    Saigon Biscoff Drip, Insomnia Latte

The cafe itself is very modern and clean. Walking in felt very inviting. There are 2 kiosks available to order from and the menu has a pretty large selection: teas, coffee, matchas, and non-caffeinated options PLUS sandwiches, bagels, and snacks. I ended up ordering 2 drinks and 2 snacks: the Biscoff Latte, Insomnia Latte, Signature BLT, and Honey Garlic Bagel. The drinks were nothing special. I personally felt like the drinks were way too milky/creamy so you don't get to taste any of the matcha or coffee. The food was also okay - not bad but not great. I was more dissatisfied with the Honey Garlic Bagel, since that dish was the reason I wanted to come in the first place. The bagel was too sweet, coming off more like a dessert rather than a savory bagel. The food also took 20 minutes to come out which seems a little unreasonable for a BLT and bagel... Overall, the place itself is cute. The drinks and food weren't bad, but I wouldn't come back.

Looks great and feels great here, especially around 8AM-9AM on a Monday morning coffee run. Nice and peaceful. No lines and no crowds. Interior is awesome. Not a huge spot. Customer service is casual and good. Seats are comfortable. There's plenty of outdoor tables/seats available too. Public restroom inside. Cozy place to relax or catch up in small groups. Plenty of parking in the large public retail parking lots. I had a small iced Vietamericano plain coffee, no sugar, no cream, no additives. It turned out pretty good. Menu had good variety of beverages and Vietnamese bites along with sando sandwiches and more. Cool. Lighting is good. Not bad at all for an early coffee stop. Plenty of non-caffeinated beverages and items at the fridge display area. Feels like a good spot. Vegetarian eggrolls were too droopy oily for me though. Overall, good place to rest.

If I didn't hear about this place for a friend I would have never tried it. It's not close to anything and sits in a plaza near some office buildings. Plenty of parking. They have a touch screen to order from but I am sure you can order from the counter. Places decorated with some places to sit inside. The staff was helpful with my two drink orders. The banana Matcha was good. Tried the Ube rice crispy and it was ok. Would come back and try some other drinks.

Would go back! Would love to try multiple drinks. Cute aesthetic. Quiet part of town and seating outside.

8.7/10 Ordered the Banana Matcha Latte and it was good! The matcha flavor was definitely there, especially at the bottom of the drink. I think if it was shaken a little more beforehand, the flavors would have blended even better. The banana milk was a great addition and gave it a smooth, creamy sweetness without overpowering the matcha. The vanilla cookies on top were a nice touch they made the drink look aesthetic and paired perfectly with the foam. Overall, I really enjoyed the flavor combination and would definitely order it again. Service was fast and friendly, the ambiance was very nice, and it was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. Definitely worth trying!

We were already in the area so decided to stop by for a drink before heading home. The cafe is in a plaza off the 101. It's small and cozy, and actually had a steady flow of customers at 3pm on a Sunday. The drink flavors were unique and interesting, but each regular drink is over $7, which I guess is typical for bubble drinks nowadays. I thought the Wendy was good (it's like honeydew and non-dairy milk). My family got the other drinks. Some of the flavorings can taste really sweet and artificial, though. The Chè Thái was really packed with jellies and fruits. Refreshing, but too far of a drive for us to come back.

Some of the best coffee that I've had in a while. I got the Vietnamese coffee with the banana. It tasted like a banana pudding. It took a while for my drink to come out, but I understand why it took so long. This place is about quality.

It's a very modernize little cafe with 2 self order computer. Very easy and efficient. I had a BLT sandwich and a fresh squeezed orange juice with boba and lychee bits. Super refreshing and the sandwich was also great too. Very fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Really nice sauce with it.

