Finally got to try this place after years of hearing about it. I let my cousin order for me and he got me a double burger animal style with fries. The burger was decent but for all the hype I was not that impressed. Maybe this is due to me being Florida and having had better burgers there. However I will say they are good and priced reasonably. I was not a fan of the fries at all, they just did jave the normal french fry taste to me. In my opinion this place was just average and not worthy of the hype. They pack their soda with ice all the way to the top even when you request lite ice. A 32 ounce soda ends up being less than you get from a 12oz can. As far as I am concerned advertising an extra large drink and then packing it with so much ice that it becomes a small drink is effectively stealing. Most fast food places foll 2/3 of the cup which is still excessive but these guys go all the way to the rim. I guess the answer, other than not eating here, is to say no ice every time and hand it back if I can hear or feel ice. The burgers are good but vastly overrated. In n out is an iconic California burger. It's fresh yet simple. Thin meat patty burger on a bun or lettuce wrap for a less caloric intake animal style or not depending on your preference that day. Third time's a charm! The staff made minor mistakes on our orders the first two visits, but finally they got it right the third time! They didn't offer to fix the problem, I could tell they were all just super stressed out.. it wasn't a big deal as I'm not super picky and could remove the pickles easily. The facility is super clean, well lit both the parking lot and the interior. I'm a fan of In-N-Out and this location is no different. This is one of the few companies with a functioning mission statement, Quality You Can Taste, right above the register. They consistently deliver on quality and if you're not a fan it's likely based entirely on preference because their menu is simple and they consistently deliver a delicious cheese burger with grilled onions whenever I ask for it. They make their fries from potatoes right in front of you and the only thing I've ever thought was just okay is their coffee. Customer service is consistently good at In-N-Out but I was surprised to find this location be so accommodating. The restaurant wasn't empty and yet an employee who was cleaning tables, took it upon himself to bring our food out and pick up the tray when we were done. This is an old school In N Out as it is smaller in size, chairs over booths, and the beverage dispenser is literally on the order counter. I'm obsessed with INO and was pleasantly surprised by the order to food preparation time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the dining room was super clean. The usual cheeseburger for me includes both grilled and raw onion, I know, kind of odd but it was yum!!!! Plus, the well done fries were on point. I'm shocked at "Ghost T."s review, but I guess that's what you get with someone from Tehas. In-N-Out is FANTASTIC. The burgers are always amazing, whether a double or a single. I just hold the onions. The fries are simple and delicious, add some salt and they're even better. A long line is part of the In-N-Out experience. If you go anywhere near lunch time, any Californian knows there is going to be a wait. If you go inside, the wait once you order is actually not too bad. It's still shorter than a restaurant during a slow period. Employees are quick and friendly, and the place is always clean. The fact that they don't expand into a super large location with a giant parking lot is what separates them as a restaurant that still cares about costumers instead of monopolizing. read more
