So I'm sitting here eating at the Buffet today. I haven't been back for a long time because the lunch Buffet was so expensive. I thought I would give it another try . To my amazement i found out the price is a lot less for lunch now. I had Avi as a sever and he was excellent. The only thing they need to do now is add a fountain drink dispenser and give free refills like the competition. Will be back !!! read more

Very Disappointed. We love Indian food. This place just opened. We wanted Chicken Tikka Masala but were told none of the chicken dishes were made with white breast meat. I can't believe it. We left sad. read more

We went there today for their lunch buffet. I was terribly sick within 45 minutes. Regarding the buffet .. who know how long the dishes had sat in their chafing dishes being heated. The cold salad dishes were empty - or - the food was dry and old. The salad dressing bowls were empty. We ordered 2 beers for lunch that were never delivered. It was a really awful experience. The worst though was the stomach flu after .. and for hours. I will not go back. Dirty Indian food for sure. read more

Just walked through the place at lunch shortly after they opened. We didn't eat. The restaurant and the buffet selections looked top-notch! But over $25 for an AYCE lunch buffet? We MAY come back if they have carry out buffet. We'd gladly pay $15 for a medium sized clamshell container. We could take a spoonful of each of our most interesting selections. It would be enough for us to enjoy for several meals and snacks for several days. And we wouldn't stuff ourselves to unhealthy levels to try to get our money's worth. read more

Went there for dinner for the first time last night and was tremendously disappointed. The young girl who waited on us was a.) hard to understand because she mumbled while taking our order and b.) did NOT get our order correct. We ordered mild entrees and did NOT receive mild entrees. We ate some of our entrees, but not having been there before, we did not know what to expect. When we got home with our leftovers and gave them to our son (who has previously eaten Indian food) he couldn't eat them either because they were too spicy - confirming our suspicion that we did NOT receive mild entrees. Stumbled across this restaurant on our way to Home Depot and thought we would give it a go as there were plenty of cars parked out front. They were doing a Sunday lunch buffet which normally isn't my thing however the restaurant looked so nice and clean I thought I'd give it a shot! The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. The food was good but not the best local Indian food. My husband and I paid $58 for the buffet on a Wednesday. Way too expensive. It was very disappointing that they charge for soda/Diet Coke refills since fountain drinks cost restaurants around 20 cents per serving and the buffet price would definitely offset the cost. Went for buffet lunch here today. Extremely disappointed! Firstly the service is dismal, we waited more than 10 mins for someone to come and seat us and we were about to leave an go elsewhere. I should also note that there were plenty of empty tables. There were several Indian men, presumably employees standing around talking and a few walking in circles. Finally we were seated at a table with a half carafe (obviously used by the last customers) of water on the table, no silverware or napkins. There was a line of 6 parties waiting to pay their bill at the register by the time we were seated, no one was helping them. We were never offered anything to drink, absolutely no one waited on us. My husband got up and found 2 glasses and some silverware for us at the other end of the restaurant. The buffet food was luke warm at best and it had a disorganized set up. Usually the rice and bread are at one end and the dishes after but the rice was in the middle of the curry dishes. The dishes were all sauce and I had to fish around with the spoon to find any meat or vegetables in several dishes. there was no tandoori chicken which is what I usually love on Indian buffets. Several of the containers were almost empty. The flavors were OK nothing exceptional and there is a salad bar in the middle with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes and a few sauces. Once again not very impressive. Dessert selection meagre, I saw a few donuts, no rice pudding or gulab. They have obviously spent most of their efforts and money on the decor and not training competent wait staff and have skimped on their food ingredients. I don't expect that this place will be open for long. The owner clearly has had no previous restaurant experience. I think that the introduction of a few women might help get this place organized if it is to survive. read more

The restaurant was very nice and created a luxurious feel when you walked in. The food was great and since it is family style we got a couple of things to share. This place was recommended by a person I asked for great Indian cuisine. Upon arrival I was impressed by the money put into the ambiance. Things went south from there. I love Indian cuisine and have been in search of a great eatery near me so this was promising but the service was non existent and the food was mediocre at best. There are very few Indian restaurants in our area but most to all of them are better than Incredible India. Save your money and get better food and service about anywhere else. read more

This is the fanciest and best looking Indian restaurant in the area (once you get past the old Bob Evans exterior). They obviously took the time to have a professional design the space, and they spared no expense with interior. Kudos to the owner, who really made it stand out from the other Indian restaurants in the area. We went for the buffet. The food was really great and they had a range of differently spiced selections. It was even presented well and looked amazing, which sounds a little silly for a buffet. Make sure you get a cup of chai while there also, it was great. This is my new favorite Indian place so we'll definitely be going back. read more

This was our first visit to Incredible India, and it did not disappoint! We both had the lunch buffet and enjoyed absolutely everything. The Butter Chicken and black lentils (IDK the name) were the favorites by far, followed by the tomato soup and another chicken dish with tomatoes. The chicken was extremely tender in all of the dishes. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The decor and seating areas are well appointed and pleasant. We will be back! read more

Food was okay. We went at lunchtime today. I didn't knot it was going to cost over $40 for 2 people to eat lunch. I didn't think the food warranted that amount. I'm sure it's higher in the evening. Joined a friend who was raised eating this type of cuisine. We dined while the lunch buffet was in force. My friend gave me suggestions as to which food a mid-west born and raised would enjoy. There was a large variety of foods to experience. I enjoyed the food. I have eaten in dives and fine restaurants in my life. I have never been in a restaurant cleaner then this establishment. The restroom and main dining room were spotless. The staff were impeccably dressed and polite. Go here! Wonderful Indian and Chinese dishes prepared beautifully. Great servers, clean and bright environment ( You can see some of the old Bob Evans structure but cleaned up with much better food). Walking in, you hope for comforting Indian cuisine and you get so much more. Big selection of wonderful dishes that seemed to be prepared with great care with each dish. The food was good but definitely not the best Indian food in the area. It would have been nice to see at least one dish that was spicy on the buffet. The ambiance was great and the restaurant was very clean including very clean and pleasant smelling restrooms. I am not a fan of the 18% gratuity being tacked on to our bill at a buffet and that may actually keep us from going back. Had it been posted, we could have made a decision beforehand if we wanted to continue. I did not see it posted anywhere and did not receive enough of a service to warrant a tip that high at a self service buffet. The only thing the server had to do was bring ice one time and the check. There was water on the table and she did not have to refill it even once. I'm sure we could have disputed it but did not want to make a big deal out of it. Overall, it is absolutely worth trying especially if you want to try different things but the price is too high for the variety available and you will overpay for service you don't really receive if you go during buffet hours. read more

This place truly is incredible. A transformed Bob Evan's building is now a beautiful tribute to Indian culture. The menu is extensive and all that we had was exploding with flavor.
