Having to file a claim with infinity insurance was the worse thing ever! My claim was filed Aug 29,2015 and the settlement check was just received 2 days ago. My adjuster was out of the office the entire month of September and no matter how many times I called no one would call me back. The Infinity Rep at the body shop was extremely rude and not of any help, the customer service department is useless, Infinity's system and way of doing business is backwards. Infinity should not rely on only the adjusters to be able to go over claims if the adjusters are never available. I had rental car coverage and I'm STILL waiting on 4 days of reimbursement. Infinity told Enterprise that as of October 4,2015 they aren't covering the rental expenses, however no one told me that until October 14th after 10 days had past!! By that time Enterprise stuck me with a $300 bill. And there was still no word on what was going on with my car. It wasn't until the very end of October that I found out my car was going to be totaled! 2 months later and now at $800 in rental expenses that Infinity refuses to take any type of responsibly for. Infinity is taking the stand that my rental coverage is only good for 30 days, but my 30 day coverage is assuming Infinity is working on my claim. My file sat on someone's desk untouched for 45 days. And when I tried to cancel my insurance Infinity told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee!?! I will be reporting my issues to the Insurance Commissioner and will NEVER NEVER EVER use Infinity or allow anyone I care about to use Infinity!! read more

I have been with Infinity for over 5 years and purchased a new car in May, instantly my insurance increase by $65.00 becasue I didn't have 2 oil changes 3 months apart to prove my mileage!!!!! Seriously, it's a new car!! But the rep assured me when it comes up for renewal in December, I would be able to adjust my mileage and my premium would decrease...NOT!!!!! It's been 5 months later, I only have 1,800 miles on my car, so it's OVIOUS, I don't need a 17,000 mile policy. They still won't adjusted it because I don't have 2 oils changes.... I definitely want to give zero stars! This is the worst car insurance if ever had to deal with. Really bad customer service, the ppl working are complete morons. Not to mention I get packets of paper work to fill out and send in every week! I hate this insurance company, I have no idea how they stay in business. Absolutely the worst and a complete rip off, sad excuse of an insurance company. They take advantage of the little people (typically hispanics or those of low income), because they know other insurance companies tend to either only speak English, or "costly." Let me tell you, I've had Geico since mid 2012, around the same time my dad got this crud of a company--again. He got into one small minor accident. One. His freaking insurance suddenly goes up from like 40-50 bucks to 70. Wait. What?! But your commercials say as low as $14 a month. But of course, that's a load of crap. In the time I've been with geico, I've had 4 accidents. 1 it was determined 50/50, the other 3, they were completely at fault. Did my insurance go up? Yes but because the first idiot totaled my car so the title still belongs to the bank. I started at 110. Then down to 85 (I finally owned the title to my first car at this point). Back up to 125 (new car). Then 115ish (new car renewal) with geico. Again, that's because I don't own the title yet. I got my dad a better policy than what I have and better than what he had with this awful company for... *drum roll* $53 a month. Even with the history of that one small minor accident. I got a new car and my car company gave me a free month of infinity insurance, for the next month I got a a mail telling me what my next paying was going to be and it was super expensive so I call the infinity insurance company to tell them I had a new company and that I wanted to cancel my insurance with them, what they told it was not to send the payment and that it was going to cancel by itself, after two months they sent me to collections saying I never paid for the insurance and that I didn't call to cancel, they were charging me something I didn't owned. I call and they told me they never received any call from me and that in order to get me out of collection I had to send them a conformation of my new insurance so I did. Then they told me I only had to pay for cancelation, I call one week before my payment was due and gave my info to the costumer service I don't know what happened because I gave all my information correct and then I got another mail from them telling me they never recieved my payment and they were going to charge me 30dollrs more for not paying at time. I call again and the costumer service was really rude so I asked to talk to the supervisor and I had to be calling again and again waisting my time because of their mistake. In my opinion I shouldn't have paid for nothing because it wasn't my fault that they got all mi info wrong. This company has a really bad costumer service, they don't HELP at all. I was hit by someone who was covered by Infinity, and working with them was a really terrible experience. The staff were very rude and unprofessional when processing my claim. They interrogated me about what I was doing at the time of the accident, which was ridiculous because my car was hit while it was parked in a lot and I was in an art museum a block away. They also kept interrupting me and pressured me to take my car to be serviced at a body shop that they were affiliated with. I took my car to a different shop, because I didn't trust the shop they recommended to do good work on my car. I was only able to rent my car from Enterprise due to some agreement they have, and I got a call from the Enterprise representative after a few days telling me that Infinity had stopped paying for the rental that day and that I would have to cover the rental costs starting the next day. That was really frustrating, as I felt that Infinity should have called me directly to inform me rather than making Enterprise do it. I called Infinity again and again had to deal with an incredibly rude customer service representative. They told me that the body shop I chose was "taking too long to paint my car" so they weren't going to cover the rental anymore. The Infinity representative then criticized me for not taking my car to one of their affiliated body shops. All in all, Infiniti was just a nightmare to work with. So rude and unprofessional after someone they cover hit my parked car when I wasn't even inside. read more

