The issue in had was I saw the mushrooms but they didn't taste like anything and the burger was lacking in salt (if you know me I usually don't need much salt in my food) 6/10. It's been on my list to try them for a while and I finally did. It's definitely a must try I got their mini burgers the double decker and Mexicali. If these are minis I don't wanna know how big the regular ones are because they sure are pretty filling. The double decker is stacked with two patties and a big onion ring, the Mexicali has some kick to it with their jalapeños, delicious if I must say! Their crispy chicken nacho fries are loaded with lots of flavors, I couldn't stop eating them and their macaroni and cheese bites reminded me of the ones jack in the box had a while back which was my favorite so I love that this place has them. This place was so good that I returned two days later. I like that they have a falafel patty option--it does feel a little dry, so you may want to make sure you have extra sauce on hand. Alternatively, if you like both avocado and mushrooms but can't decide on which burger to choose, I recommend the mushroom over the Malibu--the mushrooms made the burger more moist. Love their crinkle-cut fries! The spicy garlic was delicious but too spicy for me. The iniload fries tasted like In N Out's animal style fries but better. The onion rings are also good, though I wish there were more than 6 rings in a order. Looking forward to coming back! read more

Overall a decent burger, but nothing too mind-blowing about it. I did enjoy the crinkle cut fries though! They were very crispy and fluffy. I like that they have a gluten free option. My complaint is the cashier (person who takes the orders). I went here around 4:30 today and the young ladies attitude was not pleasant. Even my 14 year old son recognized it. I told her both our orders.. they were both wrong! I'm just gonna say it.. I like Iniburger better than Konjoe. There I said it. I didn't want to but I had to. Konjoe served premium quality burgers at about $15 a burger. Ini Burger serves that same delicious quality at about $10 a burger. Apparently theres 3 locations in the Bay Area from Fremont, Santa Clara and Pleasanton. The menu is quite extensive with salads, burgers, mini burgers, fries, loaded fries, onion rings, and icecream for dessert. I was surprised not to see milkshakes on their menu. *Americano - This was a SOLID burger. Patty was juicy, despite being thin. It was salted well, and that melty American cheese added this gooey savory element. The fresh onion, tomato and thick cut pickle is what sealed the deal for me. It was so fresh and crisp- it really tied all the flavors in. *Western BBQ- this was also good! But I did like the americano more (just my preference). The BBQ sauce was slightly sweet with a good tangy cut. The onion ring and turkey bacon was savory and added a nice chewy texture. Potato bun was fabulous! It was soft, spongy and just a touch sweet. *Spicy garlic fries- I am a huge fan of crinkle cut. Those ridges really add a better crisp compared to straight cut fries. The fries were crispy and coated in garlic and INI sauce. The sauce sure was SPICY. It was almost too much sauce so next time I would ask for the sauce on the side so I can dip it to my own liking. IniBurger is a fabulous upgrade to the old Konjoe burger location. The burgers are so simple yet so good for flavor and freshness. I would definitely come back for that Americano burger. read more

I found out about this burger joint awhile back but didn't have a chance to check it out until recently with my family and my son's friend's family. The dining area is a bit small so ordering take-out may be a better option (though most of the time the food is just not as good when it's not "fresh" at the table). They do have order kiosks but this is almost always a double-edge sword, especially when you're waiting behind people who are indecisive and take forever to order. The food didn't take too long to come out and we loved how they have "family boxes" options, which are SO much more cost-efficient vs. ordering burgers/fries separately when you're dining with a family of 4. I definitely would try this place more often if it was closer to home! read more

