You can't go wrong with In-N-Out burger. The drive through takes way to long for having a short menu. Order a 1,2 or #3 and they should move freaky fast. Fries are great, simple but delicious. read more

Love me some in n out. Was so excited to get a location here in Lincoln. My only complaint is that the fries are always over fried when I order here. When they first opened and the staff was still being "trained", the fries were AMAZING! Some more practice perhaps. read more

Our family has enjoyed the Lincoln location since it opened. The staff are friendly and helpful while getting your order prepared promptly. It is great to see the staff changing work stations as it demonstrates teamwork at its finest. My experience has always been pleasant here until today. My family and I visited our local Lincoln location this past Friday. My payment from Friday of $29.50 said pending in my account until 11/4, it cleared on this date. Then Monday 11/5, I noticed a duplicate charge of $29.50. Like any logical person, I contacted my bank first to make sure it wasn't a bank error. They said it was evident that In-N-Out billed me twice and double dipped my account. My bank advised that I contact In-N-Out directly to see if they would simply refund me the double billed amount as it would be less time consuming for me to file a dispute with the bank. When I called, their accounting team was already out of the office. I called back today to check the status and they stated they only see one transaction cleared on their end but clearly on my end two transactions for the same amount, within 1-day cleared my account. They said they would not be able to refund me the 2nd charge and that my bank could contact them and they would be happy to work with my bank. Why would I lie about being double billed? I just want my money back! I didn't spend $59 at a burger establishment. Needless to say, I am furious and will not be returning. Its not about the money, its the principle behind it. This billion dollar corporation cannot afford to refund me money that is rightfully mine. At this point, I have now had to file a dispute with my bank. The bank has to contact In-and-Out and provide them my account records proving that they charged me twice. Pretty ridiculous. This is greed at its finest. read more

I went to the Lincoln location today and was really upset about the "customer service" I received. The restaurant has the drive thru lane clearly signed. This location does have a line that wraps around the parking lot when busy. However, when I went no one was waiting In the snake portion of the line and so I pulled in behind the car in the drive thru. As I was the waiting in line the employee came up to my window proceeding to lecture me about the line and that I needed to pull around And get behind the cars that were in line. I kept trying to tell him that when I arrived there was no one in the snake portion of the line and he kept saying...huh, what?!? Just like a broken record...you NEED to get in line. Half the problem was his tone, I can read an F***ing sign dude!!!! It wasn't until the car waiting in the snake portion of the line gave the employee a thumbs up stating I and the car behind me didn't cut the line, he backed off. By this time I was really irritated and annoyed with this guy. While he was taking my order he did apologize but I was already mad, they he couldn't get my order right. Then I was more frustrated. Probably the WORST location I have ever been to. For a company that prides itself on customer service they really missed the mark today. The employee was an asshole and should not be working in customer service!!! read more

I don't get the love of this place. The food is average at best..... sorry. French fries turn into little blocks of styrofoam when they cool off. The staff is always amazing. I will say they always seem to have great people working for them. Very slow at times especially since they serve only burgers and fries. read more

The food was excellent and the service was great. Even though they had a huge drive thru line the still managed to serve there customers in the restaurant quickly. Plus they did it with a smile on their faces and were super polite. After making the mistake of going to taco bell first and being told we would have to wait 30 minutes or more to be served, this was a most refreshing experience. I am very unpleased with my animal French fries. There is no spread on them which makes me very upset. If you don't know how to make animal fries don't work there!!!! The only reason I get animal fries is for the spread & if I just wanted cheese fries I would've asked for those(which I highly dislike) I waited fifteen minutes to get something that I don't even like. read more

In all the years I have been to IN-N-OUT, this is the only location where I have had my orders incorrect. My last three visits, the ordering process was painstaking and even though everything had been confirmed at the register, it was still wrong when I got home. The menu is not that complicated, no matter how you try to order they do not get it right. I literally read out exactly which ingredients belonged on each item. My drinks were incorrect as well. It is nice having this location but at this point I'd rather just drive to Pleasant Grove so I know I will actually get what I order. read more

What's going on with in-n-out. Haven't had great experiences lately. Went today hoping for the best. (A girl can dream) Waiting in line, employee directs me where to go for a drive thru order. I follow his instruction, then he tells me to go a different way. I am now boxed in and it is very hard to move car. I ask him exactly where I need to be because he is just pointing. He tells me to just drive. I see a few cars in differentt places in parking lot. Still not sure where I am supposed to be. People in parking lot are trying to get employees attention because they have not ordered or received order. I look in my rear veiw mirror and that same employee is directing cars that were behind me to go straight thru drive thru and their order was being taken. My order should of been taken before the people behind me. Most definitely the people that were waiting before me should of had their order taken. Complete kaos with rude employee. I just left. One big mess! read more

Food was good but check your order and don't assume it's correct. There have been more than a few times my order was incorrect with missing items. With all due respect, with a menu as simple as this, and with the order repeated twice (once after you order and again when you pay) there shouldn't be many mistakes, if any. Won't stop me from going back but I'll have to check more throughly next time I suppose. Courteous service as well and that's a plus. read more
