They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. We had no idea when it was last serviced or if it had ever been serviced at all. Henry gave us a very fair and competitive price for a tune up. Upon Henry's arrival, he was friendly and professional. He opened the furnace and showed us the burner. He explained it was in great condition considering the age of the unit and it didn't need servicing; although, he did clean up around a few areas around the burner. The blower motor was slightly wobbly, and once again, he explained it was still in good shape considering its age. He proceeded to the back patio where the condenser was located. He noted the unit was very old and that particular Freon is no longer available for servicing; however, he stated the unit did not need to be replaced just yet as long as it's blowing cold. Henry indicated despite our units being way past their anticipated life expectancy, they were clean and blowing hot & cold just fine. Therefore, no servicing was recommended and he did not charge us anything. We are impressed not only by Henry's friendliness and professionalism, but also by his transparency and integrity. Many other companies would have hopped on the opportunity to upsell the service or even sway us to replace our system right away, but Henry gave us peace of mind to give us time and to save up for an inevitable replacement in the future with Therma Tech. Explained the process. Air sharks didn't push for purchasing any particular equipment. We chose Daikin. Service: the work crew is very disciplined. Arrive on time. No loud noises. Informed us daily at the end of the day. Kept our house and side yard clean and tidy. Follow up: the inspection went well. We received the permit as per schedule. First year warranty is included. Whenever, we have called they promptly respond and understand our issue at hand. Over all we are beyond satisfied with contracting with them.

As of today Sam (who I believe is in charge, not sure if he's the owner) has been the only contact with the shop, has had my car for twelve weeks now with nothing completed.he diagnosed the problem the first day, gave me a quote. I zelled him a deposit, enough for the part and the labor. Five weeks later he informed me that the part had arrived, it was installed but didn't fix the problem. He explained the part was poorly rebuilt and needed to be returned and we had to wait for the refund to order a different part. At this time he informed me that the shop would be closed to honor the lunar new year. This was week seven when they returned to work still waiting for the refund to show up. It's was week nine he let me know that he couldn't find the part we needed and he had used my deposit money to pay bills and dint have any left to buy the part. To continue with the repair he said I had to find the part and pay for it on top of the $2000 I'd already gave him. Week ten I found the part , paid for it. A week later the part vendor located in Germany canceled my purchase stating the war in Iran made it too expensive to ship the part" find one in your own country " he's said. So I found the part , paid again and the part arrived at the begining of week twelve. After having the part in hand and knowing I've been without a car for three months he says he'll see if he can get me scheduled at the end of the week which at best the repair will continue into week thirteen. I've asked when he actually had me scheduled for and why couldn't he schedule me sooner? This was Monday the same day as the part arrived. He didn't respond until Tuesday when he said he was working on it so I could have my car to drive on Wednesday. Wednesday I called to see how it went and he said he'll text me later with an update. It's now Thursday of that week , I asked what's up and his response was and is " for me to relax, he's working on it. Sam has been rude. He's ignored me, he's disregarded what i wanted done and did what he wanted to my car. He took money from inted for parts that he never paid for and spent it on himself or the shop bills . I then paid for the parts additionally. He wont produce any kind of invoice to keep track of spenderatures. I've requested several times . When I told him he no longer has any authorization to do any more work on my car. The next text he sent me said he was going to work on my car anyway. I told him I was picking up my car to have it ready to be towed elsewhere. I'm so mad I can't even think. To be continued

I took my BMW one morning to get brake pads and rotors changed. I had taken it to a few other places and all of them wanted me to change all the pads and rotors. Nasir was very honest and told me my rear brake pads and rotors only needed changing. He showed me the wear and tear and explained the process. I was so pleased that he took the time to actually assess my car instead of just putting on extra services. He then ordered the parts and was able to get the job done on the same day in about 1.5 hours. My car drives so much more smoothly and I can feel the difference in my rear brakes! I was so relieved and the process was SO fast! My husband took in his Civic Type R to get his fenders rolled. Nasir and Bilal did a great job with that whole process and he got his car back the same day. He also had his rear brake pads done and was pleased with the entire service. The prices are quite affordable and fair- and most importantly they only do what is necessary. This company is awesome! Our AC unit had been broken for 3 years... we called Indoor Atmosphere, and Brian called right back. He fit us in within two days. Even though our unit is 30 years old, Brian knew exactly what to check. He checked several possible problem spots, discovered the problem, replaced some parts and we had cold air in our home in less than 30 minutes. Dan specced out and installed a single new Mitsubishi heat pump that was capable of cooling both floors, installed new matching air handlers for both floors, ran new wiring for the 1st floor thermostat, and installed a new air return for the first floor since our existing one was undersized. This ended up being a 2w effort since Dan was short an expected helper, but he was here every day working hard and did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress. He ran into a few issues, but whenever he did he approached me with proposed solutions already in mind to get my approval. Dan was easily one of the best contractors we have ever used, and we would gladly use him again and recommend him to others.