Picked up burgers for a quick lunch and were happily surprised by the burgers here. We didn't like Konjoe Burger which was in this location before but these actually taste much better and seem like a better bang for your buck. The Mushroom Swiss and Hawaiian burgers were both pretty good. The Hawaiian burger has a good kick from the jalapeños inside while the Mushroom Swiss could have benefited with pickles or smth. It seems like this place replaced Konjoe burger, but this is my first time getting something from this complex even though I would pass this so often. I was in the mood for a burger, but wanted to try something new, so I was glad to see a vegetable falafel patty option here to try! The people here were very nice and helped answer all of our questions, and also frequently checked in to see if we needed anything else and made sure everyone was taken care of. I ordered the Mexicali falafel burger, loaded ini fries, and spicy garlic fries with the fries well done. Don't worry the fries were all not for me because the portion size is decent, but I liked that they also had the option for mini burgers so you can try different ones. I was charged $2.99 extra for substituting the falafel patty, which was not mentioned clearly on the menu but they said that it's for both the impossible and falafel patties. However when I checked on the tablet later, I didn't see the extra charge so I was very confused, definitely paid more than I needed to. However the burger was pretty good, didn't realize that falafel would work well with regular burger toppings compared to other traditional vegetarian patties. I enjoyed it a lot for a vegetarian patty. The ingredients felt good quality too, with the burger bun feeling a little better than a store bought bun but not by much, which was my only complaint. But I guess this place is priced between fast food and a proper sit down so that might make sense. The spicy garlic fries were a bit disappointing for what it was, it just felt like they added the spicy garlic sauce you can get on the side on top of the fries, but it was tasty. But seemed overpriced when you can order sauce on the side. Now I might upset a lot of us California natives, but the loaded ini fries kind of tasted like a fancier animal fries at In N Out. The cheese was meltier, the grilled onions were less, and the ini sauce was less sweet, but it tasted good and would be something I would consider getting frequently. And well done was the mood, the fries were crunchy and stayed that way with the sauce on it. Overall I can see myself coming here again and again! I got the two mini burgers which were great. Two mini burgers are $11.99 which is a great deal, and I wanted to try two of their offerings. The mini burgers I got was the classic burger and crispy chicken (both with no cheese). They both looked and tasted fresh. Overall, for the price I paid, quite a solid deal. They even have a burger that's like a foot long! I went back and got a second order of mini burgers, this time to try the falafel and Hawaiian burger. They were both f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c!! I like how the burger meat tastes like it would if i had made it at home. Another thing i appreciated was the fact they had regular soda and "healthy soda". 4.5/5 It was so nice coming into visit after they've opened so recently. We went to Konjoe Burger that was in the space earlier a few times, and I think we like ini better. When you walk in, there are a few kiosks that you can order at. You just enter your phone number, and they text you when your food is ready. They have a pretty expensive menu with all Halal, beef burgers, and some great chicken and vegetarian options as well. I didn't get the falafel burger this time, but would definitely be interested in coming back to try it. We ordered the crispy chicken nacho fries, six wings with the red chili garlic sauce, and a western burger. The fries were great, I always love a crinkle cut. Unfortunately, I think they forgot the boom sauce, but we had some on the side, so it was fine. The wings were actually really well done. Great crisp, meat was tender, and the sauce was a really nice blend of sweet with a little kick. Only small disappointment was that we paid a little extra for all drums, and we ended up getting a mix of drums and flats. My husband really enjoyed the burger. He said the bun was soft and fresh. He really liked the turkey bacon on there as well. Service was great, they brought out our drink cup and food promptly, and were super polite. Decor was nice and simple, but my biggest stand out was how clean the restaurant was. I've worked in the food industry for a bit, and I understand during a lunch rush, or even during some downtime, when you may have some messy counters, the occasional fruit fly, or a table that hasn't been bussed yet, but we came in around one, and the entire place was immaculate. I've never tried iniBurger before because it was a little out of the way for me to go to East Bay, but I know iniBurger gets rave reviews. I was excited to finally try them out during their grand opening, where I also got 50% off my order! I was probably one of the last people to get the discount, too. I ordered the Malibu Chicken and the Hawaiian Spice, and I did not regret either choices. Both were incredibly refreshing and not heavy on the stomach like some burgers can be. Been coming to iniBurger since they were in Fremont. This location is closer to my residence and it is true to what iniBurger has stood for - fantastic burgers and fast service. It is much quicker to get an order here than at in-n-out generally. Food wise - I think they have some great burger combos ... sort of a cross between an in-n-out and a Red Robin - but better and more delicious IMHO. You can taste that in-n-out quality here but you get those interesting combos like the Hawaiian Spice burger. Delicious shakes too! Decided to try this place out since they newly opened and we had never eaten there before. Got the Mushroom Swiss burger and the Western BBQ ones for a start, was expecting a standard average burger like Super Duper Burgers/Habit Grill/Grub or something like that; it's actually a lot better than those simply because the buns and patties aren't super-greasy or overseasoned. Which also means I can type this review and eat it at the same time without having to clean my keyboard thoroughly afterwards. Or feel a little sick after wolfing down an entire burger at once. The reason this is 5 stars instead of 4 is that when I walked in, the store manager walked up to let us know that we actually could have gotten a promotional discount if we had done a walk-in order, since they had just opened, but since I had already made my order online and that wasn't under their control (I used Doordash), he gave us free drinks on the house instead.