My car broke down and since I had tow reimbursement coverage I thought I would be ok. Well I submit the claim and sent them the receipt to obtain the reimbursement. That was Dec 2016. It is now February 2017 and I haven't received the reimbursement. I called after I didn't receive the check the 1st time it was sent out and they canceled and resent the other one. I get it. Things take 7-10 buisness days to arrive but come on! So I called after I didn't receive the 2nd check that was mailed out. Was supposed to receive it February 3rd. And then they cancel that one and offer to resend it. I ask to speak to a supervisor got his vm. Left a vm to have my call retured as at this point I want my check overnighted... I mean its been a month and 3 and 1/2 weeks... No one ever called. I called back today and was hung up on. If I dont receive my reimbursement I am definitely switching companies. Then again even if I do get it I am still switching. Their customer service is horrible. Leadership has a lack of follow up. Most of their employees seem unhappy when you speak to them. Goes to show if the employees are unhappy, why would you think their customers would be? read more

n October of 2016 i called the Auto Insurance specialist (AIS) to put a policy on my 2012 Buick. They found me insurance with Infinity. This was good because i went through the exact same steps with my 2000 mitsubitshi galant where in 2014 i called AIS and they found me Infinity insurance for my galant. Which got total because someone hit me, and i of couse got the check from infinity for that. Fastforward to January 2018 i get this letter from the Dmv saying that my 2012 Buick Lacrosee was not insured. Thought to myself how can this be. Call up infinity to see whats going on, and they tell me that i created this policy on the 2000 mitsubishi galant and not on the 2012 Buick Lacrosse. Soooo you mean to tell me you put an old 200 galant that was totaled with infinity, on my new policy? Which means i had no insurance from october 2017 up until January 2018. Lets say if i had got into an accident. I wouuld have been screwed. Well infinity said this was done by AiS and they should be the ones to fix this . Called AiS to see what went on.. I want to be reimbursed for the months i was not insured. They said no and that if i did get into an accident i would have been covered still but it would have been a long process because i had the wrong car on the policy. It's terrible company. I got accident. Someone hit the car behind me but I called and reported what happened. They said Saturday and Sunday no one working. I have to waited but understand then Monday no one checking my car and I called 2-3 times no one pick up the phone. I wait around 2-3 hrs. The lady called to ask many question and I answered all the question. I asked when I have someone to estimated my car. She said tomorrow. I wait and wait. No one called. I called them again and again. The customer service said I have to took the car to infinity auto insurance location. WTF because my car in behinds can't closed. Anyway I lived in Marina Del rey and I have to drove to Burbank. Estimates and fixed the car. Have to wait 1 month but when I called to pick up it not ready. If I could give Infinity NO STARS, I would. I was physically assaulted by my now ex-boyfriend of approximately 5 months. We were separated at an event so I went to the car to wait for him. When he got there, I opened the driver door to talk to him and he immediately started to hit me. After continuously refusing to move over to the passenger seat when he demanded me to, he reached in and pushed me over and took off only to continue assaulting me. By the time he was done, he took me home, kicked me out of MY car and took off. He wrecked it within the hour and now Infinity is saying they cannot approve my claim because he was unlicensed. Seriously!? My policy clearly states that the driver must have "expressed or implied permission". When do you think I gave him either?! In between head blows when I REFUSED to move out of the driver seat?! I gave them EVERYTHING I had - Sheriff incident reports, medical records stating my injuries as a result of the assault (contusions and a ruptured eardrum), and the temporary restraining order I had filed. Not to mention their staff is TERRIBLE at responding to phone calls and emails - Sandra Miranda and Trevor Austin. As if I haven't already been through enough physically, mentally and emotionally now I have to deal with this. I'm on my sister's policy, but I am NOT going to continue to be covered by Infinity. Infinity is the worst automobile insurance. Someone backed into my car while I was driving on a residential street. They did not have a insurance card but gave a policy number from infinity. Infinity said they were trying to contac the person who hit me. Infinity did not return my calls and when they did they said they were trying to contact him and could not settle the claim until they heard his version of the incident. Infinity sent out an adjuster a week later. I had gotten an estimate for the damage;, gave the license plate and was never told he was not insured with them until after numerous phone calls after the adjuster came. I was told they could not find a policy number with that persons name. I would not trust infinity after my dealings with them it cost me alot of money and stress which could of been avoided. If you call an insurance company and give a policy number they should be able to validate the policy number! read more