Really great new spot for all kinds of Asian coffee drinks! It's in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Very comfy but limited seating inside and free wifi, so could be a great place to work. Self service kiosks for convenient ordering, though there's only 2 of them. Where they really shine is their drinks, I've only tried their Banana Viet Coffee but it was really dang good, with lots of fresh banana flavor and could still taste the Vietnamese coffee. And their menu is huge! I'd suggest looking online ahead of time, otherwise you'll be scrolling their tablets for a long time. Lots of limited time and seasonal drinks too. It's really pretty nuts. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Cute little coffee shop with a great vibe and charming decor. Ordering is easy through the two kiosk, which makes the process quick and convenient. The only downside was the wait time. Our drinks came out well before our bagel, and the bagel took so long that we ended up asking about it twice before it finally placed on the counter. Thankfully, both the drinks and the bagel were pretty good once we got them. Seating inside is somewhat limited since the space is small, but there is outdoor seating available, which helps. Overall, a cozy spot with good coffee, and friendly vibes. Just be prepared for a little extra wait if you order food.

Great vibes. Decor is fancy. Lights above the counter and leather seats. Lots of seats. Staff is friendly. There are lots of workers and they answered all our questions. I got the banana coffee. Strong with a bit of sweetness. Wife got strawberry matcha which I would also recommend. The strawberry hits. If in the area I would com back

Wow I wish I lived closer because this spot was so good! It completely took me by surprise, especially the food! We had the egg rolls, sweet potato fries, smiley potatoes, honey garlic bagel, pressed waffle w/ pandan & sea salt cream, and the ham & egg sandwich. When I tell you those smiley potatoes are actually so addicting to eat! Super well-seasoned and the perfect light crispy texture and soft potato inside. So good with their house ranch. The honey garlic bagel was also sooo yummy, along with their waffles and sweet potato fries. The cilantro sauce that the egg rolls came with was bomb. The sandwich was just okay to me but I dont really like egg salad. For drinks, we tried a whole bunch but we liked the thairamisu and the peach tea most! The coffees were actually really good and I don't like coffee, but the matchas were just okay (bit too milky). Service was 10/10; quick and super welcoming + attentive. The place actually does look like a bar; it's such a creative concept. They even shake up some drinks like they do at bars. I will definitely be back again if I'm in the area.

I'm always looking for good coffee shops and had been meaning to try this one. I placed my order using the self serving kiosk at the counter. We got the Vietamericano and Phin drip latte, both of which were really good. For food we got two breakfast bagel. Requested one without bacon. Service was a bit slow even though it was just us and another table. After about 10 mins I had to go nudge them for the bagels. When I finally received them, I saw both of them had bacon in it. They did make the bagel again but it took yet another 10 mins. Overall the bagels were very good specially with the Jalapeño cilantro aioli.

*Vegetarian Foodie Review*…read more Always wanted to try this cafe and finally went in there today. It was at a walkable distance from my daughter's gymnastics camp. It was around 2PM, and we wanted some quick snack bites. This felt like a perfect place. Super cute cafe kind of ambiance. It has books, games etc to chill and my daughter & I had fun exploring it together. The menu didn't feel super huge, which is good because it makes me feel the items must be really good. I ended up ordering the paneer sandwich for myself and the veg panini for my 5 year old. 1) The paneer sandwich was my fav - it had a subtle hint of sweetness. The flavors really talked to me. The paneer portion was generous in my sandwich, a good protein-packed sandwich. 2) My daughter attacked the Veg panini and finished it in just a few mins. She told me it was super tasty, and didn't even let me try it. All sandwiches comes with fries - they were super yummy too, however, they were a tad bit salty and it would have been the best if they would tone down the salt a bit. Overall, I would rate the food at 5/5. My spouse joined us a little later, and I ordered the paneer sandwich one more time for him to eat. He also agreed that it was a 5 on 5. He loved the place too and told me he will definitely try the chai there next time he drops our kid to the gymnastics class. Service was surprisingly a little slow. They took 15 mins to get us the sandwiches, which in my opinion was a bit long considering it was just us in the cafe at that time. However, I had a feeling that they probably made it fresh, so it might take longer due to that. Took off 1 star for slow service. Definitely coming back again to try out more options from the menu!
