this is not cool at all. I just want to start out by saying this in n out is always on top of their game. Today in particular I want to give recognition to ever person that helped me and the party I was with. We had a difficult order and Julian was a great help with a number of details on our burgers and fries, (food was amazing) Tony was the cashier that greeted us along with the store manager Jesse that came to greet us as well at the window. These guys were all clearly happy to be at work it's clear why this in n out is running the way it is with management like that. This is by far the best In-N-Out branch I've been to. It's super convenient since it's 1) only a few minutes away from my house, and 2) it's in Porter Ranch Town Center, so there's plenty of parking and located near other establishments. The patties are grilled on the flat-top to a slight crisp, but are still nice and red in the middle. Each Double Double (...or 3x3, 4x4, etc.) is made perfectly and is always high quality. Well done fries are fried to a great golden color, and are perfectly crispy. Everyone working here is friendly and gets orders out within a reasonable amount of time even with an always-busy drive-thru. Porter Ranch's In-N-Out is my go-to branch from now on. read more
