What can I say, it's In-N-Out Burger! The people here have always been pleasant, even during the huge drive-thru line in peak hours. Food has been great each time and they have never messed it up . I've enjoyed in and out all over. But I made the mistake of visiting this location. I ordered 2 double doubles animal style no cheese protein wrap, and animal style fries no cheese. I received 2 animal style fries, both with cheese. Glad I looked first before breaking out. They put raw onions on the animal doubles and their Diet Coke tasted like they mixed every flavor in the side fountain. Disgusting. read more

I am one of those who never complains. But this was so bad I felt something needed to be said. Worst In and Out burger I have ever been served. So bad I was actually afraid to keep eating it. There were only 3 cars in the line at 8:30pm so it was not busy or crowded. It was a lukewarm burger! Greasy old and "Disgusting" tasting with a small portion of limp,mushy, old looking tiny old pieces of lettuce instead of the large crisp pieces normally found on a "hot" In and out burger. Equally old mushy tomato. Overly salted, lukewarm meat patty on my burger. Took one bite and it was sooooo disgusting I through it back in the bag and drove out of tge parking lot. I Was still in the parking lot so that is how cold the burger was when they gave it to me. How sad! read more

I think it's absolutely ridiculous the customer service in this place! Every time we come here, our order always gets messed up! Today is my sisters birthday and we came here for lunch and I requested to have her order put into a separate bag and when we got to the window, the employee refused to put my sisters burger in her own bag! Ok. Service was extremely slow and the drive thro wasn't even that long. Little mistakes like forgetting onions, putting it in a bag instead of a box when asked, adding ice to soda when we asked for none. I think the worst part was the meat. Well, you probably know already, I-N-O is a great burger joint! This one is the same as ALL the others I've been too, with perhaps the minor issue of being a little slower to turn food around than some of the busier ones not too far away. Still, great food is worth the wait, and the food is always delicious. Wish they offered bacon for their burgers, thicker patties, and fried onion rings, but other than those minor missing items, I ALWAYS enjoy the food here. read more

This In-N-Out Burger has an incredibly cheerful and enjoyable staff that provides quick service and a welcoming environment. It also has the tasty classic burgers one would expect to find at any In-N-Out Burger. The french fries are fresh tasting and lightly salted (a personal preference of mine). The milkshakes are good but not exactly natural tasting. My strawberry milkshake had a malted taste, and I do not like malt. The restaurant itself is maintained well and very clean. I would definitely recommend this In-N-Out Burger to anyone or any family who is hungry and craving fast food. read more

I've been to dozens of In & Out Burger places and they are all great. This location was very good as well. Ordering was easy, got my soda cup to fill up while I waited on my number to be called and the order was finished in a reasonable amount of time. The food was hot and had the typical great taste found at any of their locations. The fries are impeccable and really can be eaten plain. The cheeseburger was ordered animal style which is what I get every time I'm at this place. Found a good place to sit and enjoy the food. I recommend this place. read more

Been to this location twice in the drive through. It moves fast & the food came out hot. We brought someone from out of the state to try the infamous California In & Out. Kristen, I believe that was her name, was awesome. She gave everyone in the car hats & stickers as mementos for our guest. I have been going to this location pretty much since it opened and never ever have my burgers been so sloppy. I have been ordering burgers the last few time and they have been looking sloppier and sloppier every time I come. (One time my burger was also burnt to the max I couldn't even eat it). I went into this location the other afternoon, and I wasn't going to post anything but I feel like it needs to be said. I ordered a to go order and as I was waiting for my food I was watching how the operation worked.. maybe I could get an explanation as to why the quality at this specific location has been going down. So during my wait, I really got to observe the workers and what I observed was that there are select workers who work harder than others but get paid the same minimum wage. And It's crazy for me to think that a company with such a great reputation doesn't seem to hold the same standards and expectations for everyone. I think this stores quality has gone down do to the lack of efforts in training, what I hope are new workers, with the same standards and expectations as the workers who seem like they have been there since the beginning. It's just a suggestion that this store will put the time and effort in training each work with the same standards to serve and create the quality burger this company is known for. I hope to get a good burger in Lincoln every time I come not just when the those workers that are working hard are there but every time. i'll be honest with work, running my kids around, and trying to get quality time with my husband I don't feel like driving all the way out to roseville for a decent burger but I also don't want to feel like i'm not getting my money's worth and lately, at this location that's exactly how what it has felt like. read more

My last few visits here have been disappointing. I don't know if it's new kids coming in with summer jobs, or just the produce shipments this store receives, but the past three times I've eaten at this In-N-Out I could not finish my burger. The tomatoes still have the hard inner core, and one time I received a stem in the middle! The lettuce has been tasting sour lately. I don't know what it is, but I used to love coming here! Not in n out... the 1st time I went, I only ordered fries. Took forever. I understand if they have to go in order but 15 mins is excessive. Tonight, we were order number 66. They called 65, then jumped to 67, 68, 70... my 4 year old son was getting hangry. So he went up to the counter, told one of the girls and gave her the receipt, she went looking for it but never came and said anything to us? (I was standing right there). So another person comes over and I tell them they never called our order and a couple people go looking for it and look lost. They finally start to make it over again so we have to wait longer.. I told them I would take my money back and go somewhere else which they would not do. Definitely won't be coming back here. It was convenient being close to home but we will go to Roseville or Loomis if we decide to have in n out ever again instead of chick fil a (the latter seems to have it together a little more). read more

Went to In-N-Out for lunch today and was kinda disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was sloppily put together, the cheese was only on half my burger and the fries were terrible (way over cooked). In N Out is fast and their alway courteous. Only concern is how a young shift manager represented a really polite blonde employee in front of us at the drive through. The blonde turned red and apologized for grabbing the wrong receipt to hand us our order. She became a bit shaky and kept apologizing; however, continued keeping a smile on her face and provided incredible customer service. Note to In N Out: Train your shift managers to have better professionalism and not to reprimand an employee in front of customers and close the window if she's going to talk to an employee. T allowing this behavior with your shift managers they'll turn out to be horrible bosses! read more
