I needed a place to study and wanted to try a coffee shop in the area. I found Intentional coffee on Google maps, and it had great reviews, so I decided to check it out. When I walked in, I was pleased by the ambiance. It was pretty quiet and had some fun decor. It took me some time to figure out what to order, and I ended up choosing the Kyoto cold brew with the Tanzania beans and added their house Madagascar vanilla simple syrup. I also asked for a splash of milk. The employee was also very nice, and he patiently explained the different menu items. The coffee came out surprisingly fast. Maybe a little too fast? As soon as I saw it, I was a little concerned. It looked very very milky. I thought a splash of milk would be just that. A little splash of milk on top. The drink looked like most of it was milk. It was overly sweet, and it tasted like milk. I could not taste the coffee anywhere in the drink. The milk and syrup overpowered the whole thing. I was very disappointed and also noticed that everyone else's drinks looked just as milky, if not more milky. I drank it as I studied, and it was just not enjoyable. Not sure how there as so many great ratings for this coffee shop. I would have given it a one star rating, but I added a star because of the friendly staff. I will not be coming back. If you're looking for a coffee shop that makes a cup of coffee where you can taste the actual coffee, then this is not the place. read more

Came in during Sunday Brunch time and saw it was moderately busy. Lots of the tables were filled so it gave it a nice cafe feeling. There is an outside patio area including the inside seating area. I ordered the Hazelnut/Vanilla Latte with Oatmilk and my girlfriend ordered the Caramel Latte. We were a little disappointed on not having any latté art as that was one of the main reasons for coming here. We ordered the Mote Cristo to split. There is a lack of open outlets, so you should come earlier if you want to grab a spot, otherwise make sure your devices are charged depending on how long you want to stay. The Monte Cristo was good in my opinion, the sandwich was salty and sweet, topped with cut strawberries. The coffees were okay, tasted like a regular espresso drink. What I ordered: - cranberry scone (3.5/5): my friend felt it was a bit too dry; I was a fan of the sugar crystals and cranberries scattered throughout, but mot sure if I'd go out of my way to order it again - turkey mozzarella pesto panini (3/5): I'm a big pesto fan, but I was a bit disappointed in this sandwich. Although mozzarella is one of my favorite cheeses, there was a bit too much for my liking. I give this coffee shop 4/5 overall for customer service, ambiance, and the coffee. However, the shop seems running down and can't up keep with the clean and neat etiquette. They have multiple small and big tables with outlets for laptop chargers. The shop got really loud at some point so I am not sure if it's good spot for study or work. i cannot gate keep their thai tea here!! it is so so good. honestly one of the best i've ever had. i usually come here to study and the place changed from the last time i was here. they have new chairs for the tables in the middle, which is more comfortable than the stools they had before. they also have a outside seating area as well. personally, it's a bit distracting sitting outside because the patio faces the street but that's just me. lots of seating area here. service was great here. the worker actually brought my drink to me, which was very nice of him. the cafe is kept very clean, including their bathroom. i highly recommend stopping by here if you need a place to study or if you just want to pick up a refreshing drink! read more

Stopped by on my way home today and I was greeted by one of the friendliest team I've ever experienced! Every person was so joyful, welcoming and attentive even for my simple order. I took a quick look at the menu and ordered the large iced Spanish latte. It came out in 2 minutes and I was on my way! Overall the latte is good, not too sweet but just enough to balance out the coffee and make for a smooth drink. I'm not sure what makes it a "Spanish" latte because it didn't really have "Spanish" flavors but it was still tasty and different from a normal latte. read more

Took my family there for a nice cold drink and the blended drinks are to sweet they make Starbucks look good! The matcha was the worst quality I've ever had, butter and gritty! Brewed teas were banging through not giving the proper time to steep! This place needs training! The owners should be ashamed to call themselves ""international Coffee"" what a joke, train your employees how to make coffee and the other drinks offered and without the attitude! Based on our experience I'm sure the owners won't care, because their employees had no problem treating and serving us the way they did! And here's a shocker CASHLESS! Learn your law! Especially now that spring is here and summer is approaching will definitely be l a nice place to go to break routine. I just visited this place for the first time recently. I have a feeling that this place has good potential to live up to its 4.5 stars but my experience was not as great. I'd rate my experience 2.5 stars. When I entered, it was fairly busy. I waited at the cashier for maybe 4-5 min. The barista did acknowledge me once saying he would get to me, but then eventually said in a very flabbergasted tone that I just needed to order at the kiosk because they were too busy for me. I think it was his tone that just seemed extremely dismissive. It's understandable to be busy and even possibly understaffed for the day, but there are other ways to communicate with customers. I ordered a lemonade, and I ended up waiting 10 minutes for it. Again, it seemed busy, but that's wild to me to wait so long. The lemonade was good but not worth $6 in my opinion. The tables are also pretty tightly packed together and I don't think this is a place I'd go to study or get work done. I'm the type that enjoys a little more space when i sit at a table, so if I return, it would only be to pick up/to go. Lastly, I have an issue with kiosks because usually they've been programmed to leave an insanely high tip by default. I cannot stand this because I don't believe in tipping over 20% when I'm doing the work. I will tip a barista for taking my order, but I just can't justify tipping when I have to do work on the kiosk. read more

My family and I were visiting my sister when we wanted to find a nice local place. We love supporting local businesses when we visit places, so we thought we'd give this place a try. This place is a little small, but it was great. We loved the artwork in the back area and the staff were very friendly. It was nice ordering on the tablet up front because we didn't feel the pressure of having someone standing in front of us waiting to take our order as we tried to figure out what we wanted. We both decided to get chai teas and they were delicious. We had also ordered a bunch for my sister's family to take back to them. The staff labeled all of the cups with the names of the drinks and any changes, like the oat milk in my chai. I think we'll probably be coming back when we visit again. read more

Man I really do love their dirty chai here but honestly their prices are just ridiculous. I paid almost $12 for a large dirty chai. $1.25 for milk substitute (I don't get why cafes are still charging so much for a milk alternative, people are lactose intolerant ...) $1.95 for a single shot of espresso $1 extra to ADD syrup (??? Why are we charging to sweeten a latte ) $1.25 to size up All of their food options are tiny portions and they charge so much for it, although it's already those pre-made food they just heat up.. Location: Kind of inconspicuous in the corner of a plaza with a parking lot. The outdoor patio is besides the sidewalk. Note: The busy intersection is really noisy. The first time I visited, the recommendations were the lavender/rose latte or the Spanish latte. I ended up ordering a vanilla latte after the worker kindly made a lavender latte for me to try because I didn't remember if I was ok with lavender or not and yeah.. not for me. The iced vanilla latte was good, no complaints. The second time I ordered the honey cream cold brew and I preferred the vanilla latte more. They use Stereoscope coffee but they don't sell their beans. They have their own beans. A restroom is available to use for customers. The outdoor patio has one long bar table with no accessible outlets, one wooden seating area that is more suited for chilling and chatting, about 4 tables of 2 seats that have some kind of reach to an outlet (you can bring an extension cord), and 2-3 chairs to chat at. There is also another table in front facing the parking lot. So there is a good amount of seating with a mix of working seats and chatting seats. read more
