Most of the time I won't write a review unless it is really bad or really good or really ugly. This is really GOOD! Two thumbs up. A/C blower overheated on Sunday. Richard came out on Monday. Recommend a new unit. Since my unit is old like 30 years. Tuesday they were here at 1 pm. Starting to take down my old unit and put in new one. Got down by 5 pm. Took the time to get the job done right. Gave me a great price for unit which save me $1,000s of dollars. Richard show up later to make sure everything is in order and gave explanation of the new unit. His attention to detail and really care about the customer. Once again, this company came and troubleshot my problem. I bought one unit from them last spring. My second unit is 31 years old and overdue for a replacement. Coming out of the pandemic I am still trying to recoup and get some money together. Of course the second unit went out on one of the hottest days. They came out figured it out and fixed it. Awesome company. I just replaced all three of my very old HVAC systems. Infinity had great pricing and most importantly outstanding customer service. Six skilled technicians spent the day replacing all compressors and furnaces. Three new wi-fi thermostats were also installed. I called a couple places but since it's Labor Day - one guy said they could come tomorrow and the other places just had their automated service to leave a message. I called Infinity and Richard answered the phone - this was 10:30am. He was apologetic that it being a holiday, he only had 1 technician available and was booked. BUT, turns out Richard is the owner and resides in our neighborhood and felt bad leaving us without AC and said he'd be over. He came less than an hour, maybe even less than 30 minutes - mind you, it's Labor Day! He did his assessment and said it's likely the capacitor. He had to leave to get the part but came back, again within an hour and VOILA - we have AC! Richard is a true professional! Honest and just a cool guy!! Hands down the only company to call. Waited two days for a home warranty company to send a tech. The guy gets here and says its declined, but trys to sell me an ac unit instead of fixing the current one. Alex, Richard, and Evan had a new AC unit in my house at 7 am the next day, which was less than 12 hours after I made the call. This company prides themselves on providing quality service when all you want are results. My house is cool again and the home warranty company has seen the last of my money. I recently bought a townhouse. When the AC was one, it was very loud plus I could also hear noise from the outside in the air ducts, especially when there was lots of wind or rain. David, the technician, showed up a bit ahead of time (always a good sign). As I suspected, filters were very dirty due to recent renovations, though I didn't realize how much of a difference it was after replaced. The technician crawled in the attic and found that one air duct was actually leading to the roof for "natural" circulation. There was a dampener there which he shut - that should take care of the outside noise issue. The technician was polite, professional, and patient with all my questions. Overall, he was around for an hour and a half (he had to go out an get some filters) and I got charged $114 which included filter replacement. Reasonably priced and showed up on time weeks after the appointment was scheduled. Highly recommended. read more

We called Infinity to check on our air conditioner as it had stopped working. After showing up right at the time they said they would be there, Coel (the tech) let us know he could patch the unit up, but it would probably break down again soon as it was old and falling apart. We asked for a quote for a new unit and he let us know he would need to speak to the owner to get us a good, honest price. Later that night after agreeing on a very good price we just needed to schedule the installation. It turned out the unit that was supposed to be ordered would take several weeks to arrive! Infinity upgraded us to a better unit that would arrive sooner without raising the quoted price. A very nice thing to do for us in the middle of summer! Each time we called Infinity, Alex was very pleasant and helpful and was happy to answer any questions we had. On the scheduled day the techs Coel and Pablo showed up right at the time they had scheduled and had the new unit installed in no time! Great work by very professional guys! I've waited a week before I wrote my review because I didn't want to jinx the good luck I was having through out the air conditioning shopping process. First, I got a lot of estimates and they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. Everyone seemed to use the same equipment so at this point it was down to who i liked the most. Well, Richard, first and foremost he came in and just was cool. He didn't have a sales pitch he didn't pressure us. Just gave us a shit ton of information on air conditioning units past and present. I knew there would be people in my house all day working on this project so I figured a cool/informative dude would have the same working for him. Well, I was right. The guys at my house for the day were amazing. Evan, Will and Gary. You guys are amazing and made quite the team. We had someone come out yesterday just to check a few things and he was bad ass too. I'm disappointed that a company with such good reviews can be such a mess. I was referred to Infinity Heating & Cooling by a work friend who was extremely happy with their service. I checked out Infinity's website and saw that I could send them a request for service/estimate. I sent them a message explaining I was interesting in having my 3 year old air-conditioner serviced. A few hours after I sent them the message, I decided to call because I wanted to follow up and get it scheduled. I called during business hours but no one answered. I left a message letting them know I contacted them on their website and was waiting to hear back. They never returned my call. I understand things can get busy around an office and numbers can get misplaced, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, especially with the great reviews, and I called again. I called on June 11th and spoke to a lady to set up a time for what she called a "21 point inspection." The time was set for Friday the 17th between 12:00 and 2:00. Friday came and I left work early to make sure I was home by 12:00. I waited around until after 1:00 when I decided to call and make sure someone was on their way. I spoke with the same lady I set up the original appointment with and she said that my appointment had been rescheduled to June 24th! I had never received a call or notification of this rescheduling. At this point, she offered to send someone out between 2:00 and 4:00. Having already wasted over an hour of time that I needed to be accomplishing other things, there was no way I was going to sacrifice another 2+ hours. They have lost my business and if somebody asks me for a referral, I will definitely warn them not to waste their time with Infinity Heating & Cooling. read more

Well, I have to echo the rest of the folks that have left reviews here. My 12 yr. old ac unit went out and I started getting estimates to repair it verses buying a new unit, I opted to replace the whole unit. I got multiple bids and meet with their techs to discuss them. Infinity was about the 3rd company I contacted. I made an appt. with them, and Denis was the tech that came out. We hit if off pretty fast. I've been in construction for over 30 years and have a pretty good feel for guys that know their stuff vs. guys that are trying to convince you that they know their stuff. He went up and looked at it and talked to me about my options. Repair vs replace. Over the next few days I got more bids, some were close to Infinity's, some were higher. So in the end I went with my gut instinct. I figured when Denis came out, he represented the face of the company, and from what he said they were all passionate about customer service. That's important to me. I could've gotten the same unit at about the same price elsewhere, but would the company be there after the install? I feel they will. So I told them lets do it. I met with the owner Rich on the day of the install. Him and another tech named Cole did the actually install. Like I said, I was in construction so I like to see how things go together. I went up and watched them for pretty much the whole process, and watching them work and talking with them made me more confident in my reason for picking them. The install went good and when they first started the new Trane unit up I was standing 2' feet away, and actually didn't realize it was on. It was that quiet! They went down and installed the new thermostat and we were good to go. I was happy and I know my 83 year old Mom was happy with their speed and efficiency. So thanks guys for a great job and thanks to Alex for keeping me updated on the phone of when and who would be there to do the job. Rich and his team came over yesterday to replace my unit as the old AC unit went out. My landlord opted to purchase a new unit rather than fix the old unit as it was more cost effective. A 2yr, twice a year service plan and warranty came with the purchase. The installation was seamless and the entire team was friendly and answered any and all questions.
