They were "trying" to sell their dips, but were judgmental and rude. The woman selling the dips made demeaning and rude comments about me while I was sampling their dips, and made me feel very unwelcome at their stand. She made degrading comments about me insinuating that I was only sampling their products without any intention of purchasing their products (which I have purchased their products in the past), but after such a hostile encounter I will not be giving them my business any longer. There are always better places that sell similar products without being terribly rude and belittling to their customers.

Everyone is always friendly and so informative about each and every dip that they have. They are always giving me ideas of what I can do with the dips whether it is using it as a rub or making them as a dip. I truly find these dips to be amazing and very tasty. I always get the pumpkin and the white chocolate raspberry and make a no bake cheesecake out of them. It is so easy, so fast, and so delicious!! This company deserves 5 stars all around. Everyone that works for Gourmet Creations is always smiling and always very friendly, not just to me but the people around me as well. They have always made my experiences very enjoyable! I made a quick stop into Flemington's newest business Mr. Pops and left very pleased!…read more I went into for a latte and left with some chocolates to add! First, the latte was great! I got a caramel latte which was flavored exactly to my preference! The caramel was not too sweet, didn't taste artificial and the double espresso was roasted perfectly. At the chocolate counter, I order a few different items. Just about all the chocolate is made in house (including the springtime/Easter specials)! The only items not made by in house are the peanut/peanut butter containing items (which are kept in a separate case). These items are sourced from Asher's Chocolate Co. Mr. Pops does this to ensure all of the chocolates made on site are 100% peanut free. The ambiance is quaint. Mr. Pops is decorated to elicit memories of a chocolate shop of old. I spoke with owner Tim who added to the pleasure of the experience. I am excited to return soon to Mr. Pops where I anticipate trying something cooler as the weather warms! In the corner of Mr. Pops I spotted an ice cream case... I hope this is an indication of ice cream and/or gelato coming in the near future. I would love to try an affogato from Mr. Pops! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Couch is comfy, but floor plan in the back area is a bit awkward, you go down some hallways to get to bathroom and pass some lonely candy shelves. Chocolate quality is so-so, it lacks a richness and cocoa bite. Ice cream flavors are very interesting and strong. I got the banana cookie ice cream in my affogato and, while I wish there was more ice cream, it was QUITE good. My wife didn't want all the caffeine from hers, so I walked out 320mg of caffeine richer. Would return for ice cream and ambiance.

Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. You don't eat these ribs so much as you hold them up and allow the meat to dive into your mouth like an Olympian off the 10 meter platform. They are that good. And I have eaten enough brisket in my life that writing a review including a reference to pork is probably something I shouldn't do publicly, but his is top notch. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. I know that sounds like a lot for serving somebody BBQ but those fairgrounds on a weekend can be a certified nuthouse. At no time did I see anyone lose their patience or desire to help the customers. Five stars all the way.

The food here is to-die for, and is certainly one of the best restaurants in the area. I have friends who visit from out of town who specifically request to go to Blue Fish during their stay! The prices are great for the quality of the food. I always opt for the build-your-own entree. This time, I chose the brisket with a side of the caramelized plantains, but I also often go with the chicken, steak, or salmon with the pesto butter. No matter what you order, you can't go wrong. The staff are very kind and the service is quick. The interior is modern and up-to-date, paralleled by its brick historic vibe exterior, as the Stangl Factory building was once a pottery/ceramic factory. Now, the building is home to Blue Fish Grill, as well as a number of other businesses including an artist-owned gallery, a large pottery studio, a medium, and a yoga and physical therapy studio. Stangl also hosts a weekly artisan farmers' market and bi-monthly live music and art events. It really is a growing creative community. Blue Fish Grill doesn't have a bar, but they do allow BYOB. If you find yourself in the Flemington area, be sure to grab a bite at Blue Fish! It will surely be a meal to remember.

Basil Bandwagon is overpriced for their deli and many of the items they carry. At the same time it is very good quality stuff, just pricing is my only "complaint" so to say. I realize this is a very wealthy area, and Basil Bandwagon does put out some coupons here and there which is appreciated. It is certainly more of A $$$ store than $$ in which I think they would still be profitable, yet a bit more fair. In any circumstance if you're looking for good quality, very healthy stuff it is a great spot to try out. Also the portions on most things at the deli counter are very nice with their sandwiches. You'll be walking around quite a bit and you may have to go back and forth a bit to get a full sense of what's on offer. Some of the items they have: - Fudge (obviously) - Chocolate covered fruit - Peanut brittle - Cordial cherries - Truffles - Licorice - Swedish Fish - Gummi bears and worms During my latest trip, I picked up some of their dark chocolate bourbon cherries that spend a week soaking in bourbon before being coated in a chocolate shell. I picked up some milk chocolate Oreos for my wife (she doesn't like dark chocolate). They have baskets and seasonal treats throughout the year (Valentine's, St. Patrick's, Easter, etc.) if you need to pick up a gift for someone. The inside may feel a little cramped during busier times of the year but that adds to the character and charm of a place that's been around since 1961!
